Jonathan came today (1/21) to stretch & clean my carpet. It came out great! Jonathan is a nice person & very professional. I will definitely use COIT in the future. I highly recommend.

John (Jonathon) appears to be highly knowledgeable about his business. He is always prompt, professional, caring and friendly. He takes the time to answer any questions. My husband and I are very satisfied with this technician's work ethics. COIT has now cleaned our air ducts, carpet and the grout in our floor tiles. Their prices appear to very reasonable and their work schedule is very flexible. Overall, our experience with COIT Cleaning has been very positive! Thank you to John and COIT !

They came very quickly. I called Weds late afternoon and needed it done by Sat noon. Came over immediately, gave me an estimate, and came the next morning. Great job. Johnathan cleaned 2 of my chairs and moved one to the living room for me. Also, did a good job on the area rug. Hard worker, fun personality. Highly recommend.

Their dedication to making things right speaks volumes, and I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends. Exceptional service!

Great rug cleaning service. They also cleaned my upholstery on my outdoor patio furniture. Highly recommend their services!

I was awarded a Civil Judgment regarding quality of work, misrepresentation of discounts and miscommunication due to inept Coit Representatives in February 2021. I'll let you know if they pay me.
ORIGINAL COMPLAINT:
My complaint involves advertising and customer service issues regarding quality of work, misrepresentation of discounts and miscommunication due to inept staff/schedulers/representatives of Coit. My unfortunate experience with this company began when I attempted to schedule an appointment through their online link. My first of 3 contacts contacted me. This representative confirmed my scheduled appointment for a August 12, 2020, one week prior to the date of service. I took Wednesday, August 12, 2020 off from work. I was told that the 30% discount was applied and that she would let me know whether they would include a free vent cleaning, which I requested. I called the night before to confirm the appointment. I reached the office after hours. The second person representing Coit named Tom reached out to me questioning the call from the previous night. *I had not left a message.* He apologized that there had been a mistake in scheduling. I was not on their schedule for carpet cleaning. I told him that I had taken the day off from work. He sincerely apologized and scheduled us on a day their vent cleaning truck could be sent. Tom confirmed that the cost to clean the carpet for two bedrooms and a living room would be $299 due to their minimum fee to travel to my town to do the work. In other words, he could not apply the 30% off discount they were offering due to distance. I wanted Tom to confirm the extremely high price for the small space of the cleaning I was seeking and confirm he would throw in the vent cleaning. There was miscommunication on this vent topic. He thought I might be referring to the dryer vent. I made it clear it was a 2x2 swap cooler register/vent. After clarifying, we rescheduled the carpet/vent cleaning appoint for the following week. The Coit technician cleaned the dryer vent, which was never requested. The carpet he cleaned immediately began to show the traffic stains that were there prior to cleaning. After a heated conversation with Tom about cleaning the wrong vent, he agreed to send someone out clean the correct vent. When I returned home and viewed the subpar carpet cleaning, I called and left a message for Tom. The third of and least professional of Coit representatives, Bernadette, returned my call with a baby crying in the back ground. I could barely hear her and was appalled when I realized I was actually hearing what she was saying, when she reneged on the agreement made between Tom and I regarding the vents, stating that I was attempting to get “FREE SERVICE.” Coit further failed to honor their policy of 100% satisfaction and have left me with a carpet that is not clean, a vent left as it was before they arrived and finally making this the worst experience I have had with a business, fowl mouth Bernadette, levied her accusation against me of impropriety after it supposedly took her 2 hours to listen to the recorded conversations. She completely misrepresented the conversations that she was not a part of between Tom and I and the representative they sent out and my daughter. She even claimed they cleaned 3 bedrooms and a living room for $299. This was falsehood and she knows it. I have a receipt to prove it. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company and instead have been left dealing with a bunch of clowns.

Holy cow I am so impressed! Johnathon just left (very nice young man) and I’m frankly shocked he was able to get nearly all of the old cat puke stains out.
That and cleaning the large, heavily trafficked area rug; it actually looks new again.
Am so glad I found COIT and cannot recommend them highly enough!

The young man did not move a small chest at the end of the bed and was not going to move the 2 items under the bed to shampoo my rug. I paid a lot of money to have my rugs cleaned. He also did not clean my upholstery completely. I specifically asked him about the crevices in the furniture and there is still dog hair and crumbs in the crevices. I will not use your company again! I did not get a professional cleaning!

Excellent job all around. Everything was explained clearly. The work was done quickly and completely. Good cleanup at job completion. Interestingly, the operations manager stopped by during the job to make sure everything was going smoothly. I'm pleased with this professional job.

COIT was prompt with scheduling. We had vent cleaning done and then tile cleaning. The costs were reasonable and were based on exactly what we needed. We couldn't have been happier with Jonathan who worked very efficiently around us and our dog for four hours. Everything looks like new now!

COIT was very timely and prompt in both their response to our request for carpet cleaning and then appointment follow-up. Bernadette was wonderful to work with and checked-in with us following the cleaning. We really appreciate the service from start to finish. We look forward to using COIT again for more cleaning needs!

Estimate service by Neil was excellent as he was very knowledgeable about my requested services. Price seemed fair but I am now awaiting a date for the service. Thus, cannot comment about quality of the service at this time.

Great customer service! Carpet came out great. Highly recommend Jonathon Montoya with COIT cleaning.

To start off the customer service was terrible. We got our carpets cleaned on monday, the guy came in, gave us our quote and right away told us that one of our rooms should just be ripped out because the cleaning they do wouldn't get it up to par, fine we go ahead and go forth with not getting the room done and getting our stairs, loft and hallway done. The stairs were left still black all along the corners and he didn't even try to clean the sides of the stairs like other carpet cleaner services normally would. Fast forward to wednesday, we decided to get the master bedroom shampooed after all until we can pull the carpet out and they told us that they would come back out and call it finishing a previous job plus we had an extra 30% off our next job from the last guy that did the job on monday. They didn't honor either of them. Still charged us $139.99 plus tax for ONE ROOM even though it was "finishing the job". We had pet stains so we asked for the pet enzyme and all the extras which was an extra $50 just for him to spray it in one spot when we clearly said we needed the entire room. To top it off the room smells even worse than before and looks the same when it started. I would never use this company again. We had 2 different guys come out, the first guy didn't even know how to talk to us and the second guy was rude and acted like he didn't want our business. I would give them no stars but was forced to put at least one.

Will be using Coit yearly for our floor and couch cleaning needs! They did amazing and we have had them over twice. The prices are VERY fair!!

Fernando prompt friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the process to me, how it could improve the look of the floor and what the potential problems that removing the grout could cause.
