This company is customer oriented all the way. They did an excellent job on my area rug. I will be scheduling an upcoming meeting with them to clean my indoor home carpet. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP. On 2/13/2025 CHEM DRY shampooed my carpet. This company is exceptional as well as professional. A 5 star rating especially to the service technician. He did an excellent job on my carpet. I will be using this service in the future. Thanks so much.

This was my first time using Chem-Dry of New Mexico. I thought our technician did a fabulous job on our couch, staircase, and the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was I found it a little bit pricey. But overall, they did a wonderful job.

I recently had a very large sectional cleaned chem dry. When I scheduled it, Ashley in the office was very helpful and friendly. Zach, the tech that came to clean the couch was very thorough very courteous and very nice. My account just made with a special fabric, and Zach went above and beyond to verify what products could be used on the couch . I had a few spots on the couch and I called them a couple weeks later and they were so nice to come out at no charge and to fix those spots, I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Kevin was our technician and he was terrific. We gave him quite a challenge for carpet that we had hoped to replace a couple of years ago, but have not been able to afford right now. We prepped as much as we could to clear the traffic areas and through his efforts the results were so worth it. As it was humid winter weather it took a little longer to dry, and we allowed for that. I will have them back.

I have lived in my current home for 51 years. I can't honestly say when I started using Chem-Dry of New Mexico but I can say that I have never used anyone but them. There is no need for me to try to think back and comment on which time was best or not quite as good. We have never been less than very pleased with the times that they have taken care of our carpet. All of their people whether on the end of a phone line or in our home are really excellent people. We have found them to be prompt in anything that they promise, thorough in any job that they undertake. We highly recommend them if you want to deal with kind, caring and efficient people. Steve did a fantastic job cleaning our 2 Lazy Boy Chairs. One is an off white that had lots of Grey dinge. It's back to looking brand new! I highly recommend him. Very respectful and polite as well.

I have used Chem Dry carpet cleaning service yearly for four years. They are, quite simply, the best. I am sensitive to chemicals and their basic product is great. The carpets look new when done (including excellent spot-cleaning wherever needed) and they dry quickly.
The staff is always great - professional, careful courteous, helpful. This year Zach did a terrific job and I hope to see him next year. You really can’t
go wrong with this company and their process.

These people know how to clean carpet better than anyone else in town. Carpets come out looking great and the home has a fresh clean scent to it days after the cleaning. Highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Zach did a great job cleaning our carpets yesterday. The stairs were especially dirty, and they now look clean. Zach was thorough, explained everything well, and worked extra hard on particularly dirty areas. We are most pleased with the service and workmanship we received.

The only thing I was disappointed in was a runner that was shampooed. It looks dirtier Then before quite disappointed I don’t know what to do about that but I’m not blaming it on the carpet cleaner. I’m just disappointed.
