We had a plumbing emergency at one of our Quick Track Convenience stores on Central. One of the homeless broke the water turn off valve outside the building in the middle of the night and the water was flowing down the street which got the city's attention before our attention and they came out to turn the water off. So when the store opened in the morning there was no water. NI called Mr Rooter first thing Saturday morning and they contacted me back very quickly with an appointment. They kept me informed by text when the plumber would be there and who was coming. Right before the appointment our plumber called my phone to talk about the issue and decide on a resolution. We decided to cap it off outside to prevent future issues like this. He got it done in 20 minutes and the best part of the whole thing it was only $75!! Like what?! This was weekend work! I expected it to be expensive. I was pleasantly surprise and happy with the service! We will be using them again in the future.

Irin did an amazing job installing our new electric water heater. He showed up on time and was clean and tidy. Also happened to be the best quote. Will use this company again in the future.

They were great! They scheduled my tech for early afternoon, but he called within a half hour and said if I was ready, he'd be there in minutes. He was friendly, helpful, and rooted the clog out in under 20 min. Can't recommend Irin Martinez and Mr Rooter highly enough! Thanks

Irin Martinez was the best. I don't know anything about plumbing, and he was very knowledgeable and helped explain things in terms I understood. I had a water softener and two toilet fill valves replaced. Speedy service, courteous, and overall excellent experience.

I was given one total amount (which I paid in full at the time of service)and 3 months later a woman named Joni called to advise me that I owed the $536. Be very careful when considering using this company. I wouldn’t recommend! Although I will say the plumber that did the work was very professional and did a good job. I was told he no works there. I don’t blame him!

I filled out the online form for a kitchen drain problem, and they got back to be minutes later and scheduled Irin to come out an hour later. Irin came out, snaked the drain, and used some degreasing chemicals and cleared the clog. Irin was extremely informative about how this type of clog happens, how to prevent them in the future and couldn't have been nicer. Will absolutely call Mr. Rooter and Irin in the future if I run into issues again. Thank you!

The team composed of Reyes Chavez, Irin Martinez, and young guy Jordan took their time and thoroughly diagnose the issue and didn’t just go for a quick fix. They found the root cause and explained everything clearly along the way they were very professional respectful of my home and made sure the job was done right at the first time.
