When I had a water main break, I called 4+ plumbers Monday morning at 8AM. Roto-rooters not only answered and got there to provide an estimate but David and Elijah were able to start work finding the connection point to the house right away. Both of them were phenomenal and worked tirelessly to get us water by mid-afternoon Wednesday and left the yard better than it was when they originally showed up. David was great at answering all of my questions about the process and durability as well.

I called roto-rooter because of a plugged toilet water line & asked for the costs involved to send out a repairman. I gave the lady who answered the phone my complete address, including my city's street section designation: NE. SE. SW, NW. She evidently didn't hear me or wasn't listening & asked for the street designation again. I told her I had already given that info but repeated it anyways. She accused me of being rude & hung up the phone on me. This employee has no idea what good customer service is & should not be involved with the public. By her attitude, she represents her company in a very negative way.

On a scale of 1 - 10, Seth is a 22!!!! Lots of contractors have worked on my old house. Every one of them has had to return a second time (sometimes more) to get the job done right. Not Seth. He did it right the first time. Seth replaced my water heater, brought it up to code, and put in extras to make it easy for me to maintain it. And he did it with a wonderful attitude and personable demeanor. He also did it for a highly reasonable price. Like he says, he's out to make a living not a fortune. Unlimited Plumbing, Freddy, David and Eric, all awesome. Mounting sink (brilliant way to seal the sink to the granite), Connecting, faucets, water treatment, new disposal and dishwasher, all done beautifully. And these guys all communicate so well, I knew what was happening at each step.

This was my first experience with Unlimited Plumbing but they were highly recommended by my neighbor. Tyler came to add a new a pressure release value and new shutoff. It ended up being a full day job and the results were impressive! The final cost wasn't cheap but quality work for a full day by a qualified plumber is an investment.

- Eric and Reyes did a great job on installing new gas line for my tankless water heater.
- Very responsive when seeking a quote from them; came out to my house right away.
- The price was fair, and lower than others that I received. Didn't try to overcharge me, and didn't try to sell me on services that I didn't need.
- Showed up on time to do the job!!! Wow!!
- Very polite, courteous, and technically knowledgeable.
- Went above and beyond by helping me make sure all of my other gas appliances were functioning correctly after the gas was turned back on when the job was finished.

These guys were great. We had Eli and Eric and they were such a great crew. Originally we thought a single pipe needed to be fixed so they had booked us for that amount of time but once they got to work we realized the whole house needed to be re piped. I really appreciate that they made time for us to completely finish the job. They were nice and professional and worked quickly.

We needed a new propane line for a new tank installation. We also needed the old tank to be useable until it was out of gas. Eli Romero and Eric Gonzales were very proficient and professional. They are also very friendly. The work was done with up to code materials and any mess was cleaned up before they left. This project went very well and was scheduled very well around our needs. Excellent company and employees.

They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. They catered to our needs and asked questions to make sure we got what we wanted where we wanted it. Installed mini splits for the house. It's now much cooler, the system is nearly silent, and everyone has their own comfort zone. Perfect!

I woke up in the early AM to find my hallway filled with water. My water softener unit burst, and was flooding my home since late in the evening. I shut my water off then and there, called Unlimited that same morning, and they were out there within the hour to assess. They quickly found the culprit, a big crack along my water filter. They were back the next morning with the Replacement part, and were even able to reposition some of my existing utility closet to make everything more serviceable. They even repositioned my pressure gauge to better protect against Pressure spikes in the future. Damn fine work all around, highly recommended. I won’t be messing around with other companies in the future, Unlimited Plumbing will be my first call.
