Recently in the evening, my kitchen drained clogged up. I tried the usual chemical and even borrowed a neighbor's drain snake to no success. It was time to quickly find a plumber that specialized in clearing drains. The next morning I called Roto-Rooter and the friendly dispatcher said that a technician should be there within 2-3 hours which wasn't unreasonable considering I just called that morning. Later, another dispatcher called and said the technician would be there within a half hour which was exactly inside the time period initially given.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Jonathan, our plumbing technician, who knew exactly what to do to unclog the drain. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was a messy repair and unclog job and Jonathan did a nice job cleaning up everything. Kudos to him.

I thought the invoice was fair. I wouldn't say it was reasonable nor was it exorbitant. I do feel I got a good value and Rotor Rooster was fast, reliable, and got the household up and running. I very much recommend their services.

We woke up to our downstairs bathroom toilet backing up to the tub on a Saturday morning. We called Roto-Rooter who came out for an emergency call that same day. They were very professional; they called before coming and arrived will within the window of time they had quoted us. The technician was very pleasant and took care of the situation quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable for an emergency weekend call. We would recommend this service.

I have worked with Roto Rooter on Rankin Road for almost 2 years now and I can say that I highly recommend them. They do great work on the commercial property management side and I also am now using their services for repairs at my home. I'm so glad I found them.

Very pleased with the service and the outcome. The technician arrived promptly Roto-Rooter called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He discussed the three options. I elected to go with the whole house option because it's a one-year warranty.

He also gave me a gallon bottle of pipe Shield which is a monthly maintenance treatment.

Plumbing went out on Christmas Eve, and we were expecting 19 people for Christmas brunch. Called Rotor Rooter around 11am and they came out around 5:30. They were fast, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I believe the young man was Dean, he was great.

They were the first company I called that answered their phone! Ms. Stephanie was quick to address my concerns. Promptly placed me on the schedule with a window of 2 hours. Within 30 minutes recieved a call that technicians were en route. Technicians arrived and quickly addressed the situation. Offered a few options for service and promptly completed the task at hand. As a team they were courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable.

We had a water main leak that started minor but was getting worse. They came out quickly, assessed the issue, gave an estimate and returned the next day. The completed the work and left our setup better than it was to begin with. They also adjusted the price down to match the work performed. Amazing service!!

Called roto rooter. They called back and said they could be there in 20 min. I had another company over who couldn't fix the problem. Your guy came out and did it no problem. It took him a while but he was able to clear the line. Had better equipment. Very professional. Thank you.

On our approval, they removed the toilet to do a roto-root job and replaced the toilet. They also put a new supply line from the wall valve to the toilet (even though the toilet was only six months old). The next day, there was leaking where the supply line attached to the wall valve (it was not prior to the service). When I called asking for the technician to return, the company pushed back - asked if the leaking was "excessive." What level of toilet leak is acceptable? When they finally agreed to return to see the problem, of course they blamed the issue on someone else - despite the simple fact that the toilet was not leaking before their service call and was leaking afterwards. I had to call a plumber who fixed the problem in three minutes by tightening the connection at the valve. Why should I have had to pay a plumber to fix a problem caused by roto-rooter?

Terrible experience! They came to the house to unclog my toilet but a day later it’s clogged again. The technician used a 3 foot auger, and said he might have to replace the toilet if that didn’t work. He didn’t use a snake, and he didn’t even check the cleanout. When I called the company to complain, I was put on hold for 5 minutes while the receptionist spoke to the operations manager. When she returned, I was told there was no guarantee on the work, but they’d be willing to send a technician to auger again, and that I should consider myself lucky since that’s above and beyond what they usually do. I asked to speak to the operations manager but was told that was impossible because he was out sick, even though the receptionist had just spoken to him. I was charged $100 plus tax for 5 minutes of shoddy work.

I had an urgent plumping issue with one of my sprinkler lines and they were here right away same day to fix it. My back yard was flooded and I was in a panic. Called 2 other companies, 1 had no one to come same day and the other TLC I sat on hold forever hoping to get someone on the line and finally hung up. Called Roto Rooter and got through right away and within a few hours my problem was fixed and water back on. Sam and his partner were FABULOUS!

Sunday Evening all drains backed up!! We have the Total Home Warranty… We call Roto Rooter to come out!! A short time later Jayden shows up!! He’s awesome!! He clears the clog with the snake and we’re back in business!! Been dedicated customers for decades!!! All covered by Home Warranty!! Wonderful!!! Highly recommend

We had a backed up sewer line on a Saturday afternoon. The first plumbing service we called said they would get back with us. Never did in a reasonable time. The second company came out quickly but only brought a 50 foot snake with no cutter blade. After trying for a while, they couldn't fix the problem at all but still charged us well over 100 Dollars. Then we called Roto-Rooter. They sent Lukas, a very friendly and knowledgable plumber who had the right equipment (a heavy-duty 100+ feet long snake with a cutter blade) and could clear our sewer line within half an hour. The service was not cheap but also came with a 30 day warranty and made us happy. We will never bother with anyone else in the future but Roto-Rooter.

We have a whole home contract and Roto Rooter is very responsive when we need their service. They were in and out completing their work quickly and effectively. Very satisfied!

Toilet backed up at work (NOT GOOD). so I called and was told they would definitely be able to service our business today before we close After 2 hours - I called - again - "we will be there before you close." So 20 min before we close, I call again and ask - "Are you coming today?" I am then told "we are short staffed, we don't know when we will be able to get there." Not reliable - not honest. I know that turning away business is hard but lying to a customer about availability? NOT good. Got to the next plumber, this company is not reliable.

This company is normally good. But this time it wasn't. I set an appointment time for 530. They called me at 430 to say someone will be arriving between 30-45 mins. Which is normally fine. I still had to do errands but I was about 20-25 mins away. Once I got off the phone the technician was at my door. He said he could do the outside and hopefully I will be there by then but when i said I was 20-25 mine away he got upset and rolled his eyes. At that point it wasn't a great experience. Called the office. Asked them to remove the technician from my house. Office manager asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I said yes.... still waiting.... like I said normally a good company. But after there tech rolled his eyes because I wasn't fitting his schedule eventho the appointment was at 530.... no Bueno.

Main line backed up,Friday night, 6:30 pm. Called Roto-Rooter Plumbers. They had it fixed by 8:15 pm. Less then 2 hours from call, to problem solved. You can't beat that. Brandon R., the service technician, was great.

The crew at Roto Rooter are constantly professional, very competent, and friendly. We had issues with some equipment and they worked constantly to get it resolved, doing everything they could to make it right. I would absolutely use them again, and I have. Special shout out to Scott for doing everything he could to make sure we had water when we needed it.

Everyone was super duper friendly and I got so lucky that they could come out and take care of me on that day. They did a wonderful job. My only complaint is that it is way too expensive for an average person. There should be an option to unplug it once and go. Some people don't want a one-year warranty and they most definitely don't have $300 to put out.

We had an issue with our drain Sunday night 😐, so I placed a call to y'all Monday morning @9am at which time I asked what the time frame would be, and the gal let me know anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, which I understood, so I left contact info, and just about 30 minutes later, she called to let us know that she has a tech enroute to my home. And at 10am, our tech, Cory was here. After asking some questions of my husband, he then gave him several options, and once a decision was made, he went right to work to fix our problem. He cleaned up his work area, wrote up our invoice, explained the warranty to us in a reasonable time frame. We sure appreciated the knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and politeness of Cory. We have used y'all before and will definitely continue to for future needs. Word of mouth referrals are the BEST and we will gladly mention your company and staff when the opportunity presents itself. And to the young lady on the phone, thank you, I appreciated your honesty with the time frame, considering our current workforce issues. Have a blessed day
