DISAPPOINTED!! I called and got an appointment right away, i was excited thinking in was going to get good service i was quoted $125 per hour over the phone which was reasonable and i was happy
I got a call at 1:20PM saying they were 40 minutes out again pretty reasonable theu were going to get here at the end of the 12-2 window i was told. I get a call at 4:22 PM saying they are done if they stay any later the hourly cost goes up because its considered "after hours" I am a trade worker myself it should not be after hours unless you are CALLED OUT after hours. My wife then gets the invoice and am charged 125 per hour X 2 for 2 techs that came out i was double charged for the amount of LICENCED plumbers who showed up BS!!!! On top of that they charged me a 100 driving fee from albuquerque to rio rancho. So for the time they were here they did nothing but get dirty and tell me what i already knew what abould have been a $250 plus tax trip cost me over $500 for nothing. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Our phone call to Day & Night Plumbing was answered immediately and our expert, Bryan, arrived as the first appointment the next day. To access the leak under the house, Bryan had to crawl through a 13”X13” dirt level door where he discovered a pipe had frozen and burst. He replaced the pipe, reconnected everything, made certain nothing else was leaking and even covered both of our outdoor faucet bibs for us. Bryan was easy to communicate with, courteous, friendly, confident, and determined to repair our leak and make things better than they were before the freeze damage. Day & Night Plumbing is the difference between night and day in quality service and price! We highly recommend.

Great services and good prices. We had a plumbing emergency on a holiday evening and they came within an hour and did not overcharge us like plenty of other businesses would have in that situation. The tech Johnathan is very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They have good communication and are our go to place for anything heating/cooling/plumbing related. Definitely recommend! 🙌

Day and Night, specifically Donavon and Ethan did a superb job of upgrading the ductwork under my mobile home. They are really personable too. Day and Night has a lot of plumbers in the East Mountain area so they don't charge for travel and fit their jobs together by region. I really appreciate that and the fact that they know the quirky issues we have in the mountains. I will call them again and first!

I’m very pleased with Day & Night in every way. They responded quickly to a scary situation for me and were quick to resolve it. Leland was very polite and knowledgeable and efficient. Being that it was an after hours situation, I wasn’t sure what to expect…I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if necessary as they resolved my issue and gave me peace of mind.

I have used Day & Night Plumbing repeatedly now for various plumbing issues in my home and can highly recommend. The past few times I've had the pleasure of Corey being sent. Living in the East Mountains means hard water with many associated issues, ie clogged traps, water softener issues, etc. Corey and the staff in general have been very professional, friendly, and work as quickly as they can to resolve the issues while effectively communicating. They are also quick to respond and schedule. Again, highly recommend their services!

I had a break in the water line between the shutoff in the yard and the house. I located and exposed the leak in the pipe myself, but I needed a professional plumber to actually fix it. I called Day & Night, and they sent two plumbers out, Preston Talbert and Luis Saiz. Preston and Luis got here right when they said they would, and did a very professional job. They were pleasant to talk to, and got the job done very quickly. I was doing as much of the prep and back-fill work as possible on my own, and they were nice enough to give me some tips on how to do a good job on my parts, such as to cut the edges of the concrete with a circular saw next time before jackhammering it, and to make sure to use dry dirt to refill the hole.
This was my second time to use Day & Night for an outside plumbing job, in the last 5 years. I was 100% satisfied both times, and will be calling them for future jobs.
By the way, the connector they used to re-connect the two sides of the broken pipe was the most amazing high-tech plumbing connector I've ever seen (see the picture). I expect this connector to last just about forever. It costs more than a simple PVC connector, but I think I will be requesting this type of connector from now on.

Donovan was called to our home when my garage flooded he was very helpful and kind he took the time to explain everything to us and we are beyond thankful for him.

Day and Night Plumbing is incompetent. They installed a new tankless hot water system two years ago in my house. Recently I discovered a leak outside which was coming from the hot water heater. When they came to investigate they noted that it had been installed against code, but were not sure what all was wrong. Rather than taking some accountability for having made multiple mistakes in the installation, or even giving me a discount for fixing their mistakes, they sent me an open-ended estimate for a minimum of almost $3000, with the stipulation that it could be more depending on what they found wrong.They delayed sending me the estimate for 3 days past when they said they would send it. They had not used the parts that came with the Navian system, they had installed several pipes that were against code, and had placed a 30 psi valve when it was supposed to be 70. They had also not installed the evaporative system correctly which would have caused corrosion in my pipes. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY REFUSE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES.

Great experience with Day and Night Plumbing, easy to book the service and the agent was very professional to explain all the price and time options. The service tech arrive on time and he did a great job! Find the problem in a very short time (capacitor on the outside fan unit) and fix the issue quickly. At the end he explained all the job performed, which was the issue and they send me the email with all the picture and the receipts online. The price is affordable compare to other similar business. Thank you very much and I will call you again!

After a pool demolition that resulted in our main water line and sewer line being broken several times and temporarily repaired by the excavation and landscape companies that broke it, I called Day and Night for a permanent fix by licensed plumbers before such lines were buried. I called in the morning and the work got done expertly THAT AFTERNOON! Day and Night has been our go to plumbers for over 5 years for simple and complex jobs. Every time I call, I get a great result. Ask for Troy or Eric. When you buy good, you have good!

I had the best experience with a gentleman named Donovan he came out turned my heater on shut AC off and also found some things that needed to be done which I will be getting a quote for the work soon and pricing was not bad at all being that it was a weekend job thanks again

Day and night Plumbing seems to work really well and they do not soak you for the project. They are working on. Jackson is the plumber that worked on my exterior and he did a really great job. Kudos to him and the company I will use this company For ever .

So we just moved in and within a matter of 3 weeks we had sewage backing up into the house and fortunately for us, our neighbor across the road had his Day and Night work truck so we called! We were lucky to meet Wallace that same afternoon- who quickly figured out the issue, which needed to be trenched out and he set up an appointment for later in the week to fix it. Fast forward a couple days- Ethan and Derek came- right on time and got to work and in no time at all everything was fixed!! I was actually super surprised it didn't cost an arm and a leg and I will absolutely recommend them to anybody with any plumbing needs!

I have worked with a lot of pluming companies due to being a property manager. Day and Night plumbing has very knowledgeable techs and the office staff is great at getting us the information and documentation we need for our owners. If you are needing a professional company they are a great option.

They provided top notch service at a very reasonable price. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He even took the time to explain it to me in an easy to understand way. I found my new plumber at Day & Night Plumbing and would 100% recommend them

Was able to come later in the day after 5pm, very fast service, all I had was a main line clog but it got done in around 20 min

They were quick and effective. When we called I was able to get on the schedule for an after hours appointment that same day and they were able to take card of the clog in our line.

Our water heater was leaking and we needed service that same day(who can be without water for even a day?).
Bashir from Night & Day plumbing LLC was very professional in providing that same day service. His work was excellent and he didn’t leave until the system was thoroughly checked. A highly recommended service provider at a fair & reasonable price

We called for a plumbing repair today, and specifically asked for a call when someone was on their way. We called back hours later to check the status, as we had heard nothing, and the gal that answered the phone told us the tech tried to call and there was no answer but someone on site let them in and the repair had been handled. We asked where? They repeated our PO Box address (the mailing address we had on file) to us and sent an invoice for work that was never performed. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. Now apparently they are “sending a tech right away.” The gal who answered the phone sounded like she was either dead asleep or high. I am very disappointed with the way the admin is being handled and will update my review if they remedy. If not I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Was very professional and did the valve replacement very quick and did a excellent job, answered all the questions I had.Great service will be call them again for any of my plumbing needs thank you
