I received excellent service from Manuel. He had to go up and down the stairs in my condo to install my new dishwasher and carry out the old one. He quickly got the job done and showed me a few tips along the way. He's an expert at his craft. He was also very professional and kind. Great Service!!

Purchase of a new cabinet mount microwave and oven from Lowe’s. Lowe’s contracted US Home Renovation to perform the install. Manuel was the installer sent to do the work. He was professional, timely, careful and knowledgeable. He showed me how to remove the oven door with the quick release tabs to access the vent screen and allow for full access to the oven for cleaning. What a pro!

Came to see if we had a leak. Pressure tested everything. Ended up being toilet flapper gone bad and 1 valve in backyard for swamp cooler need to be tightened. Thank you Martin!

David did a fantastic job. Once he got there he was quick, efficient, and friendly. Found the leak and gave me some good advice about how to deal with it. I would be happy to continue using this company in the future if I ever have to.

Mike and his team were extremely professional and took great care in the momentous job of re-plumbing our entire house. They worked extra hard to get water back on for us before Christmas, even calling in extra teams to complete the work. They are absolutely trash customer service. They couldn’t come out here to do a simple urinal repair. They kept making up excuses about parts and getting scheduled. No one has any idea whats going on was going. They are setting appointments. Then canceling appointments same day? Completely unprofessional. Highly disappointed in seeing how no one over there had the knowledge of getting a 20- 30 min job done.

Our tech was on time, professional, and friendly. He completed the water pressure test in a timely manner. He also explained the process. Great customer service! Much appreciated.

David, the technician, arrived on time and found the leak in 10 minutes. He had the replacement part with him and made the repair quickly. He was courteous and careful. David is an asset to the company and I would recommend American Leak Detectors of New Mexico to anyone who has a water leak.

These guys are the best I had an emergency overflow broken pipe that was spewing out 6000 gallons a day. Martin founded quickly got his crew out amazingly fast and I was able to fix my problem almost immediately when we found it I would highly recommend over and over again!

Have used these guys before. They were able to get here promptly within a day or so. The technician was on time, explained everything to me clearly and successfully located the leak which has been tagged for my plumber to repair. Good work all around

Although we didn't mutually agreed as you didn't give me any solution to move the shut off valve to a place that is not my living room, I hope that you can offer me the possibility of moving the valve to the garage so that I can pay the remaining balance. We both know that it can be done. If you agree with that, please send me an email w your proposal. Consider not to call me right before you are coming without knowing what you will be working in my house. It is too bad that you don't give the job description in writing, and I am glad that thanks to my insistent request w Stephanie, she finally printed a document that I can go by when all the work was done!!!

This is the mess American Leak Detection left in my living room, a piece of plastic that I can hardly place in the hole the plumbers left in one of the walls in the living room because, according to Cristian Garcia, there were only other choice, which was lo leave it outside the house, on the other side of the same wall. Please see photos below. I wonder how they would have covered it. With the same trashy piece of plastic? I also wonder why I could not have this shut off valve under one of the bathrooms' vanity, as I had it before and as my neighbors have after repiping their houses. Some have it in the garage, but no one in the middle of the living room. This is a work that costs a total of 16,181.25. Until now, I have paid the amount of 12,090.62. The boss, Jonathan, passed me a verbal message though Stephanie Chavez, who works in the office, that "if she doesn't pay today, I will charge her a 50% more." This was last June 24, 2021, and today is June 28, 2021. Jonathan must now read in this review that I will not pay the remaining 4,090.63 until they move this valve to the garage, which is by the living room, and finish this work in an acceptable and minimally professional manner.
