Our yard had not been pruned or trimmed in nearly 5 years. It was overwhelming. The guys from Green Summit did a fantastic job. I seriously don't have enough positive adjectives to describe the job they did. They were on time, polite, professional and went above and beyond. The communication between the crew leader, their team leader, the office staff and me was excellent. I always knew what to expect. I can't wait to have them come back next year. If you're looking for help with your yard - I would definitely recommend them.

Green Summit's landscapes are beautiful. I like that their contracts are performance based, because it means that if you're not happy with something, they'll work with you to make it right. It matters to them that their clients are proud of their properties. I find that refreshing. Plus they're all really nice people.

Liza’s enthusiastic positive attitude is her strongest attribute. I appreciate her quick responses and follow through on action items.

Green Summit has been the Landscape Company for our community for the past several years. They have been great to work with and have done a number off things to ensure smoother operations such as setting up a zone map and ensuring that we know the crew boss and have the same crew every week. In addiition they are very responsive when we have an irrigation pipe break or other water issue. One of the big advantages is that the management team visits the property several times a year to discuss what they can do better and to find out what we need. The other great thing about Green Summit is that they are a full service company - meaning they can do grub treatment , install landscaping and sprinklers, design a masterplan and also provide snow removal services among just a few services. Best of all is the people - they are what makes the company shine because they are amazing to work with.

One of the most profesional companies I’ve hired in Albuquerque. Team was knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Vincent so Delightful to work with. Very Reasonably priced.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the thorough, efficient landscape clean-up Elise and her crew did at our place today. We were over run with silver leaf weeds, volunteer sunflowers and other weeds. They did an amazing job including cleaning up behind my patio pots, I didn’t ask for. They arrived on time, worked steadily and got it all done by 12:30. Will definitely have them back!

And, a couple of weeks earlier, I had some sprinkler repair done. Carlos was the foreman and he really knew what he was doing. Super happy with his work as well. So happy I called this company!

They installed the incorrect rock improperly in our front yard. Spent years, from the day of install, contacting them to fix it & was adomimently ignored. After another year of contacting, the Vice President, Daniel, came to the residence, acknowledged the error, & committed to a plan to fix it. Yay! - Nope. He decided to ghost us AGAIN, & stopped responding to email exchanges completely, which were civil.

Now we are forced to take the issue to court. Awful, unbelievable service & business practices...just strange & gross.

Unfortunately, what started out as a positive experience turned south. After work was completed, we had an issue with a sprinkler head/line that they repaired. Call multiple times asking for a call back to have someone come out and repair. We never received one. Even had one of the employees who we left the message tell us they passed the message on but never followed-up.

Since we were out of town, we had to call another company to fix the repair before we lost all the new seed/sod planted for the yard. Money out of our pocket when this could have been repaired by a company with a focus on customer service.

After contacting them to figure out how they wanted to handle the situation, we were put on hold for over 11 minutes and decided to hang up. Called back and left a message. 2+ weeks later, still waiting for a call back.

Be careful with any post-sales issues.

Recently had our kitchen remodeled, and LOVE the outcome! Everything looks great, was on budget, and in time. Maybe most importantly, everyone who came into our house to do the work was easy to work with, polite, and courteous which is a big deal when your house is a construction zone and you have young kids.

This review is to praise Scott Harden & his team for the removal of a dead tree and the planting of a new bush in its place. This was covered by my HOA. They went above & beyond by cleaning up the xeriscape rocks and completely reorganizing the area. Thank you Green Summit for doing this job. I've received many compliments from my neighbors.

We live next door to a property that contracts with Green Summit and for two years now, their crews have been blowing leaves and trash onto our property instead of picking them up. We have called multiple times, asking to speak with a manager, and our messages have yet to be returned. We have spoken with the workers on site as well but they always direct us to management. The property they clean looks good but it’s at the expense of our property, which isn’t cool. And we are talking copious amount of cottonwood leaves, which fall throughout the year! They are not a good neighbor, that’s for sure.

I would like to post a review for a Green Summit Account Manager, Liza Wheeler. She took over from the previous Account Manager while I was the chairman of the Tanoan East Water Conservation Committee. Liza provided outstanding service to the Committee, excelling in her communications and her eagerness to get problems solved quickly. Tanoan East has over 9 acres of common areas with a mix of turf, trees, shrubs and flowers, all of which require a constant flow of water to survive in our desert climate. Our watering system is over 30 years old and requires constant repair. Liza quickly learned all of the areas and was instrumental in getting water delivery issues solved quickly by communicating problem areas we discovered to the right personnel within Green Summit to facilitate repairs. We owe her a lot for her outstanding efforts in all areas, including getting leaks and sprinkler problems fixed, planning, and participating in many monthly meetings. She was a vital part of our efforts to conserve water and get innumerable repairs accomplished to save money for our Homeowners Association. She is has an exuberant personality and was always available and anxious to help when water problems arose. I wish to sincerely thank her for her outstanding efforts in behalf of Green Summit Landscaping, LLC, in support of my work for the Water Conservation Committee.

Ray Garcia with the northern Meadows crew landscaping crew fantastic job never complains always goes above and beyond when I see him and ask for assistance. I see him actually doing the work pulling the weeds, raking rock, cutting branches, fixing water lines getting everything done... helping out the crew the crew is very knowledgeable and considerate they do a very good job and they make sure to take care of everything.

Green Summit is amazing. I am an HOA manager and have worked with Green Summit for many years. I recommend Green Summit to all my Board members for landscaping services as well as other services they provide. Liza Wheeler is an exceptional accounts manager. She is extremely professional, dedicated, and timely with her responses and communication. I have worked with many other accounts managers at Green Summit, who I also feel are exceptional and work extremely hard, and customer focused. Joseph Nechvatal goes above and beyond, very professional, and is customer focused. MegAnn Kormanik as well as Christie Schultz are just a few other Green Summit accounts managers who I would highly recommend. This company is the best. I wouldn't recommend another landscaping company.

I have worked with Green Summit for about five years. I am the chair of the Landscape Committee for my HOA and our Committee first asked Green Summit to bid on a big installation project. We thought the design by their Landscape architect Adam Bangerter was great and the installation perfect. After that, our HOA switched to Green Summit for our landscape maintenance. I have been working with Liza Wheeler the past year and she has been a great account manager--responsive to our needs, knowledgeable about plants and turf and quick to resolved issues. I highly recommend Green Summit.

Green Summit Landscape Company has been a wonderful partner in managing our community's beauty. They respond timely to our concerns/ issues, monitor for disease management, and any detriments to our beautiful landscape areas whether they are turf, trees, shrubs or xeriscape.
Especially helpful is Liza Wheeler. Since becoming our account manager, she has very thoughtful insight and thoroughly investigates our issue areas.

I founded and lead a local charter school, and we have worked with Green Summit for 5 years now. They provide our weekly service and keep our campus looking beautiful. They additional have support our landscaping for our school expansion, and have worked closely with us on special projects-- like a school garden. Working with Christie Schultz has been a such a pleasure. She genuinely cares about our school, makes us feel like a priority, and is full of ideas and solutions.

This is less about the landscaping and more about the integrity of the landscape workers. Although I do appreciate the work they do here. I inadvertently dropped my wallet getting out of my car. It bounced underneath the car and went unnoticed. After my husband left in the car the landscape crew came by in the course of their weekly maintenance and found my wallet in the parking lot. They got my address from my ID and returned my wallet—I never even noticed it was gone! So— I would like to say thank you very much!

I want to write this to say I been in multifamily for 30 plus years and now HOA management. I have worked with many vendors but MegAnn is one of the best. She responds right away, never skips a beat, and always goes way beyond her job description. She cares and it shows. Thank you for allowing me to see that people still care about their jobs and want to go the extra mile. Very refreshing!

Green Summit has always been great to me and great to work with as I have worked with almost every corner of the business MegAnn ensures timely projects and communication, Stephen is very knowledgeable and always willing to help, Christie is the most expedient of the Green Summit bunch, and Taylor as well as the design team has been a great help to make sure i understand the entirety of scopes of work that we have worked together on. As a whole i have great experiences with the company each time i interact and everyone is always willing to help! You got a great team Gary!

This is my personal account and my review is based on my experience working with Green Summit at my commercial building in downtown. I have been in the RE Industry for over 20 years and in multi markets, so the fact that I’m inclined to write my first landscape vendor review is a huge compliment to this company. The leadership starts from the office and doesn’t stop with the men on the field. The weekly service crew is consistent and professional.

I’m a believer of the saying “ you get what you pay for”. They’re not the cheapest but I believe they’re the best. My account manager is Christie and Meghan was my original contact years ago, both responsive and trustworthy. Keep up the Great work !!!
