I gave the clerk my list, he went and picked out everything for me. Very friendly, very helpful, much better customer service than Lowes or Home Depot. Real personal customer service. I’m very grateful for their assistance.

After trying at least half a dozen other hardware stores, Samons had what I needed to fix my dead furnace. The staff were friendly and helpful, which isn't something I could say about any of the other stores I tried before them... They will be my first stop from now on when I need to make a home repair!

Very knowledgeable people, always was greeted and helped by someone as soon as I walked in. But the system to check out needs to change. Everything you buy needs a ticket printed. It's not a bad system but when there is a line of people, you forget something, and try to add it to the order while in line or at the register, it feels like your holding up the line.

Went there to buy a globe cover for a light fixture in my house. The employees were very helpful and nice. Samon's has a little bit of everything you might need to do any kind of upgrades in your home. It's a nice big clean store.

I took my sister there as we she needed a kitchen sink that had of unique shape. Found what we were looking for immediately at a great price! The sales staff was extremely helpful and suggested plumbing fittings that may make the project a bit easier, stressing that I can always return whatever I don't need. As it turned out, I did need some of those additional items. Problem with Lowe's and Home Depot is you could hardly ever get anybody to help you. The people at Samons were really awesome!

The staff at Samon's is knowledgeable and helpful. As a single mom, I just walk in, ask my questions, they lead me to what I need, and I go home with confidence in whatever household task or repair I am taking on. And the prices are fair. Thank you Samon's!

I needed a specialty toilet valve for a flapperless toilet that I woke up to running this morning. Did a bunch of Google searches and several places would take a few days to ship it to me. Stopped by Lowes and home depot and no luck. Decided to drop into Samons since my dad swears by them since I was a little kid. I Walked in, showed the worker what I needed and within two seconds he had it. All the employees were polite and attentive. From now on I'll make sure I go to Samons first. Litteraly the only place in town that had what I needed. Saved me alot of time and trouble.

I bought a toilet from this Juan Tabo Location. The toilet seat did not have the bolts so I went back to the store and the sales person gave me bolts from right off the toilet that was on display. I took them, but they were the wrong bolts. I returned them and the store manager gave me a pack of bolts again another pack. These bolts were still wrong so I called again. Told them the bolts were not right now the manager wants to know which toilet do I have an invoice? Why are they selling toilets without the bolts? One sales person told me that was the only ADA toilet they had now this manager is telling me they have two when I told him which one it was where to find the toilet that’s in the tiny store. He said he needed more details. I was already at the store earlier in the day ready to show him the invoice and ready to show him a picture of the toilet seat. He did not want to see it. Terrible service if you can’t even get a bolt right three times around you don’t deserve to work in the store.

I was only in the store for a few small items. I received immediate assistance with great professionalism. Even though I spent very little money that day, I felt appreciated and it made me feel good about selecting Samon’s instead of the Big Box stores.

BROOOO! Went in here the other week and it felt like a place where I could get jumped & mugged. Peeps working there just sitting on boxes and stock hanging out with no vest or indication they worked there. Lights were all off and only the outside sun was lighting up the place. Then they didn't have the part I needed. Lots of the aisles were sparsely stocked. Man, this place used to be pretty good from what I remembered back in the mid to late 1990s. But now, it's rough looking. Good luck to them and I hope they can bring it back up to where they once were. Sucks to see a small neighborhood store struggling.

Walked in with no greeting, waited in line to ask about an item I didnt see in stock. The worker reached around me to grab the item another man behind me was holding and didnt bother to help me with that I was trying to find.

Went in for Master Cool pads and the prices were significantly lower than the big box stores!

I've only been here a few times, but it's a great experience every time. I try to support smaller local shops as much as I can and this is a great place. They have a pretty good selection of things and the service is what makes this place great. All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Since it's a smaller business, you might not get the lowest prices, but it is well worth it for the service and to support small businesses.

Made an appointment. Didn't show up. Contacted, they said emergency, fine. Rescheduled. Didn't show up.

Our experience with then was extremely unpleasant. My wife got called “babe” numerous times while the tech ignored the request of my wife to ring the doorbell should they need any type of assistance. He interrupted her work as he continuously walked into the master bedroom without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Then proceeded to blatantly stare at her chest area.
