Had a delivery there today. The staff I had contact with were great. Definitely the most organized plumbing supply store I’ve delivered to. Would gladly deliver there again.

Delivered water heaters to them. They took me a day early, but i called and asked first. Idk if you can spend the night or not, maybe on the street?? Best to call and ask. When you pull into their gate, go to the back and park on the side by their racks of pvc pipes. Pleanty of room to back up to where they want to unload you since they unload from the tail of the trailer since there isnt a dock. Decent at unloading as well and friendly.

Great deal on a great Aerocool swamp cooler. Great customer service. My wife had to pick up and they loaded everything for her. Highly recommend this business!

I went in for the first time and I was greeted by a gentleman named Andrew, he was very knowledgeable and patient. Andrew showed me many options for my project and gave me his number to call him if I had any problems. The products are high quality and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Perry Supply company.

I couldn't believe it !! I had one of my men over there trying to get supplies to help one of our customers out on a Friday afternoon. My guy had plenty on his company credit card to handle the transaction.
The staff member their kept telling my technician that the card wasn't going through.
It was about an $800 purchase In just miscellaneous materials, we need it!
They refuse to try to run the card any other way. Manually entering it in perhaps?
For some reason they refused to do an over the phone payment which is our standard protocol, due to so much theft and fraud these days the only way we purchase anything is individually and has to be called to our office. If it's over a certain amount.
we couldn't purchase their supplies due to them not wanting to help us or have an open account with an unlimited purchase limit for anybody to walk in and buy whatever.we are Not going to have an open ticket or open account for these guys that's not how WE work. We'll stick to vendors who want to do business with us AND HELP the customer. I am Very disappointed in them turning my man away the way they did.
We were unable to get the customer heat because I made a will call about 30 minutes before they closed and the few materials were the last thing we needed to get this particular customers heat back on.
I let the customer know that it was Perry supplies that stopped us from completing their boiler project that day. Luckily the customer understood and we will resume Monday to pick up where we left off. Definitely learned that lesson the hard way!!

They are very professional they went to my place 65 miles from Albuquerque they fix my heater right away they care about clients they are very nice Love this company

I hired Unique Plumbing for an ongoing toilet issue. The guys came in, quickly assessed the problem and repaired everything within 1/2hr. Very professional company. I highly recommend Michael and Unique Plumbing.
