I walked in and an emploeye asked right away what I was looking for and knew exactly where it was. I was in and out in 3 minutes or less. Fantastic service.

I tried to return an item that I purchased here, I had the receipt but did not have the C.C. that I used to make the purchase. They would not do the return and give me cash back. It should not matter that I don't have the card.

What I wanted was not in stock and not at warehouse. The gentleman who helped me said he didn't know when the item would be at the warehouse or would be ordered again because it is not a popular item.

Service is awful. Was trying to wave someone down for help for about 10 minutes. Multiple employees looking directly at me and blatantly ignoring me. Glad I don’t go there often.

This place has some of the best cabinets around air conditioners all year round they're really good specialty store to go to

The managers & everyone that works there is very unprofessional & every time I’ve went they where either high out of there mind, very messy, had food everywhere, where very rude and not even welcoming!!! Don’t come here cause everyone is unprofessional & unfortunately always to busy stuffing there face & could care less about costumers ! Go to a different location cause this location sucks !

Saved the day with my furnace. Counter guy Dan and manager Jeff C. Went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my furnace and get me the inducer motor I needed. While they didn’t have it in stock they had it in the store within an hour! You don’t get service like this many places anymore and the prices are competitive...

Visit was good, Sales Person Greg very helpful with Questions about Swamp cooler, but I didn't exactly know all info on item looking for...Nice

All the employees and manager are very nice and helpful. Sammon's has a variety of hardware & home renovation/building supplies to choose from. A very nice store!😊👍👍

Took precise measurements of countertops gave them to Matt and when we picked up countertops the were all cut off by an inch and they won't do anything about it . I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN this was the 3rd time I've had to pay for a plumber to come out and move the sink connections. If I were you I would take my business elsewhere

Great local supply store! Friendly and helpful. They don't have everything like "the big box" ones do and if they don't staff let's you know, and what store will. 👍

Matt the manger and the girl at the register went above and beyond very helpful and kind, compare to the one on central and Coors

They have all the oddball swamp cooler parts, but that's about it. They never have enough plumbing or electrical parts to complete a basic project from beginning to end.

I went for electrical wire asked 4 people for help no one knew anything. They asked me to wait for a salesman 10 minutes later I walked out. Educate your employees if you don’t you just have a bunch of people stocking and standing around. I’ll never be back in another store!

They really need to ip date the total process. Waiting on line fore some one to help then waiting in line to cash out is out dated way of doing business ..employees don't seem to have any sense of urgency.. there's no background shopping music its like a morgue. I asked three employees to show me where a thermo couple was and nobody knew. Some really old guy said he new but didn't point me in any direction..the store is on coors and central ..

I was in the Samons on coors and central.
VERY VERY hostile environment.
I walked in with my daughter to get some cooler parts.
The bigger cashier was arguing with a fellow customer.
She followed him out of the store, just screaming at him.
So i just walked out with my daughter and NO parts.

Ive been looking for new countertops. I finally decided on Samons. I've ordered a countertop that isn't in the regular stock. We discussed the cuttings , measurements and finishes... matte or gloss etc. The staff is very helpful. My order should arrive by April or less time. Looking forward to getting my countertops replaced.
