Great service. He broke down the cost beforehand. He was on time and very clean. Not to mention, he was right on target with his estimate.

Estimate for repair, crew breaks line then threatens to file lien and paperwork with city if we don’t agree to rewrite contract. Promises verbally yard will look like it was never touched and claims never did. Unprofessional unethical business. Will never recommend- steer clear of this thief!

I would recommend Action Plumbing to anyone. James (the owner) responded right away to my call and gave me a written estimate right on the spot. The crew worked without a brake to extend the gas line from the gas meter to the house under a very cold conditions and worked until late.
The State gas Inspection was passed with flying colors and the permit was granted.
I am very pleased with the work they have done. They even installed my stove and gas dryer free of charge.

Was quoted 125 to unclog a drain which I was told took about 15 mins. They ended up going under the house inspecting my heating and cooling system went farther under than where the drain was. Looked at other drains and gave me a estimte to replumb the kitchen sink and a couple other things. Told me I was getting a good deal from them. Essentially I paid for a estimate I never asked for 160 is what my wife paid as I was at work. If I were home I would have told them to get packing. They didn't even shut the crawl space when they left. Go with a different company

These guys really came through for my family yesterday. We had a hot water heater break as well as the furnace malfunction. They came out and worked late. They didn’t leave till the whole house was functioning properly. We have had them service our home several times and each time they proved to be simply the best! 5 Stars!

My wedding ring had been flushed down the toilet. I took the toilet off to see if maybe it had stayed at the beginning of the plumbing system. It didn't! It was washed 8ft under my home. He was able to concoct a device to fit the end of his camera. This was a miraculous recovery. He is a true hero in disguise. Thank you!!

I called today to see about getting an outside faucet replaced, James showed up within the hour! Everything said and done in under 4. Great prices, honest reliable work. Will definitely be using Action Plumbing going forward.

Action responded to my Home Advisor inquiry asap; they were ready to come out that same day! I wasn't ready & scheduled for next day; they were at my door at 8:30 a.m. (even before the scheduled time). They did the repair at a reasonable price. More impressive - the faucet leaked; I called them and they returned within an hour and fixed it. Ray, the repairman, explained reason for the leak and very professional! Would recommend Action.

I’m a disabled veteran and new homeowner. As with most new houses I had a plumbing emergency. Within 24 hours Action Plumbing was to my house, cutting a corroded hose off the washer that “came with the house.” My faucets were old, and they replaced them as well. They communicated with me every step of the way. Their price was more than reasonable and absolutely blew the competition (TLC) out of the water. They also gave me a discount as a fixed income disabled vet. It’s really nice to have folks out there who genuinely care. They even did a walk through inspection and helped me understand other potential issues to keep an eye out for. No high pressure, no sales, just wanting to make sure I wasn’t heading toward impending doom anywhere else in my home. 100% would use them again.

Look for a good reasonable plumber call Action plumbing! I called action plumbing Monday afternoon James was able to arrive 15 minutes after I had called. He was amazing at explaining and showing me what he was finding. He fixed our pipe leak and added a few more things in. He genuinely is a good person who cares and wants the job done right! Will definitely use action plumbing again!

I called several plumbers and James had the fastest response time. He called me back and told me he would come by the same day! After meeting with him, and quoting a great price, he said he would start the next day! The others I contacted told me they could not do the work for two weeks.
He quoted an excellent price and he was fast. I have a 300 year old Hacienda and we will need more plumbing done. He is the guy I will have for a long time to come.
