Green Summit has been exceeded our expectations for landscape management. They have recently revamped their structure and Angel Campos has been very friendly, helpful and has been able to assist me with all my questions and feedback.

There's an employee of yours who thinks it's okay to curse me out in Spanish when he doesn't like that I'm asking him to stop using the leaf blower and blowing dirt and debris into my door jamb every single time they come. And every single time they come I have to clean my doorway. They also block the driveway with the truck and trailer and block my car in my parking spot frequently.

One time when I was home during the week one of your employees scared me half to death because he was standing at the back corner outside of my house on his cellphone. He may not have meant anything by it but it was a strange place for him to be.

You need to teach your employees how to be thoughtful and respectful to others.

We went with Green Summit to turn the bare dirt and builder yard at our new house into a yard we want to spend time in. At the initial meeting with Adam he impressed us with his attention to detail and passion for the job. We gave Adam a rough idea of what we were looking for and he returned with a proposal that was true to his words, designing a yard as if he was living in the house and seeing/using it daily. The design incorporated our ideas while looking better than anything we could have dreamed up on our own. The crew was professional during the installation, minimizing the disruptions to our neighbors, and the final product looks stunning. We would recommend Green Summit to anybody looking for a landscape design and install!

Green summit has a whole new attitude in the area of customer service and out reach. We have used them for a nu.ber of years and have whitnessed this growth. If you passed on them before, due to something you heard....your really missing out!! I ❣️ them

Green Summit did a xeriscape project for us and did an excellent job. From design to installation and everything in between, Adam and his crew were timely, professional and friendly. Adam took the time necessary to understand what we wanted and presented us with lots of great options. We were impressed with Adam from the start and his crew proved to be equally impressive. Great value at a very reasonable price.

We work with Green Summit on a number of HOAs that we manage and they are very professional. We rarely have issues but when we do, they respond right away to take care of the issue. They have even fixed things that were not because of something they did but just to address the concern of the member. We recommend them regularly to our clients.

As a property and community manager I am grateful to have Green Summit as my landscaping company. MegAnn Kormanik has been such an amazing rep, always helpful, full of knowledge and quick to respond with solutions. Amazing customer service.

We hired Green Summit for general clean up of our yard. One week later, we got a bill for over $450 for an alleged 3 hours of work with a 3-4 man team. We have relatively small yard and found it incredulous that they did 3-hours-worth of work with a 3 man team. Our front patio was not swept, weeds weren't pulled, and the grass was not mowed. When I called to ask about the time spent, the management was only willing to revise downward by 30 minutes and unwilling to do more despite our complaints. In short, the price was exorbitant, the work was poor, and the management was nice enough, but accommodating. I would not recommend using Green Summit, as we will not.

I have worked with Green Summit at several of my HOA communities that I manage for Sentry Management. They have been very professional and always address any landscaping needs in a timely manner. My communities have installed their Smart Meters and have saved a lot of money on their water bills.

I have worked with Liza and Rick at Green Summit, both have great knowledge and a passion for creating great outdoor spaces at our properties.

Three person crew spent most of their time talking to eachother. My husband went out to tell them they only had an hour left and wow did they get busy. After the hour was up he told them they could have a little more time to clean up. Over an hour later, and another reminder, they finally left. I dread what the bill will be for little work over a lot of time.
My husband had to fix a tree bubbler they broke and didn’t tell us.
We are now spending our mornings cutting out elms and weeding areas they didn’t get to.
So very disappointing.

Edited to add, we now have the bill and it is $715 which includes a $60 dump fee. I understand the dump fee, but since they did very little, there wasn’t much for them to dump. We are now doing the work and have generated a large pile that needs to go to the dump. Now we get to pay another dump fee.

$600 for labor, of which we got maybe 4.5 man hours (3 guys, about 1.5 hours max on productivity) is far too much.

Very unhappy.

Edited to add that we did reach out to the company after their comment, and still have not heard back from them yet. I’m not sure what the point was in their post. 9/20/24

Edited to add we still have not heard from company. Very poor customer relations. Also my sister-in-law, who originally recommended them said she was very disappointed in their second visit and was embarrassed for recommending them.

Editing my review, I previously had billing issues and this came down to a misunderstanding. The team has promptly reached out and we’ve came to a great resolution. I look forward to working with Green Summit in the future.

The crew does a good job of cleanup and scheduling is a breeze.

My wife and I had a clean up of our new house and the crew was absolutely fantastic. Did everything we asked for and a little more. They were so fast and good. Would recommend Green Summit Landscape for more landscaping needs.

The crew who is now taking care of our landscaping is beyond GREAT! At the end of the time they do our HOA property, we see how much pride & hard work they provided. Glad we choose Green Summit. Next week I will find the crews names & let your office know which team comes here every Wednesday . Great job 👏👍

Angel Campos, David Van Doren and the ENTIRE Green Summit team have been absolutely amazing with the needs of my apartment community, The Links at High Resort. We are grateful for all their help and expertise.

Our neighbors hired Green Summit for weed control and were so happy with the results and affordability. We had not been happy with our previous company so decided to give them a shot. 1/4 of the previous company price and not a single weed has come back all season. Amazing!
We have since hired them for landscape maintenance and irrigation repair.
The office staff are kind and professional. They schedule in a very timely manner. The prices are beyond affordable and they are transparent about all of their prices.
The landscapers are professional and so knowledgeable. They work quickly and do an amazing job. My yard has never looked better.
We will only call Green Summit from now on.
