When I called Rocketman I was in a serious bind. My washing machine drain was overflowing and flooding my house because the drain pipe was clogged. I called Rocketman and they were there within hours and were able to snake my pipes and remove the clog. Excellent service and knowledgeable plumbers make Rocketman my new go to Plumbing

Complete plumbing, water & sewer line replacement and new tankless water heater. 5 day job. Had water & sewer every night. Very affordable and city inspector complimented them on their work. Yard looked good as new afterward.

I have used Rocketman several times for both plumbing and heating. Each experience has been excellent! Beginning with their Dispatcher ....Di. She is efficient...obviously caring about the needs of the customer. She recognized that I had an after hours furnace emergency. Ken was dispatched and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. Prior to that I had several persistent plumbing issues. Scott fixed those problems as well as any professional. Rocketman Plumbing is the best.

It started with a broken pipe under my house that I found on none other than 4th of July weekend. The operator that took my information was so sweet and patient with me and helped me anyway she could. The gentleman that came out that Sunday was kind and fixed the pipe immediately. I couldn’t believe how fast he was. I’m definitely a customer for life now.

This company and its employees have excellent customer service and work ethics. Di went over and above expectations during the Christmas holidays to help get a plumbing issue resolved that involved an issue caused by another company’s install of fiber. She gracefully and efficiently handled all the logistics and kept me well informed along the way. Kyle came on Christmas Day and got a temporary fix in place. The two plumbers were excellent as well and actually came a day a head of the scheduled date to do final repairs. Thank you all so much, a pleasure having such kindness and service in a world so lacking in it nowadays.

These guys were quick to respond to an outside leak . They did a great job with the repair. Would definitely use them again.

I had been using Rocketman Plumbing for about 1 1/2 years, always satisfied with work & price.
I called a few weeks ago to have my swamp cooler serviced, explaining it was noisy and not cooling well, after they looked at it, I was told it needed a new motor and bearing, also that the pads could be replaced although they had only 1 season of use. The motor and bearings were replaced by Rocketman, the cooler still was not cooling, actually functioning more poorly. I called Rocketman, explained it still was not working, they sent over a different tech, named Kyle -I believe one of the owners, he was rude and condescending, showing disbelief when we explained how well the cooler had been working before.
my son-in-law came over to see what could be done and was surprised when he found the cooler had never been properly started up, the cycle pump, designed to replace the water every 8 hrs of use, had never been turned on or connected, causing the same stagnant water going over the pads repeatedly, causing them to wear so quickly, straw had been put on top of the pads - don't know why - it was black and moldy! Several screws that hold the side covers on the cooler were missing.
Rocketman Plumbing were the only people serving my cooler for 1 1/2 years - this last encounter cost me $487 to not have the unit properly repaired. Also - as a follow-up, when Kyle left here the 3rd time, he knew I was unhappy with the results and I've never heard anything from them until this review invite.

Rocketman plumbing went above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation. When I needed help they were all booked up until the afternoon. That was as good as I could do. Without any thing else I booked the service and decided I would have to wait. All of a sudden Rocketman shows up. He said he just come to shut off the water and they would be back in the afteernoon. Turned out that the guy who was here was able to see the problem. He called his guys who picked up the parts and arrived quickly.

Im very happy with the service, quality, and the price was much lower than I expected.

They were able to come same day for the furnace which made my day! Night temps down to low 30s!! Young man was polite, friendly, and really knew his stuff! I appreciate their courtesy, friendliness, and approachability- if that's a word! Rocketman has been coming to my house for several years. I am always happy with their work! I was really pleased when I was called that they had a cancellation and could come out right away!! I think they are really nice people!

I had an excellent experience with everyone. I had a plumbing problem on a Sunday. They responded quickly and were able to stabilize the situation over the phone. The techs were professional, showed up on time, did their work quickly and with skill. They suggested additional repairs which made sense to me that would prevent problems in the future. I felt the price was reasonable given what was done. I am completely happy with my experience.

I am very pleased. Best work so far I may be exaggerating a little but my bathroom sink fixture is beautiful I'm so happy. The smell is gone. Holidays are coming and I can show off my bathroom.

We needed the shut off valves replaced on the water supplies to our kitchen sink. When I called Rocketman I expected to schedule it for a later date. However, a very helpful woman was able to get us in same day. The plumber who did the work, Carlos, was friendly, professional and completed the work quickly and effectively. All this for a very competitive price. Very pleased with the quality of service and workmanship. Highly recommend.

On a holiday weekend, my call was returned by an actual employee rather than a call service. A plumber was scheduled and actually was available earlier than the appointment. Cleared the main drain and was in and out within 30 minutes!
This is definitely the company to call when emergency plumbing service is needed.

I needed to turn off my water from the main line. I had a corroded water pipe leaking from inside my house to the outside sillcock. I was without water since the previous day. I spoke to DI and she was concerned about no water and had Jorge come out for a free estimate the same morning. Jorge replaced the pipe within an hour. I have running water. Thank you DI, Jorge and Rocketman Plumbing.

I had a plumber (from a big company) come out because water was pouring out next to my house foundation. They told me it was under the slab and would cost 4.5k. So I called around to get another quote. I had been calling different plumbers all week, based on reviews on NextDoor, Yelp and Google. Rocketman Plumbing answered on the first call and was able to schedule an on-site visit for the same day. Kyle actually dug all the way to the pipe to confirm what the problem was (connection between house copper line and galvanized pipe going to meter). It was the hottest part of the day and it was hard digging. He confirmed that the leak was not from under the house and gave me an estimate for the replacement of the galvanized pipe the same day. It was a much more affordable and fair quote.
Kyle and Alejandro came on Saturday and dug the ~24feet of trench. They spared the brick path, that I didn't want to have to redo, by digging underneath it. They replaced all the pipe and added a stop valve by the house so I can continue irrigating the yard even if I stop the water to the house. This was not on the quote and was done as a preventive measure for the future! How nice was that. Gave me access to the valve from ground level and provided another access port for another valve that had been buried.
Super nice crew who worked really hard and left my yard looking better than it had. My previous plumber has retired and I haven't been able to find a good replacement. I feel I've found my new plumbing company where I trust the quotes to be fair and the team to do their best. Thank you!

I called at 2:00pm, all the toilets in our facility were backing up with water. Someone showed up within 2 hours, they repaired what was needed without charging a ton of money. I will forever call them

Really enjoyed working with Rocketman Plumbing. Theyb were flexible and allowed me to do some of the prep work to cut the cost.

Contacted Rocketman Plumbing 6/7/22 in need of an appointment to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Ms. "Di" was able to schedule an appointment for me only two days later!

On the day of the appointment, Service Technician "Carlos" called me by phone to let me know he was able to arrive earlier than expected. "Heck yeah!! Let's get it done"!

Mr. "Carlos" was skilled, professional, courteous and efficient! He wasted no time installing the kitchen faucet, explained Operating Procedures for my new Koehler hands-free kitchen faucet, left the work area clean and, even, completed the work in just under an hour! OUTSTANDING!

I really appreciated getting an up-front estimate of the cost of the project from Ms. "Di" before I agreed to have the work done. I'd called around Albuquerque (before contacting Rocketman Plumbing) and SOME plumbing services would not give a quote until the plumber was able to see how extensive the job would be. Even then, if I decided the on-site estimate was too much to pay and didn't want the work done, there would STILL be a fee required for the technician to just 'show up'. Bummer!...

So glad that I stumbled on to Rocketman Plumbing Services online! I couldn't ask for a better end result and will continue to patronize Rocketman Plumbing for future needs!

The..ONLY...glitch I experienced was that my Receipt of Payment was emailed to the WRONG email address. Because only one single alphanumeric character was mistakenly omitted from my email address by Rocketman Staff, that Electronic Receipt (most likely) went to another (unknown) email recipient that may exist. Now, because my name, address and other information concerning my credit card was sent to the WRONG person, I'll need to cancel my credit card and have another issued. Hopefully, this won't become 'messy'...

One day, a Saturday afternoon of course, before leaving on vacation, my kitchen sink decided to back up. The usual home measures did not work. I called Rocketman, per a friend’s suggestion, and they answered quickly, asked a few questions, said they would be out in two hours, and were at my home in less than that. The peas taken care of quickly and efficiently and the charges were even less than expected. They are the bomb! Highly recommend this company.
