service was friendly and good. that parts to fix water heater was on the high side for cost.

Was in a crunch and needed heating elements for my tankless water heater. Ferguson’s marked up price for two elements came to $240. I later found the same elements online for $40. Major rip off. Don’t shop here unless you have no other choice.

My water heater plug broke and we needed to find parts for it, everyone there didn’t hesitate to help us find everything we need, Dakota was a big help, she made sure we were taken care of, Highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply. Thank you guys for all your help we appreciate you!!

I ve no expierience as to the company's price and overall integrity of installations but as sure as they are licensed and bonded im sure they are competitive and adept at the tasks of their profession. I give them a benefit of doubt because they're from the neighborhood and locally owned. In my book that is far better than taking a risk with these franchised or national shops that have out of state concerns, better to keep our hard earned money local.

I called at least seven different plumbers around town (lost track just how many) and this was the first one where I got someone to call me back and not be funny about pricing. Everyone was kind, efficient, willing to answer questions, and gave fair quotes.

The BEST plumbing service I have ever used - TLC is overpriced and horrible customer service. I tried Dr. Plumbing and he was FANTASTIC!!!

I called the office and the lady answering the phone was very courteous and scheduled me for a service visit the next day, what a surprise compared to the 4 days I had to wait when looking for a plumber on a previous issue. The plumber was running a little late but called twice to update me on a time (what service) and when arrived provided great information and a price that was probably half of what others would have charged. Can't say enough good things about them.

I was very impressed with this company. They responded quickly after we called. They replaced a heater, water heater and installed a faucet in the kitchen. Gator Plumbing fixed our emergency leak in our front yard fast and very professionally. They patched our leak within a day and did a fantastic job doing it.

They came on short notice to fix my broken toilet. They did a great job, came when they said they would, gave an accurate quote over the phone and had the whole thing done in half an hour! Will use again!

Edit: I've used them twice since the initial review and had great experiences both times. Most recently, they came and replaced my water heater the day after I called them! I had just got my wisdom teeth out so they picked me up some Wendy's chili and a frosty! They are really wonderful and I can't recommend them enough.
