I have tried for a few days to get a hold of someone. I have left messages and NOBODY EVER called me back. Just cancel my appointment.

No acknowledgement of the business outside the building, says it's a tax place. Went in, found the "office" They just gave me a business card and pushed me out the door. About as poor of a business model as I can imagine

I have been waiting for weeks for plants to be planted and they have not returned calls

Robert's team was quick and professional! They installed my sprinkler system before I even knew they were there. They also did some xeriscaping that looks wonderful.

I was going to use this company but not anymore. I called numerous times last week to postpone/cancel an appt. Every time I called I got the voicemail and left numerous messages. NOBODY EVER returned my call. then the technician shows up! Very unprofessional company!

Won’t answer their phone, won’t return phone messages. Can’t even get them out here for an estimate. If you don’t want business from us “little people” then do us all a favor and say on your website that you’re not willing to take on any projects under a certain dollar amount. At least then we wouldn’t have to waste our time trying in vain to get in touch with you.

R and S has been my go to for years now. As a busy Realtor, I need my team to be sharp and prompt and these guys hit that mark every time! I use them on my rentals as well as refer them to my clients...always high marks! Thank you Trish and Robert!!!

We have used Robert for several projects and his work has always been superb! His pricing is reasonable and and he is pleasant and accommodating for his customers. Highly recommend him!

I wish I could give this company zero out of five stars. I asked R & S Landscaping to come and take care of my weeds in my backyard, and to fertilize my grass. My grass was very thick, very green, and very healthy. They showed up around lunchtime on July 10 and apparently just put some Scott weed and feed granules on my grass Which burned my grass to the point where I have to get bids now to replace my entire sod in my backyard. They have taken no responsibility for this and are actually telling me I am to blame because I did not water properly. All I did was water from the start. The weeds are still existing in my grass and 2/3 of the actual grass is burnt. I have called them several times and they will not respond to me. They will not call me back. They will not come over and look what has happened to my backyard because of them, so I decided to go to their place of business, which is actually not a place of business. I think the mother of the daughter who answers the phone has a business there that they are running their landscaping business from there.

They charged us more than twice what they quoted.

Our irrigation shut off was leaking. Rob came out to look at it and he gave us a quote... 2 hour job @ $150 an hour. When he came out with the guys, he got it fixed but charged us for 3 hours at $219 an hour because they brought more guys out. We went from a $300 estimate to a $749 bill... without warning.

Beautifully trimmed our pyracantha shrubs. Were able to provide a quick, reasonable estimate and arrived as scheduled. Didn’t leave any debris. Very pleased with the work!

I called on April 7th and was told someone would come by between 11am and 1pm on Monday, April 10th. I waited on my day off for 2 hours and no one showed, called or answered when I called. The rep was very nice when I scheduled the appointment so I was taken back when I wasted my time waiting for nothing. I get things come up but 2 hours is a lot of time to wait for nothing. Very unprofessional 😞 I gave 2 stars because they were friendly when I booked the estimate.

We have worked with Robert, Trish and crew for quite a few years now. They always do our spring trim and fall cleanup. They are professionals, always on time, courteous and very, very hard workers! We know that when we need a job done, Robert and his crew will get it done, and done right. Highly recommended! Thank you!

R & S just completed landscaping for our front and back yards. They were excellent; price was as quoted; very efficient. On time. Pleasant and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

After working with another well known landscaping company for our backyard, we were less than impressed with how long the job took as well as lots of miscommunications from the leader to the team. We saw R&S do some work for our neighbors and were amazed by how fast, efficient, and beautiful their work was. We contacted R&S and they came and did easily a week's worth of work in ONE DAY. We are definitely customers for life.

Great service. Easy to get a hold of. Very professional. When they came in and did an estimate, they answered questions I had on the task I hired them for as well as a few tasks I was planning on doing myself. On the day they did the work they were efficient and friendly, and now our new lawn looks great. Would call again for future yard work.

R&S did a great job for us. They are focused on customer happiness and very responsive to questions and contacts. They came early and worked until the job was done. They are not low cost but they do great work and you DO get what you pay for. No surprises as all work is itemized and explained. Highly recommend them for all landscaping and yard work.

Highly recommend R&S Landscaping! They updated our yard with new flagstone, mulch and artificial grass. They are very professional, explained everything that they were going to. We didn’t have to be present while they worked. 100% satisfied with all the work they did.
