Donald cleaned the carpets of our new home on July 7, 2015. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, helpful and thorough. He seemed to genuinely care about our concerns with the pet odors present. He treated those areas carefully and with great success. the carpet looks beautiful and smells so much better. We are very pleased!

We moved into our new large home with white carpet. There is no better carpet cleaning company and Greg who has been the primary person to come fix all our carpet issues is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. If there is a carpet guru, Greg is it! Simone is also great to deal with. She does all the scheduling and is always very pleasant and works to fit things in with our busy schedules. She also knows us and we appreciate that! You can imagine white carpet in a house that does a lot of entertaining...Steamatic keeps it looking great and goes way above and beyond!

Serena and Joseph did an excellent job of cleaning my air vents and dryer vents. They arrived earlier than the promised time, but called well ahead of time to confirm that this was alright. They were courteous and professional, and they explained the entire process before beginning. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done, and they showed me the filter from their machine so I could verify how bad my vents were. I am satisfied with Steamatic of Albuquerque, and I would hire them again.

Last week I made contact with your company in Albuquerque. I spoke with Maya about work involved having only a high-back upholstered chair to be cleaned. She gave me her best advice and accommodated me for one day service being I’d be coming in from north of Santa Fe. I proceeded with my appointment and found Robert and Serena, technicians assigned to my order. Beginning with Maya, finding her to be most courteous, considerate, and most professional and extending same extraordinary customer service from Robert, and as well Serena.
I couldn’t be more appreciative and too, elated about quality customer service shown to me and service results from these awesome Steamatic staff.
This experience left me feeling I would use this company again!

I live at Arlo apartments and i wanted to acknowledge your employee Jesse out of all the workers there he always had a smile on his face, always seemed enthusiastic about what he was doing, I had a few brief conversations with him and he was always very courteous he deserves some praise as I know based on experience with my employer it's hard to get anyone to leave reviews so I thought he should get some recognition thanks for the hard work

I recently had all carpets, ductwork and furniture cleaned using Steamatic of Albuquerque. The three employees that came included Greg (carpets and furniture) as well as Maddie and Arturo (vents and ductwork.)

They all came on two different occasions, and all did excellent work. They were very thorough, neat, and meticulous. They took their time, and the results are great! They were also all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Steamatic for all types of home cleaning.

Victor cleaned my carpet yesterday, 8/19/15. When he arrived at my home, he was very polite and courteous. He responded well to any questions I had about my carpet. He did a superb job! It had been quite awhile since I had my carpet cleaned and it looked it. I am very satisfied with his work. My carpet looks brand new again! I will recommend Steamatic to all my friends!

Steamatic of Albuquerque has been my go-to company for any deep cleaning. I suffer from allergies, and after they cleaned my ducts, I felt so much better! Chuck Osborne made sure everything was done right and very quickly too. (I had gotten duct cleaning quotes from other companies that were THREE TIMES AS HIGH!) They took great care not to damage my antiques, and left the whole house clean and fresh!! Chuck was so friendly and professional, that when I needed a plumbing repair job done, I called him and sure enough they had a plumber out and it was done fast, under budget, and they even patched the walls and ceiling where the water damage was. Chuck is an excellent manager working for a top-notch company.

I had a great experience with this company. The technician Victor was very nice and took extra steps in making sure to take care of my home while he was cleaning my carpets. He protected my furniture by putting pads under it so it didn’t sit on the wet carpet and put corner protectors on my walls so the cleaning hoses didn’t damage my walls as they went around the corners. I had my carpets, couches, and rugs cleaned and was very happy with all that he did. I will definitely be using this company for my next carpet cleaning!

I am very happy with the service! We had our vents cleaned on a Saturday morning. The techs Martin and Malacai arrived on-time and were super nice, polite, and professional. Our dog was friendly, calm and relaxed toward them and that is the ultimate test for us! They moved through our house carefully, explained the giant vacuum and the "whip" that they use, and also how they preferred to work from the back of the house to the front. They even cleaned out our furnace housing for us! That saved me at least two hours of swearing and doing it with my little hand vacuum. I really appreciated that. They offered to show us all the gunk that came out of the vents and I took a picture of it for our landlord. Very cool.

The price was exactly as quoted over the phone and they did not try to sell me on any other services. That's a good decision on the company's part because no matter how pleasant the experience, by the time the guys are done I'm anxious to tidy up my house and get on with my day.

I would recommend Steamatic of Albuquerque to my friends and family.

This is my first experience filing a claim in 30 some years and I want to thank Steamatic for the way they handled everything from the very beginning with Lawrence Padilla the Sales/Estimator to the cleaning people these young lady's were terrific Matty, Maddy and Stephanie. They did a very good job and were professional. The person that cleaned our ducts was also very professional and he really answered all of our questions. The painters Victor Perez and his crew did a fantastic job and were so nice and also professional. The gentleman (Victor) that cleaned our carpets was also very professional. I was so pleased with the way
Steamatic handled my claim I will recommend them to everyone. If I could give you 10 Stars I would.

Arturo Acosta did the most thorough cleaning of our dryer vent I've ever experienced. Additionally he moved the dryer far from the wall and vacuumed behind it for me. I am very impressed at how all encompassing his service was. Good job, Arturo!
