They are busy because they do a fine job! They were booked when we originally contacted them, but worth the wait, they worked with us and our changing ideas and needs along the way and the results are beautiful and affordable.

Excellent. They did our back and front yard and we are so happy with it. From the overall design to the installation and follow up afterward, the team at Waterwise is top notch. Can't recommend enough.

If I could give 100 stars I would. WaterWise is not just the best yard/landscape company i've used since living in ABQ for past 20 years, it may be the single best company that has done work of any type at my house. All communication was on time / professional / accurate. The crew who did the actual work was incredibly considerate, super detailed oriented, and left the job site cleaned up with literally nothing but a superb final product.

I enthusiastically and strongly recommend WaterWise. Don't waste time or money dealing with the many rookie operations in town. Just hire WaterWise.

Hunter provided an excellent design to enhance our existing landscape plan. He focused on key enhancements that make our landscape more beautiful but also minimizes water use. His install team was on time, communicated well and cleaned up after their work was done. Great work and really nice people!

Waterwise indicated that my $200 deposit was used to pay for design services. This is untruthful. I paid for design services as the plan was developed, and have the receipts to prove this. The $200 in question was specifically collected to “hold a spot” for installation. Had Hunter told me the truth, and indicated I was still paying for “design services”, I would have questioned that at the time.

I actually felt pressured to “hold a spot” as he claimed he was so backed up, by months. In retrospect, the way this business is run, I find that hard to believe.

Save your money, go elsewhere!!!!

Contacted Waterwise to help us with our sprinkler system. They are extremely busy and booked far out. The wait was worth it as their price was 1/2 of others, the quality and service was substantially better. If you are in need of irrigation work, call Waterwise and they will get you in contact with Irene! Thank you Irene for all your hard work!

Waterwise Landscaping does an amazing job. They have expertise in selecting beautiful, heat tolerant and drought resistant plants and the installation crews are great. They show up on time every day and work so hard! The maintenance service is also worth it to keep your investment beautiful!

I highly recommend Waterwise Landscapes, Inc. for their professional work. After a consultation with Hunter to decide what our project would involve, we agreed upon a scheduled date in the future. The plans were turned over to Carlos who communicated with me regularly and promptly. Our team leader, Ulises and his crew completed the project with changes made as necessary, finishing sooner than anticipated. I could always count on Ulises and Carlos to answer my questions and make sure everything was done correctly. They left the work site in spotless condition everyday and adhered to Covid-safe practices. You may find a less expensive option if you look around, but I don't think you'll find a more professional team than the one Hunter has put together.

Waterwise and Hunter Ten Broeck have done excellent work. My project is large and complicated. The first half was completed this last Fall. The second half will be done this coming Spring. The man who manages all the jobs answered all my calls and questions right away and was always easy to work with. The man who managed my crew was enthusiastic about my project and fun to work with. Hunter did a fabulous job of designing our backyard space even though it was long and narrow. We wanted a stone fountain, raised beds and needed to screen the roof that our backyard overlooked. He came throught on all of that. Hunter's crew was reliable and always in communication. He brought the project in on-time and on budget. WE would recommend his services!!

I had an excellent experience with this business. They are a fully insured business - hard to find in this industry. The owner, project manager and crew supervisor were very good as were all the employees. We waited 6 or so months for this work to be done but it was worth the wait. The owner did the final walk through with us more than a week after the project was complete. This was good because we had several days to put together questions and make sure the drip system was working properly.

In every aspect of their work the Waterwise team performs to perfection. Great communication is a hallmark of their process. Hunter Ten Broeck listened carefully to our ideas and goals, worked with us to solve some design challenges, and applied his expertise to achieve a vision beyond our expectations. The project required removing the unsatisfactory work of a previous contractor, which was done quickly, and for lower cost than we imagined. The workers checked in with us regularly to be certain that all details were in agreement with our wishes. The result was an amazing transformation of our garden. Waterwise also handles yearly maintenance for our Homeowners Association, and they keep our common areas looking natural but well tended.

We hired Waterwise to plant some expensive trees (>$500 each) and install a small section of privacy fence - 2 panels x 1 panel in an L. The first winter 5 trees were blown over because they hadn't been staked. Waterwise came back and replanted them but the crew who did the work were clueless about how to stake a tree. I had to redo all the staking. Fortunately the trees lived.

After about 2 years the long leg of the fence blew over because the posts weren't properly dug into the ground. They charged me over $500 to fix the fence. Less than a year later, a different post is ready to come out of the ground. Needless to say, I'm fixing it myself.

Hire them at your own risk.

After in person consult, owner sent us two pencil sketches with no estimates attached and charged $500. We called repeatedly, over months, to get some estimates to go with the rudimentary sketches, and never heard back. Then got a voicemail asking if we had any questions. Yeah, no.
The woman working for them who consults on water systems was great. Otherwise, lame experience. Obviously, we chose not to hire them for any landscaping.

I am happy to recommend Waterwise Landscapes! Hunter has developed several design plans for different parts of our property and is thoughtful in his planning and very flexible in making changes as we discuss the plans over time. His crews are hardworking and thorough. They have made some suggestions to me that were not in the original work plan that were helpful when we ran into unexpected circumstances on the ground.

We have a third project with this group in Spring 2021 and I look forward to the planning and implementation of this final phase. Hunter is always available to provide advice after the project is completed and his prompt to remedy any problem that might arise. I appreciate the professional and friendly approach practiced by all members of this business.

From design to installation to maintenance, WaterWise employees were professional, knowledgable and went above and beyond to communicate with us. We love our yard and could not imagine a better experience.

Tried calling to have a professional come out and take a look at my grass. Had some areas where it was not growing very well and wanted to see what the issue was. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk and she informed me that the scheduling person was out to lunch but would have them call me when they returned. Never received that phone call so I called again the next day. Got an appointment scheduled for someone to come out and take a look. The day of the appointment came and no one showed up nor did I receive a call. So I called back to ask what happened and the receptionist could not help me and took a message for someone to call me back. Once again, no call back. I had to call back the next day and finally got in touch with someone who said they been having some issues with their system and that they apologize. I went ahead and rescheduled and had someone come out. Unfortunately they just sent out a spray tech to spray for weeds, which was not what I had requested and therefore did not get the help I was looking for. That being said I won’t be using this company for my lawn care needs.

My interactions with Green Summit have been great! Friendly staff particularly Brianna W. She was very sweet on the phone and we're happy to work with this company!

I have lived in northern meadows since 2015, in the 7 years i have been here i can actually say im very impressed with this new landscaping company! Green summit landscaping is absolutely amazing! I spoke to the field supervisor about a few irrigation problems i was experiencing, not even 15 minutes later there were 2 men in my front yard reparing my sprinkler heads!
