Steward’s Plumbing installed my replacement water heater. They did a good job. I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I messaged Stewards Plumbing in the morning. Someone called to arrange a time. By early afternoon Brandon & Dave called and said they were on their way. The repair under the kitchen sink went quickly. Brandon & Dave were on time, polite, professional, and appeared vey competent.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – No Warranty, Poor Communication

I had Steward’s Plumbing come out to clear a 40-foot drain with a snake. They charged me, and the very next day it was clogged again. When they returned, they told me I would have to pay the full charge again if they ran the snake, even though it was the same issue. They claimed they would call me before doing anything, but they never did. As soon as they leave, they take no responsibility and offer no warranty for their work. I paid for a service that didn’t solve the problem even for 24 hours. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy – I would not recommend this company.

They were able to get someone to my house within a few hours. I truly appreciated the text notification of who to expect (pic + bio) - that was a great touch of customer service. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly troubleshooted the issue and fixed it right away!

Stewards Plumbing did an excellent job running plumbing from our laundry room to the garage and installing our new water softener and under-sink RO system. Roy was fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented. Everything was installed neatly and works perfectly. I received wonderful service today. The main technician (Roland?) was very knowledgeable and helpful. My house has been very cold (65 degrees), and he told men that the thermastat needed replacing. I'm grateful for his advice and will hire Steward's to install it.

Brian and Akiva provided first class service! They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in my house efficiently so that I got my kitchen back with better water pressure and hot water. I love the new fixtures that Brian recommended and installed!

Brian had to drill through concrete to fix the pipes, but you would never inow it. He left my kitchen spotless, taking time to dust the counters, floor, etc.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the lady who answered the phone to make the appointment and in, the entire team are top notch professionals, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

The plumbers gave me great information about future installation of water heater maintenance and replacement and showed me what to do to keep my dishwasher functioning properly. They did a great job, they were friendly and I feel like they are a great representation of the company. I will happily keep them on my contact list for my future plumbing needs!

Steward’s Plumbers James and Oscar came to evaluate my problem and stayed to fix it. They solved my problem and repaired it in less than 3 hours. They explained along the way and even cleaned up after they completed the repairs. I cannot express my gratitude for their professionalism and diligence about the work they did. Steward's Plumbing, Inc exceeded expectations. They are professional, courteous, highly skilled, and very reasonable in their fees. This is the only company in Alb., NM certified in the Moen Smart Shower system. I bought a house with this system already installed but it was not working. Thankfully they were able to quickly assess the problem and fixed it. I have recommended them to my sister and would hire them again in the future.

Roy Ruiz with Steward Plumbing came out and replaced my garbage disposal, which was still under warranty. He was professional, punctual, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and handled the replacement smoothly. I really appreciated how easy he made the process. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the technician named Josh. He came out today to diagnose a faulty furnace and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to determine which part needs to be ordered and replaced to resolve the issue. He went above and beyond by being courteous and respectful of my request to go through my back door rather than my front door when going in and out, as I have OCD and always disinfectant my floors if someone walks through my house, and I always take my own shoes off before entering. This prevented me from having to disinfect as much afterwards because of his kindness. This also allowed me to not have to keep my cats confined to a small room while he was working. Once the part arrived, he came back with Jonathan, and they both were outstanding in fixing it perfectly.Thank you for being accommodating to my requests and providing excellent service!

I had to have a complete new boiler system installed to replace the broken out of code dangerous one I had. Donavan the tech was very professional in assessing the problem. He provided me with the information I needed to make the right decision. He and Oscar came and worked in removing the old unit, then installing the new one. Again, very kind, professional men. Cleaned up as they worked each day. Donavan explained in detail how the system works, what to look for if there's a problem in the future. I would highly recommend these two men, and the company definitely. My heater has been working well in heating my home!

Roy and Jonathan were very courteous, professional and honest during their 2 1/2 day install of a Navien Boiler/water heater combination. According to the permit inspector, it was an excellent installation! Roy, Eric, Joni and Brittany were very supportive and helpful in providing me with information I needed to deal with the previous unpermitted and improperly installed boiler and heater done by another plumber.
