Best service, best price and quickest. I called and invited about 5 of the top ten heating and cooling companies around and many wanted to charge me well over $1000 just to install a line set. These guys came in the day after I called, gave me a great quote, began working the next day and finishing in a few hours. DO NOT CALL Anyone else… will not disappoint.

I had E.N come out for my PNM tune-up and was extremely impressed. They were very thorough, professional, and helpful. The technician took the time to explain how to properly maintain my unit going forward, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend E.N to anyone needing HVAC service — they made the whole process smooth and informative!

Evaristo was professional, knowledgeable, fast and kind. He won’t try to upsell you anything and if he can help you with finding cheaper prices for parts or anything related to your needing services he will.

We had our old swamp cooler and furnace replaced with a brand new HVAC unit, and the experience with E.N. Heating and Cooling was absolutely incredible. Out of the three companies we had come out, they were half the price of the others—and still had the best reviews. Now I completely understand why!

Their team was super professional, kept everything clean, and got the job done quickly. Every question I had was answered clearly, and their communication was great from start to finish.

What really stood out was the owner himself—he came out after the job was done to double-check all the work, answer our last-minute questions, and personally handle the final payment. That level of care and attention is rare and so appreciated.

We are absolutely loving our new HVAC system, and I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend E.N. Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and fantastic service!

Update:
I just wanted to add an update to my original review — because E.N. Heating and Cooling continues to impress me! When the temperatures recently dropped and things started freezing up a bit, they came out the same day, within just a couple of hours, to make sure my home was heating properly. The technician was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough, and had everything working perfectly in no time.

Later, I realized I’d forgotten to ask about my mini split and a few other things. They actually called me back right away to make sure I had all my questions answered and everything set up correctly. That kind of follow-up and genuine care is so rare these days.

I like them so much that I even called to see if they could come unclog a drain for me (unfortunately, they don’t do plumbing) — but I think that says a lot about how much I trust and appreciate their service! Their prices are just as amazing as their professionalism and response time.

E.N. Heating and Cooling is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with — I truly can’t recommend them enough!

I wish I could give them 5 more stars!

absolutely the best hvac and plumbing company ive dealt with in albuquerque. they came over to install a shower valve and ended up working on my ac to get it running properly they informed me of things that the last contractor did not inform me of and fixed all the former's mistakes. call and speak with ernesto he is a honest man.

This is a great business. I called today for an appointment because my air conditioner went out. These guys have done everything above and beyond to get me back to some cool air again. If you are looking for any type of service, give Mr. Pacheco a call, I have and will continue to use them for any services. Affordable, business professionalism..just love it!

we recently had family plumbing come out and give us a estimate for our swamp cooler swap out for air conditioning and they were very kind an honest , it was a sigh of relief to know that they were licenced and very knowledgable about a/c and very informant of what we needed to know ! we hired them and they installed our ac and did it quickly and they were just so polite and it was so nice to have them in our home even though it was easy to forget they were there! our ac is working great and Ernesto even called and checked on us after a day and then the next week ! he is the owner and it was so pleasant to know they cared about there work ! we will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone ! we will never use another contractor again ...... thank you so much family plumbing ....we truly feel like family!!

Ernesto is a magician! He had to fix another "plumber's" work so my kitchen sink wouldn't leak. He wouldn't quit until he had tested it thoroughly. Haven't had a drop since he was here 2 weeks ago. So nice, professional and a good soul!

These guys are AWESOME. Woke up today and the heater was not working. Having to be at work within 2 hours and all the kids home I could not be with out heat. I called multiple places and nobody would even take the call smh. Ernesto answered and was more the willing to help out. I let him know the problem and he said “ send me a picture of your whole set up I will call you back after I check it out” within 15 min he called my wife back and let her know that he knows what the problem is and to follow his instructions on how to fix it for free. Ernie and mike walked her through the way to fix the heater and sure enough the heater is now working. I was so stressed out on the holidays around the corner and not being able to fix it due to money issues. They are a GOD SENT ANGEL to my family today. They could have easily to advantage of my wife due to lack of knowledge on the heating system but they did the right thing. This company has earned ALL MY BUSINESS and I hope this helps out some one who is in my same position. Thank you Ernesto and mike

Ernesto went above and beyond to help me work through a sewage issue on a Sunday morning. He kept checking in and calling to see how my progress was going throughout the whole process. I would recommend 10/10 for any plumbing, Electrical, HVAC heating and cooling issues.

Heater kept cutting out before reaching set temperature. Ernesto gave me some good suggestions to get the heater up and running again. He could have just scheduled an appointment and made some money, but instead he did what he could to help. An honest plumber is not easy to find. Will definitely use him in the future.

Although I have yet to enlist their services, they will be the FIRST business I call for any professional work needed! I took on a toilet valve replacement project myself but ran into a roadblock. After succumbing to my frustration, I searched for a professional near me. I called and spoke with Ernesto and explained my issue. He very well could have came out to complete the job himself and make a quick buck. The price he quoted was most certainly reasonable and he was clear that he was willing to do so but also took the time to walk me through what I needed to do and even sent a couple of links for the precise tool I needed to fix it. I thanked him, went out to purchase the tool needed, regrouped after swearing up a storm, and completed the job. Which I would have not been able to do, without his guidance, honesty, and graciousness.

Ernesto was amazing!!! I called him due to my heater making a loud noise. Not expecting him to show up the same day he got me in his busy schedule! He explained every step in his trouble shooting and was patient in the process. He took parts to his office to work on them and came back the same evening!! He went above and beyond any HVAC person I have ever called. He was honest, trustworthy and very reasonable with his pricing (which is very hard to find now days) and I would recommend him to everyone.
