Manny and his guys have helped us out on many larger HVAC projects in Albuquerque, NM and they’ve always done an excellent job.

Haven't had them do any work yet but had someone come out to consult and he was very honest and helpful and had good suggestions, will definitely be calling them when we're ready to schedule our work! Thank you!

We have 2 new systems installed by Ideal 3 years ago. Called today for service, was advised that I should call someone else as they have no availability??? Wasn't even offered a future date. Called someone else.

I needed a main line repair. Upon inspection of the main line it was determined that the main line needed to be replaced. Preston, Kyle, Junior, Brandon and Oscar made it all happen for.

Our water heater died and the guys were very well priced and extremely professional. 2 things you don’t always get together. The quote, scheduling, and installation were all done within 2 days. The installer, Kenneth even came early. He was a pro in every sense of the word. I will use them for my next hvac needs.

Asked about service and prices. Told they would call me back the next day. They did but said they were waiting for the boss. Also told that if they couldn’t do the work they would give me a referral. Waited a few days and called back. Told to wait and they would call. Last time I called a week later I was told to find someone else and no referrals. I was told the boss got mad when the receptionist asked. Don’t waste your time. They are a joke

Ideal plumbing and heating installed a master cooler in my home several months ago for use during the summer months. Two gentlemen that stood out were Kyle and Caesar. They were so professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing, how they were going to do it and how long it would take. They explained how to use the thermostat and the turn on the water turn on. (we did not have a cooler or AC conditioning in our home before this ) They were both very kind and very professional. The team worked efficiently and cleaned up their mess leaving no tools or debris. I was quite impressed with their professionalism and efficiency in completing the job. I would highly recommend ideal plumbing for installation of a master cooler or any cooler.

Ideal put in an amazing Carrier system in my adobe house. Ron and his team were professional, helpful and priced very reasonably. The system is incredible and I couldn’t be happier with their work.

Developed a leak in the water system under my house the day after Thanksgiving. After 14 days and four different plumbing companies still no water. It was then Kyle and Clint came out from Ideal. Within 90 minutes my leak was fixed. Wow.... Those guys came ready, willing and able to what was an estimate appt. They went above and beyond to get the job done right and quickly. Kurston from Sunshine Plumbing came to the house to help with the lack of air flow to one of the bedrooms. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and provided several options to the solution. He was professional, kind and patient in his explanation of the situation and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. I use Sunshine Plumbing both at my home and in my business and I always receive fabulous service.

Excellent service and support.

My most recent experience with Sunshine Plumbing was last week to have our ducts cleaned and fogged. With allergy season upon us and spending most of our time in the house because of lockdown orders it was important to ensure the air we were breathing was as clean as possible.

As part of this service they also verified the Global Plasma Solution units were properly functioning. These units are incredible as they neutralize odors, kill mold, bacteria and virus, and help control allergens. These units run when the fan for the HVAC unit is on. It the past the entire family has suffered from allergies to Mulberry and Juniper. Even with these pollen counts off the charts right now we are not feeling the effects while in our home. The draw back is the fan does need to be on so the electric bill will be higher this month. I will gladly pay that bill for the relief this brings.

The technicians Alan and Jeremiah were prompt, courteous, and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction.

I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing for all of your plumbing/HVAC needs.

It was terrible. I was looking for an installation and haul- away of a toilet. We had picked up toilet and was quoted a price of $127.95 minus 10% senior discount. Service guy was prompt but we had wrong connection part. I ran to Lowes and got proper connector so work was completed within 75 minutes of his arrival. When he presented bill it was now $301!!!. I would have paid a pro-rata for additional half hour (127.95 x 50% = 63.98) for a total of $191.92 -10% or $172. Instead he "reduced" it to $243 which we feel is a ripoff for simple toilet hookup. We had been quoted 125-135 by other plumber.

After waiting over 2 weeks for an appointment, I received a confirmation on Friday for my monday appointment. The service tech was to call me, for service between 12-4, I waited the ENTIRE day, with nobody calling me. After I inquired, I got the Im so sorry our tech went out there. No phone no nothing. I will NEVER use this company, and NOBODY else should either. I will NEVER recommend this business. Customer service must not have been passed down to the generation who took over this business. Thanks for wasting my day, and thanks for NOTHING.

Lupe, Josh and the Service Manager were awesome. We had a clogged sewer pipe. At first we called TLC. They came with a very thin snake ofcourse did nothing charged $200. TTLC charges trip charges 2 hiur min and charge by the hour. They wanted to charge me $500 to bring a camera. Then another $300 to power blast it. I said why don't you carry all of your equipment on one truck. I stopped him said no and called Sunshine Plumbing. They were so nice,. Best thing we did.Way under $500. They used a large coiled steel snake unclogged the pipes and brought in a camera, recirded the whole thing. Said we arent sure why they would want to use a camera. The camera cant see through cloudy water. You have to get it unplugged first. So moral of the story call Sunshine plumbing first. Pkus they are locally owned and are a great New Mexico family with morals. Thank you so much. Great experience.

Excellent honest service!! I can not say how excellent the service I received. Ramon Alderrtte performed a video rocording for my sewer and was prompt and provided the utmost customer service!!!! Also Shane came out to my property to provide a quote on a new water meter install and also provided excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing because they are honest, affordable and most of all provide superior customer service!!!!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT!

November 2014 our original furnace decided to quit and the weather was getting cold. We called Sunshine Plumbing & Heating and we had a new Carrier furnace in a few days. The other companies we contacted couldn’t even get to the house for weeks.

Then this past summer our swamp cooler decided to quit. Who did we call; Sunshine Plumbing & Heating. They had a challenge getting a new system in the furnace space in our 1969 tri level home, but they did it. We now have a Carrier heating and air conditioning system that is fantastic.
We can’t praise the personnel at Sunshine Plumbing & Heating enough, they are great!

We highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing & Heating.

My experience has been stellar. My A/C went out during a hot weekend and it’s been miserable. I called a few places and Sunshine was booked for a couple days. But, they called me and managed to get a technician here later that same day. Kearston was professional, prompt, educated me on preventative maintenance. Great company!

A week ago the prior owner of our condo had a simple leaky faucet repaired as a part of repairs for the home sale. We moved in and attempted to wash the tub when the faucet let loose completely gushing water and we had to shut the water off. We called Sunshine and they said they would not warranty their work just a week later because we were different owner. They then demanded a prepaid 160.00 fee to diagnose what they did wrong. We called some one else, and so should you.

My mother had Sunshine install a new Aerocool swamp cooler on her home last summer. The installation was done poorly with the tech not sealing the holes in the roof from the old cooler, installing the wrong sized motor, and not setting the pulley speed coorect. Over a month later Sunshine finally came and fixed these problems. On startup this spring one of the fan bearings was dry and the seal had failed. Since it was less than a year old I figured Sunshine would replace under warranty (either their 1 year warranty or the manufacturer's 2 year warranty). Sunshine said the warranty was void because we didn't pay them to start up the unit this spring. I'm now working with Aerocool warranty department to have the bearing replaced. I should have learned my lesson earlier when Sunshine cut roof truss in my house when installing duct work a few years earlier. I cannot recommend Sunshine and I suggest avoiding them at all costs.

Needed some plumbing work done before the sale of my home. Sunshine delivered as promised; they did a beautiful job and were efficient and accommodating. Extremely pleased!
