Dominic was awesome! He assessed the issue with my clogged washer drain and snaked it twice to ensure the clog was removed. He was professional, courteous, and conscientious and cleaned up when the snake brought up gunk. I'm always pleased with the service provided by the TLC team. Thank you Dominic!

Josh with TLC contacted me within 15 minutes of arriving. He checked out the problem with the shower faucet leaking. He gave a summary of the problem and a couple of options for repair. During the process he kept me updated. Repair was completed promptly. Price was reasonable. I am extremely happy with the service!

We had purchased a service contract to have TLC take care of our swamp cooler and our radiant heater systems. As part of that contract they offer to come and inspect our homes electrical systems as well as the plumbing systems once a year. We had been having issues with a couple of electrical circuits blowing fuses during peak usage times and had called another company to come out and tell us what was wrong and they told us we would need a new fuse panel to the tune of approx 7 thousand dollars. We then took advantage of the service TLC offered us. Michael and Marcelino came down initially to check what was going on and said that it looked like it might not be necessary to replace the entire panel but probably just needed to add a couple of more circuits on our existing panel. Michael said that it would require a second trip back to the house so that his team could go up into the attic and see exactly what was going to be needed. After he checked everything out he said that we would need just one additional circuit and to add a gfc socket on an existing circuit and the cost would be $1,100.00. It took them a couple of hours to run the wires for the new circuit as well as add the gfc socket. Michael and Marcelino were professional, seemed to me pretty quick, clean and respectful of my home but most importantly were honest with me about what I needed. The value I have received from my service contract with TLC has been outstanding and the peace of mind it gives me is worth more than anything that I could put a price on. Very happy and very satisfied, thanks Michael and Marcelino !

My experience working with Jared and Desi was great! They were punctual, very communicative and kind. They clearly communicated the situation and were very transparent about what the cost may be. They were also very quick and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved, and gave advice for further repairs needed. Overall great experience!

Lawrence arrived on time, assessed the issue correctly (sadly I agreed the water heater needed to be replaced - and to be in code required a thermal expansion tank), installed new plumbing (existing showed corrosion), a drip pan and leak/water sensor system (didn’t exist prior, needed). A 3 hour turn-around time. Professional and personable. Recommended.

As a homeowner, TLC has been my go to for everything plumbing, heating and cooling. Their staff is friendly and accommodating, pricing is more than competitive and I have never had any issues for warranty.

Prior to choosing TLC for my needs, I met and got pricing from competitors and decided to go with TLC for their long-standing reputation and business longevity. Their pricing was better than the rest and they had no issues walking me through the diagnostic process and didn’t pressure me into replacing the entire HVAC setup like the others did. They’re timely in their scheduling and have saved our day many times.

Most recently, Zeke and his assistant moved a previously purchased water softener unit to my new home. They were timely in their work, friendly and accommodating for my tight schedule.

Toni was exceptional! He took his time assessing the situation and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He took his time and even made suggestions as to what future steps we might want to consider doing in the not to distant future. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Josh Frydrickh with TLC was the Plumber and he was fantastic to work with. He was obviously very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the jobs would entail and giving a quote for each job I needed and also giving me different options. Josh was on time for the quote and the job. Both he and his Apprentice were personable and did a great job for my under sink reconfiguration to install a new kitchen faucet and disposal as well as a toilet repair. Toni B came to service the clean out. He was quick efficient and easy to communicate with. Toni made doing business easy & comfortable. He also gave me knowledgeable feedback on future repairs. Happy to have TLC quickly address my plumbing issue.

I called TLC to secure my built in dishwasher which was never properly installed. They came the same day that I called which was great. It was a relatively simple fix, so they only charged me for the initial $75 charge. Mario and Reuben were outstanding. They were polite and friendly and were very quick with the job. I will definitely be calling TLC for all my plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical needs from now on.

I’ve had an elusive electrical problem with my washroom that took multiple attempts and technicians to resolve. TLC was the one that got it done. When I first called and spoke with Dakoda, he took the time to listen carefully and talk me through the troubleshooting process and pricing. We set a date and he and Josh showed up on time and got to work. They kept me updated on price and process and let me consider my options before continuing. They spent all day working, evaluating different options and impacts and communicating all of it back to me. When they left my issue was fixed and Dakoda stressed they would come back and resolve any outstanding issues associated with their work if needed. Great peace of mind. Thanks guys :)

We’ve had both our swamp cooler and water heater replaced via TLC staff. Service and estimates are quick and staff is always friendly. We did another 30gal Water heater which also required floor support repair as the old one was falling through the floor-which they were able to do. They also moved the swamp cooler supply line to other side of house to be just under the swamp cooler versus going allllll the way across the house. They made future service recommendations which I appreciate.

In total, for both repairs and replacements, we’ve paid $11,000 for these two projects.

I had a lot of things go wrong in my home at the same time. I called TLC and everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. My heater stopped working and Kayne was able to get it replaced quickly. I had a lot of questions for him because buying a new heater is a big purchase. He was extremely responsive and put my mind at ease. I really appreciate Kayne and Eric for their HVAC help. Alan and Irving also came out to fix plumbing issues. They were efficient and I haven’t had any issues with my toilets since. Lastly, I worked with Tae who cleaned out my dryer vents. He was very kind and my dryer is running smoothly. I appreciate TLC for helping me with so many issues!

Joe with TLC performed an excellent vent cleaning service. He was respectful of the space. Myself and my son were home while he did his job and he was very communicative about where he needed to be if we were in that room. He showed me what needed to be cleaned and informed me of what would be beneficial to maintain the vents. I am very impressed with this service!

After my husband died, on his bulletin board, was a Post It note that said "board worthy." Through his last years, he had gathered business cards from people and companies that were exceptional, honest, and employees who were of the highest character. He had one card for lawn care, one card for landscaping, one card for a painter and 5 or 6 cards from TLC. They have provided service for our home for many years and TLC and their employees who came to our home were ALL BOARD WORTHY!
TLC is now cleaning duct work. Joe Compose came to clean the ducts in my home. Joe was amazing! He showed me before and after photos of the ducts, advised me if the ducts were functioning well and the difference after service was incredible! My home smelled fresh and I wont need to dust my furniture every other day! Joe was friendly, polite, he explained what he was doing, what I could expect. He was so educated and excited to be the employee to work the new service by TLC. Once again, thank you for being the exemplary company who now has 8 cards on my bulletin board. OUT STANDING COMPANY, 5 STAR ALL THE WAY!

Would highly recommend! I called with a plumbing issue and they were here within a few hours. JD was professional and thorough. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and even explained it all to me so that I better understood what happened and how the septic system works. And the charges were reasonable! Will definitely use them in the future.

This was my first time using TLC and I was beyond impressed. Their response time was quick and professionalism unmatched. Mario L. and Ruben M. were wonderful to work with. They were so compassionate to my father, who was dealing with a leak and significant water damage. They showed him kindness and understanding and truly went above and beyond for him. I am grateful to them and their supervisors who as a team helped make my dad's day better.

Very professional installation. Arrived within minutes of scheduled appointment. Final price was several thousand below their competition. For a water heater installation, that says something. Brought our heater installation "up-to-code" which was interesting. Our system wasn't up to code from the day it was installed 30 years ago. Maybe the code has been updated. Our water heater is strapped in tighter than a baby in a new car seat. Bottom line, I highly recommend TLC. We have used them on various water line leaks over the past few years and will continue to use them when we future water of HVAC issues.
