Had an electrical emergency and they were able to get a journeyman out to my house within 45 minutes on a friday morning. Hector was right on time, professional, and very helpful. Highly recommend.

First Class Electric sent a qualified electrician out to see what was going on with an outlet that wasn't working within 24 hours. Zechariah had exactly what he needed to take care of it on the same day. He arrived on time, was polite, and quickly addressed my concerns. Highly recommend!

Wow. I’m absolutely blown away by this team’s professionalism. As a woman who does a lot of renovation work on my own, I’m used to having to fight the good fight against being overcharged and talked down to. Not the case here at all!! When I had an electrical emergency at my house, Desiree found someone to come out within the hour. Hector was prompt, friendly, and the issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes! Very reasonable rates and awesome folks. I’ll be using them again for sure.

So pleased with my first experience with this company. Had an issue with breaker at my rental today. It was somewhat an emergency as heater would not work due to breaker issue. Hector came out TODAY and found breaker just needed to be reset. Really appreciate the service and help. Definitely my go to electrician in the future.

They were so quick to come out and adjusted the time because I had a conflict. When Hector arrived, he was very punctual, professional, and easy to work with. He quickly addressed the problem and was able to fix a couple other minor things. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for all my electrical needs.

Very happy with our service today! Had an issue with an outlet that we could not figure out. They had an appointment within a couple of days and a very nice electrician, Brendan, fixed it quickly. It's nice these days to call a business, get an appointment, a friendly, professional arrive on time, and do the job well. Will call again for sure!

Today was my first time using the services of First Class Electric. I was very impressed with the technician, Hector. He was very friendly, helpful and informative and answered all my questions. He came to trouble shoot a faulty smoke detector and then checked all my other smoke detector to make sure they were working correctly. I would definitely recommend this company and Hector to anyone needing electrical services.

Jesus and Andy did an amazing install on our bakery oven. Hector was very communicative from the start along with the office staff. I have more electrical needs in the near future and I will be using First Class no question.

Zech and Joel showed up promptly, trouble shot and were able to resolve an electrical issue quickly. They went out of their way to be considerate of the tenants space during working hours. Joel and Hector came to perform several electric repairs and install our new light fixtures. They were so great! Very intentional, respectful, attentive and informative! They actually identified several other issues we had and were not aware of and they were able to fix right on the spot! They also took it upon themselves to clean up after and help us in the loading and disposal of trash that was left from other construction work being done in our home. Pricing was affordable, fair, and clearly communicated! Scheduling was prompt and they were very professional throughout the entire process. We are so grateful to have found them and will hands down go to them in the future and refer to anyone who needs electric services.

Not only did he fix the concern, he took the time to help me understand why things worked the way they do. He was very friendly and showed a passion for his work. Andy and Desiree are incredible and I felt important to them. They were able to book me for an appointment the next day and we're up front about their pricing.

Andy arrived and diagnosed the issue so quickly I was blown away. He fixed the issue and reinstalled all the face plates and panelling, leaving the job nicer than it started. On top of this , he has to be the friendliest electrician I have ever met.

The wind took out the power line, service pole and weatherhead to my house in the afternoon and First Class Electric had it back up the very next day.

When we bought our house, we knew we would have to upgrade our electric panel at some point. We put it off as long as we could and had multiple people from First Class come out and inspect it over the course of a year and give us advice. Every time they came out, they were friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They gave us advice that was best for us in each situation, not just what would get them money. It is hard to find honest people that look out for the customer's well being instead of just looking to make quick cash. First Class is a rare find, and we are lucky to have stumbled upon them. When we finally got our electrical panel upgraded, they completed the whole process within two weeks. Even when they ran into issues because of how it was previously wired, they spent extra time to ensure that everything was up and running the way we needed it to be. Jesus spent 2 full days here working on our panel and did not leave until we were happy with everything! Jesus, Hector, and Zachariah are all great to work with. I highly recommend First Class for any of your electric needs!

Went with First Class because they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to just come and tell me if they couldn’t or couldn’t do a job I needed done. They were quick to check out what I needed and get me an estimate. Best priced estimate by far. Plus I wanted to support a smaller local business.
They also were quick and efficient to get the actual job done. I’ll definitely call them again for any future needs!

I highly recommend First Class Electrical, Hector and Zach are fantastic. They were able to find my electrical issue, where others had failed. My home had a major issue causing 75% of the house to be without electricity. One company diagnosed it and recommended I add on 2 new lines to relieve the overload. I agreed, paid but, a few weeks later the same thing happened. I was able to get a refund. Had a few more estimates from $9,000. - $12,000. The house was built in 1946 and the recommendation was total rewire. Zach and Hector went room by room slowly getting things working. They worked until 90% was repaired. They came back finished the job and found the broken wire. Due to the structure of adobe, tearing into the wall would not be easy and the ceiling is lathe and plaster. They offered several options, after agreeing on one they finished the work. They did a walk through with me to make sure every thing was working. They cleaned up after themselves talked to me about billing. The office contact listened to my issue and said she knew who to send. She was not wrong, she is informative on charges and costs. My total bill was under $1000.!! Thank you all so very much. If needed I will be calling you all first.
