Man was extremely rude. Couldn’t even wait for my disabled dad to get to the front door. Stayed there for five minutes and left now my whole day is ruined.

I can't recommend this plumber enough! I needed my toilet replaced like yesterday but Addison came out today (same day) and installed a new perfectly working toilet for like $400 less than what tlc quoted me. Excellent job!

Poor customer service !!!!! Disappointed again by action plumbing they've come out on two different occasions The first time I showed up after a week waiting for them they showed up with broken equipment the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing very indecisive and don't believe the hype about the drain clearing for 29 or 49 That's just to give me a come on The owner Addison is extremely rude I would never ever recommend anybody going to this individual for any type of repair not unless you want to be insulted I'm disabled man there's been waiting over 10 days for them to come through they said that they arrived I'm a residence knocking and banging which is lie I'm disabled I'm not deaf they really didn't want to proceed with any type ofRepair and I'm going to be sure to report them to disabled American society they left me without water running water plumbing or any of that facility with no excuse for 10 days and then they yelled at me and my son

On July 28th I called a web site for a plumber at 6:45 am and at 7::02 James called me. I told him my problem and we made a appointment fir 2:00 the same day
James arrived zI showed him the clogged area in the kitchen and he went right to work. He was done unclogging the drain in a very short time no mess perfect customer service and very fair price. I have found my forever plumbing company . I highly recommend James and his company to everyone. Thanks James for your work ethics and customer service.

Mr Pacheco was on time and very professional he was able to fix the problem efficiency or effectively without delay he showed me the new parts he was going to use we've been using them for the past 20 some years very reliable very clean picks up after himself I rate him 10 Stars very reasonable cost he repaired and fix my wall heater

Called them for an emergency repair on my furnace. My call was answered promptly and someone was sent out within an hour. An hour after that my furnace was up and running again. Excellent service and reasonable price.

Pacheco Plumbing did right by us. Juan did an excellant job and we were extremely satisfied with the work he did. Not only did they do a wonderful job, they came when they said they were going to come. We've had so many contractors say they are gonna come at a certain day and time, and they do not show. Very frustrating. Currently, we have a roofer giving us the run around. I wish Paxheco did roofs!!!!

Juan did a very poor job installing a sink and toilets in my mother's home. The hot and cold handles on the sink were reversed, and he installed everything as fast as possible with no regard for quality. He left a garbage disposal in that would never work well and always caused a back-up in the sink. This ensured my poor mother has needed to call him back several times. Now that I'm married, my husband fixed everything for my mother and noted what a lousy job Juan did, leaving all the joints loose and leaky. We don't use him anymore and do not recommend him.

I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are really good.

We have an older house, built in the 1960s, and kitchen drain line has a shallow grade and so gets clogged with gunk rather easily. These guys went in from the vent on the roof and now that drain works better than ever.

Not only were they really good, and our drains seem to flow better than ever and there was no mess whatsoever in our home.

Their pricing was totally fair, and they were right on time.

These guys provide excellent service, are very responsive, and are incredibly honest and reasonably priced. Juan procured and installed a water heater for me at a very reasonable cost (and it is an older house so finding a modern water heater that fit in the available space was a bit of a challenge) and additionally installed a new toilet and sink, also at a very reasonable cost.

I recently had a bad experience with another local plumbing company, and it put in perspective for me just how amazing it is to deal with an honest and professional company like Pacheco's Plumbing.

We had an excellent experience with IDEAL for our HVAC replacement. From the sales team to the installation team, (shout out Ron and Kyle!) to the electrical team IDEAL partners with, we were taken care of every step of the way. IDEAL was communicative, and professional, and we won’t be going anywhere else for any of our HVAC needs!

I just did a complete conversion from a evap cooler to a mini split heat pump A/C and water tank.
Ron came out and explained everything in detail regarding this conversion. He's extremely knowledgeable!
His crew knocked it out in 2 days and we're very professional and cleaned up every last scrap. They had the best pricing in town for my new system.
Would definitely hire them again...
