The nice young technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He did a great job. He told me about a price break if I included the third area rug for essentially the same price as the two we had scheduled. One rug was 8x10. Two rugs were 5x7.

This company does fantastic work. I have wool carpet in my house that’s well over 20 years old. I was looking at just replacing it because some areas seemed so warn out and our house is heavily lived in with kids and pets so there were several stained areas that I tried myself to remove with absolutely no luck. I requested a cleaning online, had an appointment confirmation for the very next day, my tech Zach showed up on time, had fantastic attention to detail, worked solidly no breaks, and did a very professional and thorough job. It doesn’t get any better than that. I will be using them and requesting Zach from now on for all my carpet and flooring cleaning needs. If I could rate them 10 starts I would. Thank you Zach for all your hard work!!!!

I’ve hired chem dry for three years now and they always do a great job! Zach came out today and was very helpful, kind, and punctual! Amy is always so wonderful and soooo nice when scheduling an appointment. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time with this business they are total losers. We mad an appointment and they did not keep it. they didn't even call and they would not answer their phone. Total irresponsible lames

A SUPREME CLEAN FlOOR CARE LLC did an amazing job. Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our floors need tending to for some time and now they look brand new! Justin provided us with a plan to keep the floors in great condition. Justin also let us know that he is always around to fix, clean, and maintain our floors. We will use A SUPREME CLEAN FlOOR CARE LLC services again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

We had Steamatic come and clean our Air Ducts in our home. Arturo and Latisha were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They were also prompt, and wasted no time getting started. They covered our furniture and belongings as they made their way around our home. They did a great job.

This is the second year we have hired Steamatic to clean our carpets. Our "carpet guy", Donald Rich, was great! We have a two story house, all carpet, plus a love seat to clean. He was professional, fast, friendly, and a good sense of humor.
We believe in having our carpet professionally clean each year to extend the life of the carpet. Our four year old carpet still looks like new. Plus, we don't have to do it ourselves!

I had my carpet cleaned yesteday. The technician was Victor was great, very professional, thorough and nice. My carpet looks beautiful! Victor took the time to explain the ins and outs of how to keep my carpet in good shape. You might say I got a mini lesson in carpet maintenance and I learned a few things. I will use Steamatic again for my next cleaning and I will recommend Victor to my mom and to my friends. PS, the nice lady to who set up my appointment (don't remember her name), was also nice and very professional. Steamatic exceeded my expectation!

I had Steamatic come and clean my home's air ducts, didn't know how much it impacted my allergies! I can notice a difference in the efficiency of my AC and also the freshness of the air as well. 11/14/19 Hagan and Arturo were fantastic! They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra care not to scratch my floors when moving my dryer back into position. When a broken pipe under our slab flooded our home USAA sent Steamatic to handle the cleanup. They were there in less than an hour and a half. Once everything was dried out and mold removed we hired them to do the reconstruction. From beginning to end they did an outstanding job. Their staff was always on time and professional. We highly recommend them.

I had my carpets cleaned on September 4th and was very happy how everything turned out. One of the rooms carpet was stained an still came out looking clean as could be. I also want to mention that the service person, Obed, was very professional making sure I knew everything he was going to do, he was friendly and efficient with the work he did. What a great team of people. Albert, Chad, and Alex came to our house every day. The professionalism never faltered the smiles were always there. Every effort to isolate and eliminate mess and moisture where taken. Again standards never faltered. Heck the technician who cut my ceiling literally followed every cut with a vacuum. WOW.

Hay it's me again. We just had Sarina and Elisabeth out to clean our duct after our flood. Just when I thought I had seen the best of your company you up the bar. Literally worked in every room of our house and they left the areas cleaner than they found it. Thank you ladies. So awsome.
