The techs were friendly and got the job done. The only complaint I had was they had to leave and come back. They didn't have the proper equipment to finish the job. However, my duct situation was not normal.

I had my ductwork cleaned. The guys showed up right on time. Care was taken to protect walls and furniture from vacuum hose. Derek worked with a camera down the vent so I could see all debris and dirt being sucked out. Duct coating suggested to stop rust but absolutely no pressure to purchase. Fair price.

Highly recommend The Duct Guys. They’re very responsive, show up on time, work efficiently, and have a great warranty for their work. We used them for an inspection, repairs, and a follow up cleaning.

I got a very straightforward and reasonable quote from them. They showed on time, etc. I also appreciate they had a good idea of how much certain things might cost if they saw it ($X per main line, return vent, etc. above their specials). I really don’t think you can do better. For example, Apex has a competitive deal for duct cleaning only and when they visited for a quote we were met with extreme upselling and scare tactics (and an inability to actually reach a vent that was no problem for The Duct Guys). The Duct Guys were ready to show up, gave a quote prior to starting work, and overall were so professional. Very impressed, thank you for everything.

They came out June 2024 and did a fantastic job. Issue occurred when attempting to book a cleaning and inspection one year later to get the 15 year warranty. We had four different appointments scheduled (6/19, 7/11, 7/12, and 7/14), each missed by the Duct Guys. Figure why even attempt to get the extended warranty if I cannot get them to come out and clean/inspect.

I had all the floor tile through out my house cleaned and the shower tile washed and repaired in October of this year. The floor tile was filthy and the grout in the kitchen was badly discolored. When the job was done the tile and grout in the kitchen looked new. The technicians were courteous and professional. Neil showed up at the appointed time for the estimate as did the technicians. Neil came back and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Cannot recommend more highly.

I saw the company truck and decided to give it a try! Absolutely no problem, this was like discovering a 10 dollar bill in your pocket of pants! The technician was very professional, thorough and worked at a constant pace, finishing on time. Additionally, he explained everything he was going to do, and discussed the bill up front. We really liked the serve, and will have them back again!

I just moved into my house which had 13 year old tile and has been abused by a renter for the past two years. The tile was dirty and dark and the grout was stained. The two gentlemen from Coit, Domino and Raul worked magic on my floors! They worked extremely hard to clean and restore my floors - I can't recommend them and Coit enough. I was worried I would have to replace the tile, but thanks to Domingo and Raul's diligence, attention to detail and hard work, my floors have been saved.

Jonathan notified us when he was arriving. Coit sent a photo so we knew who to expect. He thoroughly explained the entire process. He kept us informed about the state of our vents. It was wonderful to get all the dust and debris out of our house! Jonathan was very pleasant and totally professional. The price they quoted was exactly what we paid. We recommend Coit and will use them again!

Best $$ I've spent on this house we've owned since it was built 20 years ago. I had no idea how dirty our vents were! Don't wait any longer to get this done! Well worth it, and I probably won't have the dusting problems I've had in the past.
