Air Pro installed our present HVAC system four years ago. We have been very pleased with its performance and the periodic maintenance that Air Pro has provided. Today Gabriel checked out the system for wintertime operation that included changing the air filter and making sure there were no issues with carbon monoxide emissions.

Air Pro completed a full HVAC installation last month. My previous heating and cooling systems were 20 years old, and they started making loud noises throughout the day and not cooling effectively. Additionally, the heating system was uncertain, so we decided to replace the entire system.

I called Air Pro and spoke with Allan after checking their reviews and the Better Business Bureau ratings. I scheduled an appointment, and he arrived on time. Allan was upfront about the process, applied no pressure, and answered all my questions without hesitation.

On the installation day, both technicians arrived on time. Their demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge were impressive as they explained the installation process to me. Allan arrived a few minutes later to ensure the removal of the old 5-ton unit from the roof and the installation of the new 5-ton unit went smoothly. He also addressed any additional questions I had.

The total cost for the HVAC system was over $20,000.00, which I found fair. The billing process was clear, unlike my experiences with other HVAC companies, ultimately saving me money in the long run. Sometimes you don't get what you pay for, but in this case, we did; they went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction.

Three weeks after the installation, Allan still checks in to see if I have any issues with the unit. Their service after the sale is commendable. I would rate this company as a 5-star provider; their knowledge and experience are well worth the cost.

He even took time to teach me what kind a system we had and recommended a maintenance schedule. STAR, STAR....that is two more in addition to the five this program allows....because the service was that much better than the five allowed.
After a dismal experience with a company in Santa Fe, I was referred to Jerod. He listened to my story, about a broken heating system, heard my frustration, and immediately offered to help. Then he helped immediately. He sent Anthony to our building the next morning. Anthony arrived ten minutes early (the other guys were 90 minutes late). Anthony made an assessment of the problem, explained it clearly, and expected it to cost about $500. Then he went to work. He found another small switch he needed to replace, plus cleaned the whole cooling system as well. (The other guys spent two hours "inspecting" the unit, then waited a day and a half for me to call .....came back, said $500 then looked and said $800, "probably" but it could be more)
Anthony was done by noon. Charged $504.86, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times.
AirPro is honest men doing expert work for a fair price. You cannot do better than that!
