We had an emergency repair. We called first class electric and they responded to our issues promptly. Our technician Hector was great. He had great service,, he was patient and very knowledgeable. First Class does to a great job.

I thought these guys were great and did a terrific job. Very professional and kind hearted. I admit I'm not an easy person to deal with but, the guys had such kind hearts that it actually changed my mood. Everything went great after that because I admit I wasn't to happy that when they first showed up is when I learned that this would be an all day thing and, that they would have to turn our electricity off while they worked. I wasn't happy because it gets so hot in the apartment but I guess it's just something they have to do but they made it go by fast with little jokes and laughing was pretty cool .A 👍 for these guys. Awesome job!!

This review is for the visits that we've had with First Class Electric so far (smoke detectors installation and ceiling fan re-installation). First Class Electric was excellent! We needed to install some smoke detectors and Desirea kindly honored the estimate even when we were not able to install them in the 30-day estimate window. We also needed an outlet checked. Sean came on time and was very respectful, professional, pleasant, and efficient. He installed the smoke detectors, troubleshooted and made sure that they were working, and checked the outlet. It turned out that the outlet just had the light switch down and nothing was wrong with it. He communicated this to Desirea and she honored the estimate and did not charge us the troubleshooting fee since it was a simple fix/did not take much time. I was very grateful and appreciative, and appreciate that they value integrity and that they did not just take advantage of the situation. The smoke detectors were going off about an hour after they were replaced and I called back and Desirea was able to get us scheduled in the afternoon for Sean to check the detectors. Sean gave a courtesy call when he was coming from across town in traffic to let us know about the delay, and even though it was towards the end of the day and he had to come back across town in traffic, he was still very respectful, had a positive attitude, and helped us to resolve the issue. We appreciated that they were able to follow up the same day. Wonderful customer service and great job from both Desirea and Sean from start to finish!

We were scheduled for a morning appointment but no one came and when I checked with Desirea about this, she checked and advised that the technician for my appointment had been called to an emergency call but that she did not know about it. She kindly was able to schedule other technicians to come about an hour later. Cody and Marquis came to do a ceiling fan re-installation and came prepared with a ceiling fan box when they arrived for the appointment. They were both very respectful, professional, pleasant, and polite. The job ended up being a bigger job than expected and they took the time to answer the questions I had related to the re-installation and gave me information so I could make an informed decision based on the options we had available. They took pride in their work, were careful with the drywall that needed to be cut, checked to make sure the fan was working properly and adjusted it so that it was not making as much noise, and picked up after they were done. Desirea honored the estimate that she gave me for the work that was being done even though it ended up taking longer than expected, which I really appreciated. She's been respectful, kind, and considerate the times I've called. Excellent job and customer service from Cody, Marquis, and Desirea! Update to previous regarding the ceiling fan installation: there were issues related to the fan installation and to the fan that was installed in the re-installation and when I communicated this information to Desirea, she helped to rectify the situation and to resolve the issue. Jesus came and removed the previously-installed fan and installed the new fan. Jesus was respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and picked up after he was done. We appreciated that he was able to come to help us with the re-installation and that they took pride in their work and in making sure it was done correctly. I would call for future electrical concerns and do recommend. Thank you!

First Class says it all! Hector, Zach & Cody were the absolute best. Very knowledgeable and professional. Zach & Cody installed a fixture and removed the box and trash from it and cleaned up after it was done. All 3 guys were very nice and I felt confident in their expertise. Deanna Valdez was great in handling the scheduling. I would highly recommend First Class Electric.

I had a really positive experience with First Class Electric. They upgraded both the service panel and circuit breaker in my 1950's house. Desirea was highly responsive with scheduling and their prices were highly competitive. The electricans that did the work were professional, always on time, and really good at communicating what was going on.

2025: Once again, First Class has come through with great service from both the office and technical advice. This time, Thomas helped with some retro-fit can lights, much appreciated! 2024: First Class Electric has wonderful customer service and Brendan Stafford in particular has helped us with more than one project in our home. He recently installed a newer model fan/light combo quickly and efficiently, even helping us with an extra plug problem while he was here. Fast and effective, First Class is the way to go!

Erick and Hector were very friendly and curtious. I would have them back to do electrical work for us anytime. They got our lights back up and running very quickly.

Had 240 service ran from CB panel to garage. Technicians were professional and very good at their craft. Inspection passed with no issues. I definitely recommend First Class Electric!

This was my first time using First Class Electric. I had an excellent experience The electrician who worked on my problem, Hector, was on time (a big plus to me as I've had so many companies that are a no show or very late), he was very polite and professional and extremely competent. I didn't have an easy issue to resolve but he kept troubleshooting until he figured it out and fixed my problem I highly recommend Hector and First Class Electric.

First Class Electric did an incredible job for our salon. Lizbeth and Hector, along with the two technicians, were fabulous to work with. They were professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire installation. We have a very large space and needed a lot of track lighting, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything turned out beautiful. Highly recommend!

Paul Sanchez was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable electrician! He did great work installing our lights in the kitchen during our remodel. He was quick, efficient, and cleaned up after having to get into the rafters.
