Dan did a nice job troubleshooting an ongoing problem with the cooling on a 4 year old HVAC system. He called the manufacturer and discovered this problem has been identified with this particular Carrier model and they suggested a work-around. We’ll see if it works! AirPro is a good company with a honest owner and conscientious and knowledgeable technicians. If this problem persists I hope they will convince Carrier to warranty and replace the unit.

Daniel came to our house this morning to check out a problem with our AC. Turns out the problem was our lack of knowledge about the programing. He explained everything to us and took the time to check out the unit and show us the proper way to clean prior to winter. Everyone with this company have been great to work with. We highly recommend them

Talked to the front desk people super nice and helpful and got a technician to come out quickly, however the technician never sent the quotes and then when I followed up to check when the quotes would be sent the front desk said no I'll be within today and I still have not received the quotes I week later

We recently purchased an HVAC system from Air Pro. Their prices were reasonable compared to two other companies. From Alan sales to installers Isaac and Damien they were great to work with. They were honest, cooperative, extremely polite and respectful of our home, and also very professional. Every step of the way, they took care of every detail we were concerned about which felt very reassuring during the install. I highly recommend Air Pro as the best Carrier installer in Albuquerque.

AirPro was responsive, honest, and effective. Their technician, Gabe, actually took the time to troubleshoot what was wrong with my AC and then fix it at a reasonable price. Other companies quoted me twice the price without even checking the filters or the unit. Lori, the office staff, couldn't be any nicer. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

We bought a 16 year old home that was still running the two original non EnergyStar, R-22 using refrigerated air units and gas furnaces. While they worked it was costing us nearly $1000 a month in electricity to run them just at night after 8pm. We asked AirPro for a quote and they designed several tiers of systems - we chose the top of the line Carrier Infinity EnergyStar SEER 26 systems. They did not try to oversell us (for example they recommended getting cheaper non-EnergyStar furnaces since our primary heat source is in-floor hydronic heating) and also corrected ductwork and other code issues with the original system install. Despite having to wait a couple weeks due to a nationwide part shortage, the install happened over three days and went off without any major issues. The crew had to install one of our air handlers/furnaces in our attic and I still don't know how they got the old one out and the new one in without causing any damage to our ceiling or our upgraded R-60 insulation. They cleaned up after themselves and left my garage exactly as they found it. The office team was great to work with as well and got me the paperwork to get my $800 in PNM rebates ($400 per system) quickly. Passed city inspection with flying colors and the inspector even commented on the quality of the work. The new systems are amazing - the outside units are whisper quiet and we can run the systems any time we want, our electric bill is still more than half of our previous system running only at night. If you need refrigerated air installed, replaced or serviced you can't go wrong with AirPro!

Had an appointment to fix AC and the tech had an opening a day early so it was fixed even sooner. Gabe arrived on time and was very nice, explained everything as he went to the homeowner and did what appeared to be a very thorough evaluation of our system. Fixed the problem quickly and cooling better than before. Definitely will use Air Pro again.
