Diagnosed ceiling fan and determined it could not be repaired. They did not charge me for the work and I agreed to have Eco do the replacement fan installation. They were prompt both times and very professional. I’m sure to use Eco again.

My experience with Eco Electric was outstanding. It was an emergency service to address a sparking outlet during non-business hours and I was so pleased with how prompt and professional the electrician was. I had sleeping kids in a nearby room and he was very considerate about being quiet while he worked very quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this company and will keep them in mind for future electric service needs.

Needed to upgrade my service due to electric vehicle charging and wanting to switch to refrigerated air. Eco Electric got me an estimate, took care of everything with PNM and got my installation done all in less than a month. Professional and high quality from start to finish, highly recommend Eco Electric!

Hard to get any response from them and communication is quite bad. I had them install 2 electric panels and the first went well, but I had to bother them for almost 2 years to finish the other panel cause a critical part was out of stock. With how bad communication was, it would have never gotten done if I wasn't calling them to ask about it. Tried to call them recently again for an estimate on a smaller job (never doing panels again), but they never called back so gonna just work with someone else from now on.

I called this business based on reviews and the fact that an actual human that returned my phone call! The owner came to give an estimate within three days! He then set an appointment for a week later to start the job. Another worker came right on time and did most of the work that day. The worker needed to come back at a later date because the rest of the job needed to be done with two people. I did have to call a couple of times and send an e mail or two for two weeks to receive a call back but once I did they came back within five days to finish the job! Everyone did an amazing job! They made our pool safe and finished a half done job that another person couldn’t finish with promptness and such professionalism. The workers also were so kind to our two dogs which we cherish so much! I will refer to every person that I can! Thank you so much for making our outdoor lighting dreams come true.

Excellent service! Karl, who originally came to do the estimate was very helpful in explaining the work that had to be done, checked the current wiring to assure the work was feasible and gave us a few tips on what type (not brand) of fan would work best on our ceiling. Our first fan installation went well and the two gentleman that did the work (did not get their names, unfortunately) were very professional and thorough. Richard who came to install our second fan was especially helpful and professional. He explained everything he was doing, tidied up after his work as well and put some finishing touches on previous work that had been done. I would call Eco Electric for all my electric needs moving forward.

Update: Hired them again to install a 220 line. Once again, they were the best in the business. Fast, friendly, efficient, professional. They’re great and even came in at *half* the price of another quote I got for the same job. They’re awesome.

Best electricians in Albuquerque. Did a great job with my electrical inspection, when I had trouble getting others to even show up. Carl even called me the next day to go over his findings. They will be hired for all of my electrical work from here on out. Great job, and thank you!

Very pleased with this company's service. The team was professional, prompt, considerate of suggestions, knowledgeable and friendly. The estimator arrived promptly and suggested a couple of locations where a outlet might be located with less cost time involved. I was very appreciated of this. The estimate charge was definitely a very big consideration when selecting this company & the final charge was not above the estimate. I had received another company's quote and a service date of which the quote was higher and the service date was several weeks later.
I recommend contacting this company for estimates on your electrical work and feel you will have a very positive experience as I had on their service and charges.

A professional and positive experience with Eco Electric in Albuquerque. We had an electric awning installed by Raider Awning. We wanted the electrical to look professional, polished and finished. We had witnessed conduit stapled to a friend’s stucco when their awning was installed and that wasn’t going to work for us. After receiving several bids, we chose Eco Electric. They were the best communicators and their written bids remained consistent with the work performed. Karl the estimator was calm, and thorough. He wrote a detailed bid for the work. Richard, the electrician, spent extra time making sure the junction box and conduit were placed to our satisfaction. The conduit bends and that the installation of the junction box went smoothly. We felt like Karl and Richard really took the time to hear all of our concerns and provided a finished product beyond most contractor’s level of care and professionalism in Albuquerque. We would not hesitate to use Karl and Richard for any household electrical work in the future. We had an ongoing issue with a breaker that kept tripping daily, and Sos and his team at Eco Electric went above and beyond to get it resolved. They were incredibly thorough and professional—patiently testing every possible source until they found the root cause. Since their visit, we’ve had zero electrical issues. On top of the excellent service, they also charged an incredibly fair rate. Highly recommend Eco Electric if you're looking for honest, skilled electricians who take pride in their work.
