I usually do not interact with the landscape company because our HOA is their primary contact. I do notice and appreciate how Green Summit keeps all our public landscape areas pristine and well kept. I recently did interact with Christie Schultz because I was having a specific problem with trees in one of the public areas. Christine was incredibly knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. We addressed the issues and Green Summit is taking care of the problem. Christie listened and acknowledged everything from our conversation. What I most appreciated is she was proactively educating her assistance and interns. I really like seeing managers taking interest, educating, and sharing their knowledge with their staff. Once or twice I have interacted briefly with the green Summit workers working in the public areas. They are always extremely friendly & pleasant.

I had the pleasure of working with Liza Wheeler as my Account Manager at Green Summit Landscaping, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Liza was consistently pleasant, professional, and dependable. She was always on time for meetings, easy to get a hold of, and an excellent communicator.

What stood out most was her responsiveness—any time an issue came up, she addressed it quickly and effectively, making the entire process seamless. Liza’s dedication and reliability gave me complete confidence that our landscaping needs were in great hands.

I have used R&S several times and they have always done a great job.

Buyer beware, last year during my illness spoke to the dispatcher about sending 1 worker because I couldn't afford 2, dispature agreed to send 1, we'll 2 guys showed up, 1 guy stood around and did nothing while the other changed a sprinkler head, charging me double $186.00, for roughly 30 minutes of work, warning buyer beware....

Showed up on time, professional, good work. We used them to aerate our lawn.
