Update:(September 2023) Had Brandon and Brandon out today to get my heater ready for winter. Awesome workers. I’m slowly getting to know the employees of this company and so far they’ve all been outstanding. Update: (August 2023) Being I can’t write separate reviews for each occasion and employee because Google only allows you to edit and not write a new review. I looked back on my records and realized I’ve been using Unlimited Plumbing since 2013 when they came out to fix another companies mistake. I’ve had Unlimited Plumbing come out numerous times with this past week to be the most recent, to fix a piping leak. Eli and Christian came out and I can't say enough about the employees who work for this company including the secretary/scheduler Charity. Every employee I’ve dealt with over the years has been outstanding. Their compassion, kindness, honesty, knowledge and professionalism is to be commended. I’ve never met the owners but if you’re reading this all employees mentioned in this review should be acknowledged and commended. You are truly blessed to have these employees working for your company. Employees make or break a company and these employees sure do make your company. I can’t say enough good things about Unlimited Plumbing!!! (Older review) Tyler came out today (2021) to fix an outside faucet. What an amazing employee!! Professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, honest and an AWESOME attitude. Unlimited Plumbing is blessed to have this young man working for them. I've used Unlimited Plumbing numerous times throughout the years and have always had a great experience and their prices are reasonable. Thomas Valdez did a great job and fixed our bathtub faucet. He was a pleasant and patient guy. We will use this company again.

Best experience ever! Our water heater boiler would not ignite and we had no hot water. On Thursday could not find anyone who would come out before Monday. I tried Unlimited Plumbing based on a recommendation - Craig was out within the hour and fixed everything quickly. He know his stuff! I'll never call another plumbing company for service ... that's for sure.

I have been using Unlimited Plumbing for over 10 years now and they have performed several services including heating installation, new A/C, new garbage disposal, new water heater etc ----and several air conditioning/heating changeovers in the spring and fall. They have always provided excellent, prompt and professional service. Recently however, the service provided by Flavio during my recent heating/air conditioning changeover went well beyond the norm. He took the time to completely flush out and clean my total A/C system --- it looks like new! His dedication to his job should be recognized and rewarded ---- as he has clearly set a high standard for all Unlimited Plumbing employees to emulate.

I cannot find enough adjectives to describe the outstanding customer service and professionalism the staff at Unlimited Plumbing provided to us recently. We called them at 4:30 of a Monday afternoon when our hot water tank was literally pouring water out of the bottom. Notwithstanding the lateness of the afternoon, the bitter cold, snow, and developing darkness the office staff (Donna) and others, were kind, compassionate, and made every effort to respond to our emergency. It was not much more than an hour before Brandon showed up with a new hot water tank. He too was understanding, reassuring, and technically competent. There was no talk about how late it was, or how many hours he had put in...no disparaging comments of any sort. In fact, I was especially struck by his reassuring and calming manner. He would take care of us....not to worry. Indeed, it was little more than an hour before he had the new tank installed. He even cleaned up the area afterward! When I called later in the week to follow up on the bill, I was again treated with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Unlimited Plumbing.

We are so grateful and blessed. A family member referred us to Unlimited Plumbing, and we were in a bit of an urgent situation. We had a leak in our water meter, and unfortunately it was on our side of the property and not the city side. I spoke with Donna, and she was so kind and genuine. Her customer service is top-notch. She called me back after she found an employee that would be able to come by even though it was a little late in the afternoon. Eli and Eric were so kind to stop by to assess our situation, and Eli promptly decided that we needed to be put first on their schedule for the next morning. Eli was upfront and honest about our leak and piping. He and Eric fixed our problem quickly with much care and attention to details. They showed and explained to me everything they fixed. They even gave me a heads-up about how much more digging they would have to do so that I would not be worried about it. They were mindful of our children and were courteous of our neighbor. They’re pricing is fair, and unlike other larger local companies, they will not gouge you on pricing. I highly suggest giving this company a call!!! They will not disappoint!!! These guys are awesome. I’ve used them for several jobs, some big, some basic, and they do great work. Good communication from the office to the plumbers, very punctual, knowledgeable, and solid work. Recently Nick fixed a clogged drain, and Brandon Jackson fixed our leaky toilet. I highly recommended Unlimited Plumbing.

We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen so I had a LOT of contractors from all trades come to bid on the project. I was really impressed with Unlimited Plumbing's service from my first phone call to their willingness to work with my somewhat piecemeal project.
In the meantime, we needed an outdoor hose bib replaced so I decided I'd "try them out" with this job before committing to my large kitchen job. I'm sorry to say I was unimpressed.
The technician arrived on time but what should have been completed in less than an hour took almost two. Why? Although he knew it was a frost free faucet, he did not have the right size on his truck (understandable). Then he spent over an hour driving around to three different suppliers looking for the correct part. And I got charged for his time @ $145/hour! I'm more than willing to pay for parts and labor, but paying for the technician's ill-preparedness? He should have brought a variety of sizes with him or at least been able to run back to his shop to get it.
This experience left me with a bad impression of how this company does business. Sadly, they will lose several thousands in future revenue when I use a different plumber for my kitchen.

The replacement of my gas fired indirect water heat water with an electric water heater, a new install of moen leak detection, and associated electrical went smoothly. The work was somewhat complicated because my mechanical room contains the venting for my 30 year old basic gas fireplace, which I decided to replace using another contractor. Unlimited plumbing estimator Tyler (and eventual lead of the work) made it easy for me to coordinate both jobs. One impressive aspect were the several improvements made to my existing plumbing. Like adding a shut off valve for my boiler and water heater, moving the recirculating pump and placing the leak detector at the front of the mechanical room within easy reach. Tyler and Junior maintained a clean and well-organized job site and kept me informed of the progress, answered numerous questions and walked me through the pairing of the leak detector and the moen phone app. The work completed late Friday but Tyler responded to several texts Friday evening and through the weekend.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Unlimited Plumbing was extremely professional and helpful when our toilet started leaking over the long holiday weekend. Gabe came out and replaced our toilet for us and he did an incredible job! He went above and beyond in every way. He even whispered and worked quietly as a mouse while our young children napped! He was extremely clean and professional. He was also very kind and positive! Replacing toilets in manufactured homes can be riddled with problems and surprises and Gabe took all of those in stride and never made us feel bad for the job being challenging and not very pleasant (unlike other companies). They were also extremely fair in the price! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Also he wore a mask the whole time he worked and left his work area as well as my house spotless! If you want an honest, reliable company that will keep you safe while we battle COVID and after this is the place to go!!

The folks at Unlimited Plumbing, from the woman who sets up appointments to the guy who installed our toilet, were very pleasant to do business with. They were able to fit my job in quickly, handle snags like needing to move the water valve, and get the fixture installed quickly. They also cleaned up very well and removed all the packaging, as well as the old fixture.
Next time that I need a plumber, they'll be the folks that I call.

Based off of how your employees drive, I wouldn’t use your company for anything. If they’re careless while operating a vehicle, imagine the carelessness while servicing your HVAC or plumbing issues..

Our water heater went out and we asked for options since we have radiant heat in the floors. We were given several options and decided to replace the boiler which would not only heat the floors but the hot water too. It is a very sophisticated and state of the art system that is much more efficient than our old system and will save money on propane usage.
We have nothing but compliments for the men who were so professional and competent in installing the system. These men worked very hard to make sure everything was done perfectly. Gabe was the mastermind who installed the majority of the system along with his great helper, Dillon. Gabe gave us instructions on how to operate the system and was able to answer our questions. His knowledge of the system is VERY impressive.
Gabe returned a few days later with his helper, Luis to repair some faucets and reroute the tubing for the swamp cooler. They did an excellent job with that also.
We are very satisfied with the work that was done and cannot rave enough about how impressed we are with Gabe and his helpers, Dillon and Luis.
Unlimited Plumbing is very fortunate to have these men in their employ and they are definitely a huge asset to the company.

Tyler at Unlimited Plumbing LLC was very professional and competent. He was able to come the same day, identify the leak, repair, test, identify a second leak, repair, test, and confirm fixed. He demonstrates attention to detail, an interest in his work, and the traits of a true professional. He kept the work site clean and completed the job right. I would recommend Unlimited Plumbing for plumbing needs.

Brandon, Eric, and Bill are the best. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everything from the initial visit through the estimate and the work was exceptionally well done. Highly recommended. I will definitely continue to count on Unlimited based on my experience with Brandon, Eric, and Bill!

Eli + Eric on 4/21/2021 - Gas Line Install for Electric to Gas Range Conversion

Eli and Eric were super courteous and professional. Cleaned up perfectly after themselves. Presented options for moving forward when they hit a possible snag in installation in terms of materials and deployment/run methods. They finished the job in about half the expected time but since we had to change the piping that made it a wash in terms of anticipated cost.

Clarence + Adam on 7/31/2020 - Water Heater Install, Water Softener Install, Washing Machine Faucets Replacement

Clarence and Adam came out on time and finished within the expected time it was anticipated to take. Nice guys, but since they were in the garage I didn't interact a whole lot but they were good guys to me. The work was done cleanly, only a little dust needed to be cleaned up. Piping looked really clean! Unfortunately one washing machine faucet leaked the day of replacement and continued for a while before I decided to call and have it taken care of. I don't fault them for that though.

Craig is always courteous and professional and is excellent about following up. The only time I paused for the cost of a project was when we talked about a water softener install because my point of reference was for a big box store softener. After doing some research I felt comfortable with recommendations/preference on that and anything else that has come up. Always nice to have him out!

Wow what an awesome crew sent to do a plumbing job at my house. (Changing washing machine drain from 1” to 2” pipe and getting under the house to do this.). Since it’s a new house for me, I also appreciated the feed back on what was seen under the house- great ducting, a new looking heating system- and I didn’t even think to ask- info offered since they knew I just bought the place. Oh, and then they clean up behind themselves too! I will always use these guys from here on out. Ty!

I just needed my kitchen looked at because I have low water pressure, and between the hours of 830 and 4 PM you get a normal price Monday through Friday, but if you work and they have to accommodate you at all, it's gonna cost you 200 additional dollars, not a company designed for anyone except those off during the week.

I just purchased my first home and it needed some plumbing repairs, including the installation of a new T&P drain line, a water heater vent replacement, the addition of a dryer vent, and a tub spout replacement. Tyler was professional, friendly, and very thorough. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain all the work he was doing throughout the day, and his willingness to answer all of my questions! I will definitely be using Unlimited Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Wow! I am just amazed by this company. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other company. My first time to use a plumbing service and I am so lucky to be recommended to Unlimited Plumbing. The sales rep., Ramon was extremely helpful and professional. The technician that came out, Alan, was extremely quick and efficient at repairing our hot water tank. He was respectful of our property.
