Robert was prompt, courteous, respectful and answered all my questions, and my dog adored him(she's a great judge of character.!). I was wanting to replace my smoke detectors, and when he came to install he said he replaced one with a CO /smoke alarm combo since he noticed I didn't have a CO monitor. I will definitely use KEI in the future and will ask for Robert specifically!

Kimbrough Electric has done many jobs for me. This last job that was done they went over and above to get it completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

I have an old house and Kimbrough Electric has been very thorough in handling my home's issues. I chose Kimbrough for my service upgrade and move of laundry room outlets. Anthony has been very communicative from the start. Kimbrough's techs, David and Jake, were amazing including getting through the crawl space, and pointing out non-electric issues that might need attention soon. The kind of stuff that is only found when work is done under the house and an above and beyond communication I value. After the job was complete, they cleaned the area of all job related scrap and waste. My house has additional electric projects to be completed in the future and I'll definitely be calling Kimbrough back based on Anthony, David, and Jake's communication and work.

We used Kimbrough last month and we are very satisfied with the service provided. David and Jake were great. They were very fast and efficient and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Our house is quite old and we are relishing in the upgrades completed for us. We will be using Kimbrough again for any other services.

David came to our house, figured out what was wrong with the electric switch to our fireplace. He replaced it in 15 minutes. Best service ever.

Anthony did his best to fill my request to relocate/reroute my new comcast fiber upgrade equipment for internet connection to our comm closet in the home. I had a hard time describing my needs but he was able to decipher what i wanted. Also, another wonderful electrician, David, re-did an outdoor outlet that had previously been disabled back to a functional up-to-code outlet. Both did an exceptional job and continued to very professional all throughout the job, no matter how frustrating and complicated I made it. Anthony answered all my questions and explained what the project would entail. Everyone i spoke with was wonderful and I'll be calling them again for additional projects.

Most recently, David and Steven were in my home, & they were very conscientious and hard working. They were pleasant and respectful of my property.
Anthony has always been very helpful, listening to my needs, yet also making helpful suggestions as we planned the work to be done.

Can't recommend this company enough!! Had a dining room light fixture replaced with a "Fandelier" (fan and LED light fixture). The electrical box needed to be replaced with one strong enough to support a ceiling fan. The electrician Chase, was amazing. Called to let us know he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. You can trust them to do good work!! In business for more than 25 years and they do excellent work. If I could give Chase and Kimbrough Electric 10 stars, I would.

David managed to add electrical outlets to our bathrooms (adding bidets), convert a heat lamp in one of the bathrooms to a fan in about 2.5 hours. His dry wall work was incredibly neat. We will hire him again in the future for any electrical needs. He was kind, efficient and skilled.

Sometimes you just get Lucky...
End of July, new well pump went out. Called contractor and next day their service technician came to our home. I explained what happened, took him to our electrical panel, turned the power on and off several times for the pump and nothing happened. I left him to do his thing. 30 minutes later he told me the pump is now fixed. However, I needed to call an electrician.
He told me to turn the circuit breaker back on and a blueish arch jumped from the fuse to the opposite side of the panel.
Ok...he left and I called my heating and cooling company we have been using for 7 or 8 years.
Next day a young electrician text me and said be there in 30 minutes. When he arrived I showed him the panel box and the arch that happened when the circuit breaker was flipped on
I asked do you want to open the panel and check it out. In almost an hysterical sounding voice he stated " I'm not touching that "
Ok...he said he would text me a estimate.
HUUUUUMM. ..
I asked my son to find me another electrician so I can get a second look and estimate.
He did...
He said call Kimbrough Electric, they have over 100 5 star reviews. So I did..
First I spoke to the receptionist explaining what had occurred and 15 minutes later the Owner of the company called me stating, " I am finishing a job, can I come by is 45 minutes.
40 minutes later he was here. We went to the circuit breaker box, I explained what occurred and Anthony ( owner ) said " I am going to take the cover off and take a look."
I then mentioned what the other technician stated " I'm not touching that". And Anthony replied " People who are afraid of electricity, shouldn't be electricians".
After inspecting everything, Anthony stated I will have an estimate for you tomorrow and if it works out, we will be here in two days.
Next day 2 estimates came in. One from my heating and cooling company and one from Kimbrough electric.

$600.00 under what I received from my heating and cooling company. $600.00 DOLLARS!!!!!
Needless to say, Kimbrough electric got the job and as promised, were here. They did slightly more then what was on the contract, labeled
every socket that was in a room, hallway and location in the entire house.
Anthony and his lead employee worked on this job like it was their house.

Almost got hit on San Mateo a few minutes ago by one of your drivers. Middle aged, skinny man in sunglasses. Driving at high rate of speed and weaving through traffic without signals or regard for anyone else on the road.

I recommend Kimbrough Electric above any competitor in NM. Anthony Baca was my project manager and ensured everything went smoothly. He worked well with the other contractors. I have had multiple experiences using them. Large projects, small projects even custom projects. They have been professional and fair in every aspect. Never 1 negative interaction. All work was completed on time and with the type of craftsmanship I would expect from a seasoned professional. They set up my out door kitchen with tvs, fans , lighting , internet , speakers ,. They set up my waterfall lighting and outlets, all custom and blueprinted. Everything was done to code and inspected . Even the inspector was was shocked and said he would charge a fortune to do work like this. Friendly and understanding staff, very communicative. In my home they added custom speakers , installed internet thought and installed fans , mounted tvs. When I say they have done a lot I’m not kidding.

Kimbrough Electric has done several projects for us. Their work is excellent. I recommend this company for large and small projects, including service panel replacement. Thank You to everyone at Kimbrough for all the updates to our electric system!

The newly purchased late 1940s house seemed to have almost everything on one circuit, but David tunneled through the crawl space, and also accessed the attic to break up the overloaded circuit and give us a safer house. David responds to your concerns and is very pleasant and easy to work with. He had to deal with a defective new bathroom fan/light I had purchased, and an unfortunately placed fire break in the wall but quickly problem solved. He went above and beyond, and although not scheduled came the next day after a job to get our new electric dryer hookup finished. Highly recommend!

Anthony was awesome and extremely helpful. I had an electrical emergency and called to make an appointment. I spoke with Anthony on the phone and immediately knew I was in good hands. I was so impressed with his level of customer service, knowledge, and attentiveness regardless of it being after business hours. I 10/10 would contact this company again for any other electrical home issues.

David was fantastic, he troubleshot and fixed an outlet, changed out some outlets and switches for me and took care of some other electrical items on my to do list. I loved that they were able to get me in a few hours after I called. I had a great experience with Kimbrough Electric.
