We reached out to Unlimited Plumbing about getting a tankless hot water heater installed to replace an old tank water heater. The owner, Charles, came out and assessed our needs, spoke to me about our options, and even climbed into our attic to ensure that the existing piping was sufficient. When we received the quote, the price was significantly lower than other quotes we'd received. We were able to schedule the install very quickly due to an opening in their schedule.

For the actual install, Christian and Charles were both efficient and fast. I think it took about 5 hours or so from the time that Christian got there to begin draining the tank to the moment that Charles put the cover on the unit. They were nice, considerate, and everything that I can see looks like they did a great job. Charles also made sure that any questions we had were answered and that we knew we could reach out with any questions.

Overall a great experience and we'll definitely be reaching out to Unlimited plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.

Tyler came out to replace my leaky garbage disposal. He was friendly, professional, and skilled with his work. In and out in less than an hour and he also tightened up a loose sink handle quickly before leaving. 10/10 would recommend. 🙌🏼

My neighbor recommended this company to me a few years ago for the heater and air conditioner. I had an appointment today and Jeremy came out to turn the heater on. His job before mine took a little longer than expected, Charity called to let me know and I really appreciate that she did that. I got a text letting me know he was on his way. When he got here he was very professional and very kind and apologized that he was running late. I had tried another company before this and they were 4 hours late and no phone call or apology and the price was outrageous! Every time this company has come out they have always been professional and friendly. I will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends! I had to edit my review. I have now had two leaks with the work that was done in my home. The most recent was my water heater connection that I could not get to stop leaking even after shutting off the water. I called the emergency after hours number which was sent to voicemail. I never got a visit or a call back so I had to pay for someone else to fix this issue. I was quite disappointed..

I have use unlimited Plumbing quite a few times during my remodel. Overall, they are expensive but they do good work. Wonderful workers and not too long of wait times to get on the books.

I had Eli come out to install a water heater, water Softener, in the wall plumbing, under concrete drainage movements, and more. They did excellent work with this. Then I had Jeremy come out to install a water filter, sink disposal, multiple faucets and plumbing, and a toilet. There was one leak present for one of the sink plumbings. I also had Brandon come out to install a new furnace. There were numerous dents created and wood damage present after the furnace installation.

Great team! Christian and Tyler installed a new water heater. They did a great job! Very honest, hard workers. I don't normally do reviews unless I'm very impressed. Christian saved me a lot of money on other work as well. Very honest indeed! I live in Tijeras and he always showed up on time or earlier.

If you are looking for a plumber Unlimited plumbing is the best. I needed my soft water system moved so I could change the filter. Tyler came out and looked at the mess the other plumber did and provided a quote to fix it. I am very pleased with the results he made sure that everything was done professionally and no leaks.

Tyler with Unlimited Plumbing came out to fix a leak and he was so awesome. He fixed the leak and was a very professional young man. While he was there, I had a question about my swamp cooler, so fixed it as well. This was my first time using Unlimited Plumbing and I was really pleased with the service I received. I needed a kitchen faucet and water filter installed along with replacements of several leaking water shut off valves. Unlimited sent out Cristian and he did a great job with the service. I had a great experience today - I called Unlimited over the weekend and left a message with an urgent but not emergency problem. I got a call back by 8a today (Monday), and they were even able to send a plumber (Christian) out today. Christian made quick work of my issue and even took some extra time to assess my water heater and give me some maintenance tips. It wasn’t cheap (what is anymore?) but I’m just thrilled to have had a quick, hassle free experience with great communication and quality work. Thanks!

Our main water line unexpectedly began to leak, and we didn’t know who to contact. Unlimited Plumbing came highly recommend from a coworker and we couldn’t have been more satisfied when the job was completed. After calling for an appointment, Tyler came to our house promptly, was courteous & professional. He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Their estimate was much more reasonable than others we received. Tyler and his coworker did a great job with the pipe replacement and got everything put back together nicely. Most recently our boiler had issues and we were without heat. I appreciate Gabe Curry for making our call a priority and fitting us in his very busy schedule. This warranted the increase from 4 stars to 5. We appreciate his concern and responsiveness as we had a severe cold snap shortly after he repaired our boiler.

Our water main ended up breaking right as the weather began to warm up in Spring of 2021. No other plumber could fit us into the schedule quickly, leaving us without water for several days. I called Unlimited Plumbing and even though they too were fully booked, they understood the gravity of our situation and worked with us to get us help much sooner than others. They booked separate appointments in the small service windows they had available to get our water main fixed, getting water back to our house quickly. The quality of communication we received was unheard of from a contractor: they consistently called us to let us know what was going on, the feasibility and timeline of sending folks out to the house, and what we could expect. I never once had to wonder. All in all, I’m so pleased with their professionalism and respect that they’ve won me as a customer!

We were in the market for a water softening system for some time and had several companies give us a quote. Installation for our home was more complicated because of the location of the main water shut off valve. Due to several concerns, we contacted Unlimited for a 2nd consult with Tyler. Tyler was a wealth of information and more knowledgeable than all of the other reps we consulted combined! I cannot say enough about the workmanship, professionalism, and integrity that Tyler and Christian displayed, despite working long and arduous days. High quality and dependable employees! We will always request Tyler and Christian for any our plumbing needs.
