He made suggestions and gave me several options before and during the process. The project was finished early and the crew was great. They showed up on time and were friendly. We had an excellent experience using Cutter’s Edge for our back- and side-yard landscaping. Grant was willing to provide a detailed quote for the cost of each part of our project, so we could know where the money was going (none of the other landscapers we spoke with were willing to do this). He provided feedback on choice of materials and listened to our ideas (other landscapers ignored what we detailed out and designed what they wanted to do). He immediately mentioned that he was wanting to bring in another contractor (All Seasons Contracting, that were also licensed, bonded, insured) for our job and made sure we met with and were in direct contact with them as well. We are very happy with how our backyard turned out, have received many compliments, and most of all did not have the horror stories that so many have.

Grant and his team had to go through the house to get to the backyard and they made sure to make as little of mess as possible. We are so happy with the finished product! He came with a great idea for our small backyard and executed wonderfully. Even after he came to give the quote he thought of other ways after to make it more affordable for us and also more creative. We were blown away at his customer service. We had received a few other quotes prior to meeting with Grant and they were outrageous and not even as helpful. Grant seemed genuine, fair, and helpful from the very start. I am so glad we went with Cutters Edge for our landscaping. I would call him right away if we were needed any other landscaping! Our neighbors have even commented on how nice our yard looks and have asked for Grant’s contact information. All of the guys on his team were super nice too! All around great job!

This is a GREAT service from the first time you meet to get a quote, throughout the process and even after.
Grant was on time for all appointments, down to earth yet professional, highly knowledgeable and responsive to all calls and emails.
Before the landscaping started he recommended we go to JPR Gravel in Rio Rancho to look at the different options, which we did and selected Pueblo Rose.
He went out of his way to point out and fix errors that were made by the PULTE construction/landscaping team when building our new home.

Grants cement team spoke highly of him when they came to pour our cement. They did a great job and also arrived on time, were very nice and professional as well.

Overall left impressed with the service we received. My husband and I felt that Grant is a great honest guy with a great strong team to back him up and executed efficiently and productively. During the process, he even made recommendations and adjustments to save some money!

Will be using them again for anything else we decide to do in our backyard.GREATLY SATISFIED, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went on line over the weekend and requested a service quote for maintenance on my sprinkler unit wired through the garage and within minutes, I received a response from Grant stating he would call to schedule a time for Monday. He arrived on time on Monday and replaced a faulty unit as well as a washer. I can now cancel the appointment I had with a large competitor company out of Albuquerque as they could not service me until May. I should have contacted Cutter's Edge first, as they handled my problem professionally, promptly, and I am so thankful for their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for your servicing needs.

We contacted Cutters Edge after letting our yard go to seed for a couple of years. It was a large job (one acre) and took multiple days. We initially met with Grant who helped us design a plan that would look neat and organized, rather than scruffy and unkempt. The Cutter's Edge crew added mulch, gravel, removed Oleander bushes, replaced old edging and added new edging to define different areas of the yard. They also treated for goat's heads and nightshade which have been a problem in the yard that we found we were unable to manage. Cleanup was well done and workers were always on time. Grant will also help you to work within your budget.

Yanik arrived to our appointment on time and was extremely helpful in working with me to define the parameters of the job. He was friendly, personable and straightforward. We needed to pull out some straggly volunteer trees and bushes and dead grass and convert to a low-water-use ground cover landscape that will allow us to add plants later. The bid was detailed so that I could decide on each part of the job according to the budget. The price was fair and the work was completed quickly and on time. Grant was very helpful in working out the fine points of the contract with me and scheduling the job according to my needs. I highly recommend Cutter's Edge and would definitely work with them again.

Grant, Santi, and their crew did a spectacular job building retaining walls in my backyard for use a future gardening beds. They helped my basic idea of what I had in mind come to life with the help of their skill and expertise. They worked diligently until the project was fully completed.
The price I paid may have been one the highest out of the handful of quotes I got, but the service and end product I recommend was well worth it.
I would definitely recommend this company to take care of any and all landscaping work that requires a high level of thought and planning.

**Update 4/25/23

Attempted to contact this business last week to ask about tree removal for our front yard. I left a voicemail and my husband sent an email through their website. We did not receive any return communication so my husband left an honest review as we were disappointed considering how positive our previous experience with them was. Instead of the business reaching out to discuss this matter, an employee emailed my husband back with an aggressive message stating that we didn't know what we were talking about and they've never been to our home? Look, I'm all for being proactive with less than positive reviews however taking such a nasty approach without trying to clarify anything is pretty childish. We've since scheduled with another business, at least they have someone to answer a phone call.

This was our first time using Cutters Edge - they were fantastic! We needed a large bush cut back, a pine tree trimmed up and an ornamental grass trimmed for spring. They were able to handle all of that plus our rose bushes and the cleanup! Both Jake and Killian were very professional and nice. Will be referring others to this business and using them again in the future for other projects! Thanks so much!

Highly recommend Cutter's Edge for all your landscaping needs. They turned our rudimentary sketches into a reality! Our backyard is the oasis we envisioned and we are so happy with it. Grant and Brad were easy to work with and very considerate of our input. One or both of them were onsite everyday until our yard was complete. There were some design challenges with our yard, but Grant easily found solutions and was able to even cut costs for our project. We will be doing more planting this spring, and are looking forward to doing business with them again!
