Very disappointing experience. Rocketman Plumbing came out and fixed an issue, but never provided a price upfront or gave any notification of cost before doing the work. When I raised concerns, Diana, an employee, was argumentative instead of professional. I reached out to the owner, but he was unwilling to help resolve the situation. A lack of transparency and accountability makes it hard to trust this company, and I would not recommend their services.

We had 2 toilets replaced and a water conditioner installed. It took a few visits to accomplish this but it was worth the wait. The plumbers who came were very nice and attentive to our needs. We appreciated the quality and care they put into their work. We also greatly appreciated that we could get an estimate in advance of the time and cost involved. We feel Rocketman is a company that values their customers.

I had Rocketman Plumbing perform a tankless water heater service and flush. They arrived on time. They were professional and did a comprehensive job.

Service was on time. Our technician was polite, thorough and informative. The office staff was efficient and personable. These guys know local service. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs plumbing services

Rocket Plumbing was amazing to us. Our situation escalated from a general issue to what I’d consider an emergency, and they never left us hanging. They were always there, extremely attentive, and professional.

They have done two crawl space, very limited access jobs for me and both times were exceptional. They are reasonably priced and sent professional plumbers with good attitudes. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs

They did a great job installing my boiler. Kyle and the team are very responsive and always ready to address any questions I had. The quote process was very easy and fast and they were able to start very shortly after accepting their bid. Very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about Rocketman Plumbing! From the moment I called, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive.

I called 7:30ish on Monday (they open at 8am) the responder took my call and left a message. Di called me back at 8am. Asked some questions and said since I noted it was an emergency (which it was) a tech will be out between 2pm-4pm.

George called at 1:38pm and said he was on the way. He showed up, asked questions, listened, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and got to work.

In under one hour …everything was fixed and stress levels went from 20 to zero! It was my only toilet and shower …so yes!!

Honest and fair price. It’s such a relief to find a team that values honesty, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service done right! Thanks Di & George!

Rocketman Plumbing was recommended by my brother and I am so grateful. They took care of my needs, including a new and very efficient heater and a new toilet. Yes it was expensive but that was expected and I believe the price was definitely reasonable for the work. I know my home is in better shape and much safer as a result of their work. They will be my go to for all future plumbing services!

Rocketman Plumbing gets 5 stars from me. My furnace went out a couple of weeks ago during the snow and low temperatures. They came out on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, it needed a part. Arnold, from the company was at my house first thing Monday morning. My heat was back on after the igniter switch was replaced. Thank you, Rocketman Plumbing.

James and Brian came right on time. They called when they were 30 minutes out to say they were on their way. I originally thought the whole house had to be snaked but they checked all the drains and it was just the one toilet clog. They cleaned it out quickly. They put us on notice that the water heater was 14 years old and could go out at any time so to be prepared for that. They took photos of it and would send us a quote. I highly recommend them

When I was notified by the city that I had a leak somewhere in my system and I was out of town, Stewards was the first company to come to mind. They were at my house within 30 minutes. Josh Freedle analyzed and shut off the water valve to my sprinkler system to stop the leaking water within minutes. It took a few days to get the right parts, and Josh came back and promptly fixed the problem. All this was done while I was out of town. Their price was very reasonable as well. I will always go back to Stewards.

Easy to schedule and instead of just launching into the job, the technician explained the details and that my tub/shower faucet had a lifetime warranty so I could save money to get the parts I needed for free. I appreciate the honest and excellent service. Once the parts arrive, I will be scheduling for Steward's to install them,

One issue is if they leave before the job is complete - coming back the next day or whenever the scheduler is able to get them back - due to not having the right equipment, or having run out of time for that appointment slot. Try to make sure beforehand if that could be a possibility or for what reason, and how it can be avoided. PS-
Amending this review to add that you really shouldn’t use them for sewer scoping or rooting. They’re better at other services. They came out twice and weren’t able to fix the issue, saying it couldn’t be done without installing more cleanouts, when in fact a different company specializing in drains was later able to fix the issue and scope the line no problem.

The plumbing team for Steward's were very professional, thorough, informative, and helpful. They also cleaned up all debris related to the job. Which made my job even easier. We appreciated their skill and expertise. We would highly recommended them to anyone.

If you're looking to get large work done to your land or property this ain't the place for you. This company likes to play phone games and waste your time. They set a time the day before I agreed I double checked the next day they said they will be there a little earlier. I was there twenty minutes before our scheduled time. They said they were already there and well I drove all the way from another town. I asked Will they show up they wanted me to wait hours on a maybe. I give this company a poor review at communicating and very poor at keeping there word.

Did a really professional job replacing my water heater. Definitely recommend them.

Power outage caused problems with our tankless water heater. They unlocked our timers so we can control the heater.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the men who came to do our water heater replacement. They clearly took pride in the quality of their work. They were courteous and willing to answer any questions. We also had them work on our radiant heating recently and have been very pleased with that.
