Called KA Plumbing, Heating & Cooling when our AC started blowing warm air. They got out here fast, figured out the issue, and had it cooling again in no time. Super nice guys, great price, and didn’t try to upsell me stuff I didn’t need. Deffinetly gonna use them again if anything else comes up!

KA Plumbing fixed a huge leak in our plumbing system from our well to our house. They showed up when they said they would and were so professional. The service was excellent and so was the cost. Highly recommend!

Huge shoutout to KA Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! My AC stopped working right in the middle of a hot summer day, and they came through fast. The technician was profesional, knowledgeable, and got everything back up and running in no time. Really impressed with how quickly they responded and the quality of the service. My A/C compressor was going out. Another company came out and quoted me $1300 to fix it. But they refused to work with my home warranty company so that wasn’t going to happen. I started calling around. Three more companies told me over the phone they wouldn’t work with my home warranty company. I’m so glad they did! Because my next call was to KA Plumbing Heating and AC. John answered the phone.

First, he immediately agreed he could work with the warranty company. Great! Then I described the symptoms. He asked some clarifying questions and informed me that first company was trying to rip me off and that all I needed was a new capacitor. I was skeptical.

But then he REALLY blew my mind! He could have come out the next day and done the work, charging me anything below $1399 and I would have been happy. Instead, he let me know where I could buy the part and offered to walk me through fixing it myself.

We did that. His phone tech support skills were excellent (and this is coming from a tech support manager, so I’m picky).

My A/C is working and my total out of pocket cost: $37.42 including tax.

He was incredibly great and now has me as a customer for life. Why? Because he has integrity and recognizes the value of a satisfied customer. He gave me about an hour of his time for free because it was a good thing to do and would grow his clientele list for the long term instead of having another one-time customer.

For as long as I live in this city and John is in business, he’ll be my first call for anything related to plumbing, heating, or A/C. And my friends will all know it too.

They take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done, they’re totally transparent about pricing, and there’s no runaround or upselling. Just solid, reliable work from genuinely good people.

What really sets them apart is how approachable and fair they are. They don’t even charge to come out and provide an estimate-a rare find these days. And when they say they’ll be there, they show up. On time. Every time.

KA Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling were excellent, did an amazing job, and charged an extremely reasonable price isolating and repairing our AC system!

Awesome Experience! John (owner) & Tony (technician) did an outstanding job troubleshooting our Central Air issue (where the house fan stopped working while the AC unit initially kept running). They isolated it within 15 minutes to a bad control board and house fan capacitor. John indicated he'd provide a "free" estimate shortly (which he did with no upfront cost) and that it was my choice whether or not I decided to use them.

John provided me with a reasonable estimate and informed me the control board was obsolete; but if I could get the control board, he'd do it for half the price he quoted. He also mentioned that he doesn't replace anything that's still functioning well even if it's old (our AC unit is 22 years old); he recommended to install a hard start kit since it was pretty loud (working hard) to hopefully get a couple more years out of it.

They fixed it for an extremely reasonable price! They replaced the control board, added a hard start kit, installed a new fan capacitor, and helped me put in a new thermostat! I definitely recommend them!!!
