Mike was on site right when he said he would be. He crawled through an attic full of insulation to disconnect a bad fan motor. He cleaned up after himself, which many contractors don't do. Would recommend.

I called Mike on Saturday with something of an emergency situation. I knew they aren't open on weekends, but wanted to get a message in.
Mike called back a few hours later and when I discussed my problem, he put me at the front of the line for 7:30 a.m. today.
