Roto-Rooter is always a company I can count on! They always answer the phone, they are always pleasant and respectful in the phone, they always come out and do an excellent job. They basically fix any plumbing problem I have! I have happy to have them available and would highly recommend to everyone!!

William arrived promptly and rescued me from the absent minded mistake of putting many egg shells down the disposal all at once. The whole home guarantee was honored without question. Great service for sure.

Cory the Service person arrive within 30 minutes. He was very thorough explaining what he was going to do and the prices. Clearing our main line went quickly. He also explained the warranty and what to expect.

Your servicemen that come to my house are always top-notch. Take care of the problem. But since the same problem came up in just a months time your serviceman offered me a root killing option for an additional $70. I paid you for the first visit. I don’t think you should charge me extra to try another idea to fix the problem.
Other than that, you always take real good care of us.

I called, they put me on the schedule. 45 minutes a young man knocked on my door. He was very professional and friendly. Forty-five minutes later both toilets, both showers and both sinks in bathrooms are draining like they should!! Not to mention the washer drains better also! Fast and powerful!! Great experience! Great customer service, great response time, professional, competent and reasonably priced. Cory, the tech/plumber, was great. Knew what he was doing, was clean, cleaned up afterwards, QA’d his job to make sure that all was fixed.

We have used RotoRooter several times in the past as well. This is our 3rd home where we have used their services. This is the first time I didn’t just have them come out after we purchased to do routine maintenance. Won’t do that again.

I received service on a Saturday and I was able to get seen within 2 hours. I do have a house made in the 50’s so they were not able to get the clog out, it was a bigger issue than we expected. We did pay for a clog but since they were not able to fix it they gave us a refund for the service. Everyone was pleasantly to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about James Sedillo. He was so thorough, kind and helpful when my pipes were frozen on the weekend. I was so worried for my house and James really gave me great advice and peace of mind. When I called the operator was adamant I would be charged a minimum of almost $400 and I was prepared for that but so many companies didn’t return my call or just didn’t show up. I was just thankful someone was going to show up. After a hour or so of trying to figure out the problem, James said “he didn’t do anything” so he didn’t charge me. I am now a Rotorooter customer for life because of James. They will always be my first call in the future.

I like the warranties offered by Roto-Rooter after they clean our your drains. I purchased the one year whole home warranty and it gave me a discount on plumbing services too. I also like the transparent pricing compared to some other plumbing companies. I think they were prompt and helped us get back up and running quickly. I had them do some extra stuff around the house since I liked them so much.

Recently purchased an 80 year old house and experienced flooded ankles on my first shower. Roto-rooter provided same day affordable service, but the best part was Ruben, a very knowledgeable plumber was tenacious about solving the near term problem without taking short cuts. I am very happy that dedicated folks like Ruben still answer the call.

Kitchen sink was slightly backing up, off and on. Next, washing machine flooded. Called Roto Rooter. They were available later the same day I called. Hector and his brother Horacio(?) arrived on time. Went right to work. 7 hours later, all is working well. Hector simply refused to give up. While they worked, the mess, especially a lot of icky black sludge became quite alarming, but Hector said, no worries, we'll take care of it - and they did!! I feel they went "above and beyond". And the invoice provided good info' as to what was done so There is a written record for IF any further work is needed (which I doubt). I liked that after the newly purchased warranty expires in a year, I can buy the same next year for the same price!

Excellent, excellent, excellent service!! I have been using roto-rooter for years now and am impressed every time they come out by their knowledge and customer service. This evening a technician named William G. came out to snake a clogged city line for me and he was fast, informative, and showed such great courtesy! I can't recommend these guys enough!

They arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and had everything fixed in no time. Disappointed 3 trips to resolve the issue.

I called when our drains were backing up into the house to have the lines snaked. I've been in my house for 8 years, and had to have this done once about 6 years ago. I was told then it was due to my tree and roots growing into the lines. Another company performed the work and left everything spotless. No issues for 5 years, then they backed up again. I called Roto Rooter since it was the weekend and the other company was closed. Big mistake. It took almost 6 hours before someone came out, even though I was told I was the "next" call. The guy was there for less than 20 minutes, $300 later... He left the covers off the cleanouts and left a mess on the driveway. 5 days later, the lines backed up AGAIN. This time, they were faster to respond, coming out in about an hour. The guy told me it wasn't the same issue because it wouldn't have happened again so quickly (really??!) but still snaked out the lines as a warranty call. It happened AGAIN about a month later. The guy who came out this time was kind and thorough. He said it was definitely the roots, and they probably hadn't gotten the lines cleaned out well enough the last two times, that they had probably just pushed past the block to clear it. He ran the snake line several times pulling out roots. He said I will probably need to come up with a long-term solution, but that should keep me clear for a year or so until the roots grow back. It should not have taken 3 trips for a solution. I washed dozens of towels and bleached my floor three times. One good tech out of three is not good odds. If I had gotten the last guy on the first trip, this would be a very different review. But I will NOT be using this company again.

The service was professional and installation was done right the first! James and Reno did an excellent job! The best part was they were able to do it right away without us having to make an appointment.

Very friendly on the phone and had a tech at the house very quickly to check why our showers had backed and weren’t draining. Jimmie was our tech and he took time to listen to what we were experiencing and found the issue right away. We had a blockage from the house to the Main Street, which he cleaned in no time. He also took time to check the shower drains were clear as well. He was extremely polite and professional. Cost was what we were expecting based on previous reviews plus Roto Rooter warranties their work for a year. Highly recommend! Thank you

I have dealt with roto rooter since April and had honestly alright service we have had plumbing isssues and camera scooped out lines but never got to see video or anything. Well today was the same issue. I reached out and called waited and they sent SETH out who was an absolute hero. This man was able to tell me where I can find the video of them scoping and our lines as well as snaking our main! Seth thank you for the assistance as well as thank you for showing us and going over the camera scoping!

The service tech arrived quick and completed the task (clear sewer back) quickly. Which was good, because we were leaving NM that day.
