One of the best top plumbing stores in town that carries most residential/commercial plumbing accessory parts, that usually can't find at Home Depot or Lowe's. I would highly recommend this place. The staff there is very professional with great customer service skills.

I bought a new faucet for the kitchen sink. No big deal I've bought them before. Well long story short, it became a three day nightmare, previous owner apparently put the faucet on with locktite, lines were to short, nothing fit. Thank God for these guys. After trips to every big box store and no help, I wandered in to Bob Garrecht, everything I needed, out in twenty minutes, all problems resolved. Great folks, and very helpful, well worth the trip.

I'm not a plumber and I limit the repairs that I do to simple things. When my Gerber shower valve went bad and started to leak, I couldn't find a replacement at any of the big box stores and shipping times from online sources were several days out. When I called Bob Garrecht, someone answered the phone promptly and knew exactly what I was looking for based on my mediocre description and when I went to get the part, it took less than 30 seconds for them to grab it from the shelf. It was exactly what I needed, and my shower faucet no longer leaks. The other thing I found impressive is that their prices for the part I needed weren't any higher than the online stores I was looking at. In many cases they were a few bucks less.

Kevin and team at Bob Garrecht know their stuff and had the hard to find part (Gerber shower cartridge) I needed. They also helped me with the shower handle and extracting a stuck set screw. Really appreciate their help and expertise. Definitely recommended them if you're looking for a hard-to-find plumbing part.

Couldn't find what I needed at Home Depot to fix two different annoying kitchen faucet problems. Hard to know what to order online. Brought the problem parts here and their extensive inventory produced the parts I needed. Fast, friendly, reasonably priced service.

Fantastic spot, especially for those with a weird problem or connection. They seem to have almost everything behind the counters.

I came in at closing looking for a sink washer. I was informed that’s not what I needed. With a minimal amount of information, the clerk found me the right part. I know where I’ll be going From now on when I have a plumbing issue. 👍

I came in looking for a water valve handle for an old faucet. Every other place I went to could only sell me the entire faucet. The fellow at the front counter went in the back and came out with an old ,perhaps used, valve handle. I didn’t care because I just needed a handle for an old faucet. The guy said that since the handle did not have a tag he would just give me the handle. I came in looking for a part that no one else could provide and went away a very satisfied customer. In the future I’ll go to Bob Garrecht’s for my plumbing parts.

Negative stars if I could! Three trips to fix a leaking sink and Eric (the owner) tells us the water is leaking from our hands down under the sink somehow! Worse service ever! NEVER USE THEM!

Tech came and said the blower motor fins were loose and needed repair My home warranty company said that this is not normal wear and tear and denied my claim Today the heater is not working at The techs diagnoses was completely wrong and now we have no heat in our home I would not have called a company that can’t even afford a functioning website and a inexperienced technician I do not recommend this company for any service

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!
