I thought the part I was looking for was somewhat obsolete. I first went here thinking just that. They had the part but for an outrageous price. I paid their price but later found out I could have paid less than half of their price somewhere else.

Was looking all over town for larger size brass pipe fittings and they had everything I needed. There sales people are awesome!

Very knowledgeable, had the part I needed for a 40+ year old hose bib, and showed me how to assemble that part for an exact fit.

Whoever was working up front today was very unprofessional and rude . Won't be coming back here or sending people to them. Hopefully they can get more helpful and friendly staff- I'm sure somewhere staff may be better it may have just been this one gentleman because I've heard good things about this place . Bummer

Shop here 1st if you're repairing existing plumbing! They had a part I needed for a toilet in my home built 1998 and that $2 part save me at least $15 in cost at Home Depot and at least two hours of my time replacing it as opposed to the five minutes it took me to replace the existing part they sold me here.

True gem of a store - old school plumbing and tool supply company, in business since the 80's at least. They were the only place in town with the replacement cable I needed for a main line cleaner - got me back on the job right away at a good price.

As far as parts stores go, this is no different. But then again, I have a knack finding parts stores that seem just a little out of the way, knowledgeable staff and a 80s kind of atmosphere. Much appreciated.

Only three people allowed inside at a time.
I was able to go in and get the part I needed and be out in 5 minutes.
The part was cheaper at Bob Garrett's then on Amazon with shipping.

They have a wide variety in stock. Many plumbers go to this place to find what they need in trade. I was able to get a filter I have been looking for. And the price is very reasonable.

I brought a part in the building and some but looked at for less than a second and said we don't have that here. Then without saying anything he just pulled out a part and literally three it across the counter at me and turned his back and went about his day. This guy was very rude and I would not recommend your company to anyone, because of this guy's rudeness! If I could give a lower rating it sure would be 0!

Kevin was so very helpful. He was able to deduce what I wanted/needed even though I used the wrong terms, called things gizmos or thingy. (Having pictures helped) And to top it off, they carry the Sterling brand shower handles!! I am so flipp'n happy. Wish me luck on putting all the bits & pieces together

Finally a place with the helpfulness of the old Baldridge Hardware tradition! I got ABSOLUTELY NO HELP from Home Depot to fix a simple plumbing problem...spent $15 there on parts I did NOT need. Stopped by BG Supply on the way home, showed them the faucet that was malfunctioning, and, even after they told me that particular faucet was no longer made...they found the parts I needed in their stock and THEY fixed it while I waited! Where do you find customer service like that in the 21st Century? I can't say enough about this fine organization. AVOID BIG BOX STORES LIKE LOWE'S AND HOME DEPOT WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

Great inventory always helpful up to the last trip. Called and spoke to Matt, he said they would hold the parts. When I called to confrm later another person couldn't understand what I was calling for and complained about having to deal with the call. Gave him the last number, he finally confirmed. Very rude and unprofessional. Not at all what I was expecting or used to.

My plumber recommended Bob Garrecht Supplies, he sent me there to buy a little plastic bug-stopper to put in a floor drain that he said was an $18 item. Bob Garrecht wanted $35 for the little plastic thing. I couldn't believe that they could ask that much. I'm going to have a hard time going back there for that reason. They seemed well stocked, but I won't trust them to give me a fair price.

Cannot recommend them highly enough. After trips to numerous other stores - including plumbing supply places like Ferguson - somebody advised I check with Bob Garrecht Supply. Within 2 minutes, the extremely knowledge people there had managed to find the obsolete but essential parts for a faucet I was trying to fix. Great place. I'm not a plumber. Just brought the part in and you don't walk through any aisles trying to figure it out. You walk in and straight to a three person counter where they go to the back and get the part. Saved me a lot of headachs and the part fit perfectly
