Store people were very helpful, had some obscure electrical converters I needed, and helped with an unrelated swamp cooler problem without taking advantage to try and sell something.

Always has the materials i need, but twice now I've been standing at the register ready to pay when an employee will come out of no where and tell me that some other person is "ahead" of me making me go from the only person in the front of the store to second in line.. never coming back after this time

We've found the best prices on waterheaters here. They make good on the warrentys, have always come through for us as well as 2 neighbors who also went through them for waterheaters. Can't say enough about Samons.

We have a really old house. Samons always have just what we need. Electric, plumbing, cabinets, water heater everything we need.

We've had some major repairs and remodels and manager Dave is always extremely helpful, informative, and courteous. As a result, we're sold on this store for most of our supplies. Such service is non-existent at the Big Box stores.

I picked up a new fan belt for my air conditioner. I also found water hose repair parts that I had been searching for without success at other home repair stores. It was a good place to shop.

One foot in and was told to mask up. So I agreed but no masks were available or provided by store. So I'm told not to enter at that point I looked at parking lot were it was completely empty no cars . Your store is one of many breaking my constitutional rights. So I will shop else were. Like home depo were I went in and out and did my business. A mandate is not law it's just a mandate!
