I was getting the run around from a local competitor and my Sister in law recommended Mr Rooter. I scheduled a appointment and Reyes and his team arrived promptly accessing my water heater issues and getting me up and running with a new unit within a few hours. I am grateful for the excellent customer service, friendly staff and affordable pricing. I will definitely be using Mr Rooter for any future repairs.

I have a nightmare experience with this company, they were hired through my Property management (really bad as well),

This company tried to fix a leak on my kitchen, they digged huge 36x36 inches hole in the middle of my kitchen trying to locate the leak, I had to spend 4K

After they made hole in the slab foundation they called me and told me that they weren't able to locate the leak and they need 3K extra to continue making a holes in my kitchen,

Of course I refused and asked them for a warranty job,

After couple days they told me they found the leak around the dishwasher, it was a defective hose,

The question is: is a really expert company, why they digged a huge hole in the slab before they look on the top for the leak?

I don't recommend this company at all,

Alexander at Mr. Rooter was quick, friendly, and solved my issues. He took his time to explain my issues and answer my many questions despite it being a weekend right before the holidays.

I contacted Mr. Rooter plumbing for a toilet problem with a broken flange and was totally impressed on a job well done by employee IRIN MARTINEZ. Not only very polite but very knowledgeable on the situation. He informed me in great detail on what the job would take. As he was doing the work he would show me every step it took to complete the job. I appreciated the cleanup he did during and after the job was completed. Thank you Irin for a great job and now I know the company I will contact for any plumbing problem I may face.

Had a great experience from the phone call with the manager Mr. Chavez with his kind and professionalism through the phone explaining stuff to me all the way to My tech
( Alexander ?) the tech was very communicative, explained everything to me, was attentive, kind, punctual and professional. I felt at ease while he was here I didn’t feel like someone was invading my space or any negative energy from him. I will definitely be storing their info into my phone for any future needs as well as recommending them to others.

John and Alexander kicked sone ass today taking care of a problem the last plumber just ignored and rescheduled thinking its not urgent to need running water and a range that doesnt leak gas to cook. These guys went above and beyond to get here quickly and absolve the problems the last guyvleft behind. Give these guys a raise boss! Thank you again yall.

Reyes Chávez and his partner Jordan literally saved my house. I bought a house in May that was incomplete disarray and was close to being a total loss. I cannot say enough, amazing things about Reyes and his team. He helped and supported me when I had to work with outside contractors was incredibly responsive when I had questions even on weekends and worked with and around my schedule as a teacher to make sure that I was able to be here for the most important parts of every project. I’ve already recommended him to every single one of my coworkers and I cannot say enough good things about him. I needed after hours service for a leak. I was out of town, and it was the holiday season. I could not find anyone available until I called Mr. Rooter. They got back to me immediately and were on site within a couple of hours. They fixed the issue and the rate they charged was much better than I expected. Mr. Root will be my first call now.
