AMAZING!! These guys are a dream. I could not have asked for a better experience switching to solar. All of the employees involved are so professional. They have done a spectacular job with communication, explaining all the details clearly and working extremely efficiently. Any time they have set an appointment, they have all shown up on the dot! Any phone calls that were needed- I never had to wait on hold at all! Most impressive crew ever. I have the highest respect for them and am so grateful for all they’ve done.

These guys are great! We contacted them to have a complete roof replacement as well as a Refrigerated AC unit installed. JT was our project manager and went above and beyond with every aspect of our project. He made sure that we were kept in the loop during the entire process and was present during both installations. The level of customer service was incredible and we felt comfortable leaving our home in his hands.

Rodrigo Vasquez and his roofing crew did a beautiful, efficient job with our roof. The quality is outstanding and our home looks brand new! We've already gotten complements by neighbors...hopefully future customers!

Nick, David and Andrew installed our AC unit at the same time as the roof was being replaced, all three were so professional, well-skilled and did a great job with the installation. Nick took the time to map out the best place to install the outdoor condenser coil and double checked the placement was alright with us.

Overall, the entire Bosque team made this process painless and we will absolutely be returning for future home projects!

I called Bosque after dealing with my horrible home warranty company (Choice Warranty). I had a leak in my water pipe and Bosque was able to come out right away. They took the issue seriously. Isaac and Zeke were the technicians that came to my house. They showed up on time and were able to give me an estimate and start work the same day. They even did their best to accommodate ridiculous requests from my home warranty company. They fixed the leaky pipe and even went above and beyond to replace more of the pipe to prevent future issues. The techs were quick, effective and cleaned up when they were were done. They even setup a restoration team to come look at the damage and recommend any type of repairs and estimate with no pressure. It was much appreciated. The techs also looked at my other equipment to offer the possibilities of future maintenance if needed. The office staff was a amazing as well. They were attentive to my needs and concerns and very helpful and understanding of my problems. It was great to find a company that was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Everyone I talked to, and especially the technicians were very knowledgeable in their field. It was a great experience, and I will happily recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing and/or HVAC services.

This company is not bonded or licensed even though the tech, Lary said they are. They replaced a fuse in my commercial refrigerator unit with a copper pipe, causing thousands in damages. Once a single thing goes wrong, their call center stops connecting you with assistance. I contacted the state of New Mexico to file a complaint against licensed contractors and this company is not on file, nor are any of their techs.

I don't know who is linked to this Google search, but it's not Bosque plumbing and heating. I called the number provided by Google, and it wasn't Bosque. I booked an appointment to have my furnace maintained, and was no call no showed.

Can't say enough good things about these guys!!! We unfortunately had a flood shortly after moving into our house, which required half the kitchen being taken down to the studs. Bosque did what essentially became a full renovation for us, turning the previously closed off, somewhat dated kitchen into a beautiful open concept space. They were extremely sympathetic to our situation and worked hard to keep the space livable and have the work done as quickly as possible. They set and followed clear timelines, even working ahead of schedule at times. Everyone was friendly, punctual, and did high-quality work -- special thanks to Jonathan for coordinating it all and being so responsive and attentive to detail! Best of all, Bosque is experienced with situations like ours and were essential in helping us navigate the insurance reimbursement process. We love our new kitchen, and will definitely be working with them for any future renovations!

Isaiah and Adrian are amazing.
They stayed until almost nine PM to install my new A/C.
I so appreciated their patience and diligence with my project. Their work ethic and friendliness was off the hook. I think they actually deserve a raise from the company.
