Needed an external hose bib replaced. When the plumber removed the old one, the inner pipe section came out as well. This now requires him to come inside and cut a 1x1 foot hole in the drywall to get to the pipe. At this point, I'm informed TLC does not do drywall work, so I'll need to get someone else to patch it later. Maybe this is normal, but I wasn't told this was a possibility until we were deep into the repair process.

Eventually, the pipe and bib are replaced, but the new bib sticks out quite a bit from the wall. I'm obviously not a plumber but this looks a bit shoddy, since the silicone seal and the pipe junction now take the load of any movement, instead of being secured to the wall. I'll have to fix this myself now. It works, but for the price plus the extra cost of drywall repair and me having to do some follow up work, I'm not impressed.

This message is not about the person in the field, this is to acknowledge one of God's wonderful creation. This young ladies name is Cassandra. I had called to inquire about the possibility of one of TLC personnel being dispatched to my residence for the purpose of repairing a water issue. Do due the adverse weather conditions, I had informed the young man not to worry about the invoice because he was wet and cold. However, during my inquiry, I had the honor of meeting a young lady by the name of Cassandra, who was very professional, kind, courteous, patient, polite and most knowledgeable as well as understanding of my need to insure that the information required was found, given, and expeditiously sent to me so that I could meet the need of my insurance company expeditiously. I just want take the time to insure that everyone know that there are people who are blessed to be where God have placed them. This young lady is truly an accreditation of the goodness of God and those in whom believe and serve Him well. I am truly honored to share this message above such wonderful and beautiful creation of our Creator.

Toni B. came out to repair our toilet and gave us great advice. We ended up buying a new one and asked him to come install it. He was friendly and professional. Barely here an hour and did everything including taking our our old commode. Really comfortable experience. I’m almost hoping we have more issues so we can see him again. lol

Mark, the estimator for our water heater, was very informative, organized, and professional. Provided all the needed information and next steps if we decided to go ahead with TLC. Once our decision was made to proceed with TLC, everything was taken care of within 24 hours! Lawrence was the tech that came out today and he was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He said he should be done in about 3 hours and true to his word, everything was installed, cleaned up, and put back together in that time. Not often that a technician does excellent work AND leaves a clean area afterwards! Will definitely be using TLC for any plumbing needs!

We recently had a water heater matter that required immediate attention. Levi Sosa responded to our call and assessed our issue, he explained what was necessary, required, and the cost of service. He listened, and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Levi and Saul Dominquez installed our new water heater system with such professionalism, they were very knowledgeable, thorough, and worked diligently…excellent workmanship. Called TLC to assess a clogged drain that was backing up into my tub. TLC was able to get the amazing Dominic out to my house the very next morning. Dominic was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and fixed both my toilet and tub drains super quickly! I also got called into work right as Dominic was heading over and he made sure to take care of everything in a super timely manner so I would not be late or have to reschedule!

TLC technicians Michael Barger and Mario Medina were exceptional and both of their service was outstanding. They came promptly when we needed to have our furnace replaced, and the work was done professionally and timely, all up to code, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Toni came out to fix a clogged drain, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was right on time and even called ahead to confirm the appointment; super professional. Toni is easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable about what he does. He explained every thing, got the job done efficiently, and left everything clean. No complaints at all! We'll definitely be calling Toni and TLC again for any future plumbing needs.

So relieved and delighted that TLC was running normal operations on President’s Day. My disposal crashed over the weekend, of course, and the kitchen sink was backing up. Blech! Easy to schedule for Monday with TLC scheduler on Sunday. Anthony (Tony) arrived on the front end of my service window on Monday morning, made a good assessment, offered alternatives, and moved ahead efficiently with a solution. Respectful, clean, organized; who could ask for more? Thank you TLC!

The pressure from the city was super high and blew out a valve on my water heater. TLC got it fixed and installed a pressure reduction valve on the main line. Very professional and friendly and the price was what I expected. Of note my autistic son spent the whole day sitting by and watching the plumber work. He wasn't annoyed by son or his questions. And oh boy did this make my son's week.

10/10 would recommend.

We replaced our swamp cooler with refrigerated air and the work completed was stellar! All technicians were respectful of my family and my home. They were efficient and left everything like nothing ever happened! Thank you for a job well done.

I called TLC this morning and the repair men arrived quickly. Kayne Maltby and Erik Gallegos installed a new gas furnace and water heater. They were polite, efficient and professional. I can’t believe they stayed until 9p.m. to finish the job! Kayne and Eric explained everything and even cleaned up the garage. If that wasn’t enough, they jump-started my car and pushed it into the garage for me. Talk about going the extra mile! I am also very happy with the TLC warranties!

We were experiencing plumbing issues on Friday night and had to get in contact with TLC. About 20 minutes later, JD H. was on his way. He was friendly and prompt. When he started work, he found out a local internet company had drilled through my main line. He cleared it out and he made sure I had everything I needed to contact the internet company so they’d reimburse me and fix the problem. I’m very grateful for the help JD gave us and will be returning to TLC for any other emergencies!

Water heater went out early in the am. A young man (I think first name is Marco and last name Griego) came out and replaced water heater by himself. Very courteous and professional individual, indeed. I am very satisfied with the price, new unit and just getting out immediately, during business hours.

From 1st phone call to schedule until the job was done, every employee was helpful and courteous and they scheduled me the same day. Huge shout out to Jesus who arrived at my home right on time (even a bit early), diagnosed and fixed my plumbing issue like a boss. He was informative and helpful throughout his visit. I realized my furnace was not working well so I called TLC. I was calling to set an appointment for my next day off, but they said someone could be by that same day! Kayne Maltby came that afternoon and stayed until the job was done, which turned out to be after 8pm. He explained everything in detail and was very polite and knowledgeable. He had to leave and pick up the part, but was back promptly to finish the repair. Kayne did an excellent job.

The technician was analytical, thorough, and unobtrusive as he worked diligently to try to find the cause of the mini split system locking out, resulting in no heat in my house. Resolution of the problem took several trips, and he clearly communicated his arrival time and what he would be doing each trip until the cause was identified. He was pleasant to talk with and was patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the company and the technician who was persistent until my heat was on and stayed on again. Very satisfied with TLC’s services.

12 years of using the kitchen sink. Got tired of snaking the drain. Ended up hydrojetting. With proper care and maintenance from now on, hoping to call the plumber to snake the drain will be a thing of the paTLC Plumbing & Utilitylity sent Toni, who did an awesome job.

My sewer line was clogged yesterday morning and my toilet was gurgling. I was too busy to deal with it yesterday, so I made do. While running an errand in my neighborhood this morning I saw a TLC truck and Dominic Chavez standing right outside the back of his truck. I asked if he could help. He contacted the office, set up an account for me and was at my house within 20-30 minutes. Dominic cleared the lines, packed up his gear, processed payment and was done within 60 minutes from when I saw him in my neighborhood and the job was complete. So, this was the best possible scenario for me. Dominic had my home plumbing back on track. I am so very grateful for Dominic Chavez and for TLC. This was 5☆☆☆☆☆ service.
