David M. Edward and his crew did a really nice job with trimming an unruly hedge/shrub on my property! They also were kind enough to haul away a bunch of branches from bushes I had trimmed myself, which I asked if they could do last-minute. David was courteous and professional and did the work for a fair price. I would request Red Shovel's and David's services again.

Red shovel workers were very hardworking, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They removed tree stump and root, Planted a new tree and 4 bushes. All was done in less than one day. We are very pleased with their work, will use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Larry, Dave and team!!!

We had a limited budget for our yard and they were able to accommodate us with what we could afford! They were able to modify their services to exactly what we needed. We had David M and Edward and they were very quick!

Yes, they were a little pricey but it had a huge problem do to my ignoring it for way too long.
They had a second crew free in the afternoon and ended up being able to finish in one day.. thank you, David and crew! On time and a great job.

I had a complete overhaul of my entire property done by Aarron, Hakeem, Nathan, and Andrew. They showed up right on time and these guys did some WORK, let me tell you! They pulled weeds, trimmed a TON of bushes/vines/trees, mowed, edged, blew leaves/debris, tore out some vegetation, and took down an entire pine tree. You can't even tell a big pine tree was even there, there did such a great job removing it and the stump. My property looks AMAZING! They even rolled all my hoses up for me and left them in a nice pile. Seriously, I almost cried when I saw how great everything looked. I have a sizable yard, so it was quite the task, but they got everything I asked for taken care of and more.

The price was incredibly reasonable. They did all that work (including the tree removal) from 9am to 4pm for a total of $2400. I felt like that was a steal for all the work they did, considering $1k was just for the tree removal. I know a lot of places charge $3-5k for a single tree removal. I can't wait for Red Shovel to do my yard maintenance come this spring and summer so my property can keep looking this lovely.

After 1.5 years my yard is full of weeds. When I complained (via email that time since their voice mail was full) the PM told me the weeds were not treated because they were existent when service was started. ☹️👎😡I found myself saying “Crab grass is not grass!” 👎 when I said I wanted the weeds treated or I refund the monthly cost - I was told there was not time to weed at the property. So I told Red Shovel not to come by anymore since they don’t have time. PM seemed relieved to hear that! 👎

I’ve lost thousands ($540 a month!) on this service. Now I will have to spend thousands on the yard to recover.

Julian Valenzuela, James Kennedy, and Moise Baluja, did an incredible job with the landscaping of my Backyard. The yard looks amazing with the brush, trees, grass plot and, gravel all cleanly placed. The installation of the sprinkler system and irrigation was also very well done. Communication from them throughout the process was very professional. Additionally, thank you to Josh for setting up the Rachio watering system and walking me through how the application works. Thank you to Chris Dibble for performing the survey and design/estimation work for the project and for his clear professional communication at the beginning of this process. Thank you Red Shovel for the awesome work on the landscaping effort!

Update: Today we had an irrigation service specialist, Josh, out to inspect our drip system, reprogram our control panel and replace some failed drip attachments in a few stations around the yard. He called ahead to coordinate, arrived on time and accomplished his work in timely fashion. I estimate his services saved us more than $120/year in water bills and prevented us from having to replace plants that were over or underwatered ($$$). He was very professional and his work helped to complete the previous service we had with yard maintenance.

Had our first experience with Red Shovel today and we are impressed! Aarron & River arrived on time, went over the areas of the yard that required special attention and they got right to work. The price was not unreasonable for the amount of work necessary and our yard looks GREAT! They followed all requests, broke none of our yard ornaments and finished up in very good time. While our yard doesn't require the regular maintenance of lawn mowing, fertilizing and edging, we'll be using this service again, probably on a quarterly basis. Thanks, guys!

I regret I wasn't able to take photos until after dark, but you can see that the trimming was excellent, the cleanup was excellent under the pine tree and we have a rather large yard. It was a big job and they did great!

David M., Leo, and Edward trimmed our massively overgrown rosemary bush. They were quick and friendly and did excellent work at a good price. The team communicated with us during the job to make sure we were happy with the results. I'll call them again.

The team of David M, Leo and Edward worked a miracle. I have the biggest Sycamore tree in Albuquerque that sheds leaves throughout my yard and my neighbors on both sides of me. This team called 1st thing in the morning, arrived early, and were incredibly thorough. Leaves were on top of bushes, under bushes and apparently fought their way into the bushes. They were up to 3 inches deep throughout the yard and patios. When this was finished, I couldn't find a single leaf anywhere. Well, maybe 1or 2 but my point is they were incredible!

We moved to a home with a very neglected yard. I was very happy with previous service from Red Shovel, so I made an appointment with them for an overhaul of our overgrown mess. The team David M, Carson, Ed, Hakeem, Hunter, Jasper and Jose went to work and after few hours we now have a beautiful yard. David really listened to what we needed and made sure I was happy with the results as the work progressed. The Red Shovel team provide quality work and the best service. I am once again happy to provide Red Shovel with a 5-star rating.
