Phillip did a great job. Very personable, knowledgeable, and great at communication. We ran through several options as well as him giving ideas and insight which, I love. He was on time, did outstanding work and very good at answer questions and as i said communication. I had some new outlets installed, a garage light, and surge protector. Their employee in truck V247 at 6:20am today Alameda/528 drives like a erratic fool. Tail gating, cutting off people, and nearly hitting multiple cars multiple times. Just from this driver, it makes me not ever want to use or support this service.

When asked if they were certified to work on mobile homes the receptionist hung up on me four times before being giving me the simple answer "no." If the answering service is so unprofessional, I fear for the quality of their electricians: Be advised.

I was in need of an emergency electrician right before the holidays to get some cubicles set up for our new office. I called 14 different places. All were booked out for a week. Ralph from HEI was able to get a team of people out same day to unhook all the cabling. The next day HEI sent out a large team of people to help get our cubicles set up and the cabling organized for cubicles not made for our space. Ralph helped lead a team to get everything done that day. I was so impressed at how timely, neat, and professional everyone was. Even the tech from J&J technical company was impressed that all of the network cables were labeled and neatly organized. I would highly recommend them.

I didn't personally use them but they were expanding the business next door to us in our shopping center into our office. They were incredibly respectful and polite. They warned us when there was going to be alot of noise. The head contractor for the project came in and make sure they cleaned up and wanted to cover up the tiny paint chips from where their tools/equipment hit the wall (the area was going to be covered with shelving anyway). They were so amazing to us and we weren't even the ones paying for their services. I would definitely use them personally if I had any projects. I wish I could give them 6 stars!

First Class Electric updated my aluminum wire to a new 4-wire supply to our newly purchased oven. They showed up on time, conducted the work in a professional manner and stayed within budget. Highly recommend if you need work at your house or business.

First class installed a new 50 amp circuit in our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with their work. Reasonable rates, communicated clearly, on time, and opened up the walls as little as possible.

Jesus and Andy were excellent! With the estimate and install, they were on time three times!! That is awesome. They were completely professional, worked hard and used their time well. Installing an outlet in my kitchen they even vacuumed up the sawdust. They cared for the look as well as the function. Definitely recommend them and would absolutely call them for any future projects.

Contacted First Class to look at repairing our EV charger as well as to terminate our low-voltage keystones. Hector was very knowledgable and friendly when he came to work. They came out on time and were able to work around our staff during store operating hours.

Wonderful service. Zachariah was knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He was friendly and worked quickly to get things taken care of. Scheduling was also a breeze and they were understanding when I had to reschedule.

Zech & Joel came to my house to troubleshoot & fix an expensive custom light fixture that suddenly went dim. They were professional, quick, and friendly, and instead of having to replace the fixture, they figured out how to fix the issue.

Price is very reasonable and all of the techs have been communicative and timely.
