Dryer Vent Clean Pro team is very courteous and provides excellent service! Their camera system shows the exact condition of your vent. Their cleaning is excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dryer vent cleaning. I plan on using them exclusively for all my vent cleaning.

come clean out my dryer vent and Both him and his helper were able to get to my house sooner than scheduled. They were very courteous very professional walked through what they’ll do showed me the camera footage as they were putting the camera through the vent.
I would highly recommend these guys.

Jake Ortega the owner and his partner Amoria were very professional and explained everything, along with HD video of our 20 year old fine particle build up. They were able to clean it up and show me a HD video of the vent clean to the top! Awesome service. Would recommend to any friend or family!

Jake and his assistant were very knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dryer vent was clean. They communicated well, provided photos for me of before and after, and helped advise me on maintenance.
I will be contacting them again in the future for any future services!

Arrived on time and did a wonderful job of deep cleaning our air duct system including every register in the house. The final price was well worth the money I paid to have the system cleaned and the staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

I was having issues with what seemed like excessive debris buildup on my return vents. I gave them a call and they came right out. After a thorough inspection, the tech identified the problem, and he even called in to his boss to get me a discount to get on a much needed seasonal maintenance plan! Thank you duke city air care!

Very Unprofessional - Lack of communication on all parts from the office to field. Just a warning to all that only want a Dryer Vent Cleaning. They will blow you off for a more lucrative appointment! They have ghosted me twice in two weeks. Do yourself a favor and spend more and get someone that knows how to run a business and stands behind their word. They don't! Absolute Joke...

BUYER BEWARE!!! This was the most unprofessional “company” I’ve ever dealt with. Was scheduled from 10-12 and he showed up at 1:25pm. What started as a $39 vent cleaning turned into almost $500 and the parts/services I ordered were never delivered/rendered. After not hearing from them for weeks, I attempted, on multiple occasions, to have my money refunded. After 3 attempts with the office staff, I reached the owner Devin Smith who promised he would deliver the refund to my home. Needless to say, he never did. They then stopped communicating with me. I never got my money back and services were not rendered as promised. Their work is subpar, zero customer service skills, and they are thieves! I should have known better when he handed me his phone to make my payment and a text message came across the screen from his friend stating “You’re such a sleeze!” …….they weren’t lying! I’ve reported them to every agency I could locate and it’s been recorded. I would recommend anyone else in this position with them to do the same. Still working on getting my money back through different means. The absolute worst!!!!

Unprofessional service, we do not recommend this company to our friends and family. This company has got bunch of liars who rips you off with a 50$ discount and you don’t get a 10$ worth service for the money $300~ you paid. Starting from their aged phone guy who schedule you to the staff who provide services, they are all bad!!

-scratched up our floor and made a mess
-cost us a fortune in third party interventions to get the furnace on and off the duct
-provided very near zero detectible change in our ducts
-became mysteriously unresponsive the second they had our money
