He made a stressful situation so much better!
He is a great listener and assessed the situation quickly, presenting me with a detailed and clear estimate. At no time did I feel talked down to or pressured to purchase extra gadgets.
Derek and his coworker worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up.

My technician Cory was amazing. He came by, fixed the issue, and made sure it was done right. My only issues are that the project required a cap on an 1 inch PVC pipe, which is one of the most common types of pipes used in landscaping and underground outside usage, and this part was not available on the truck. So I had to pay for about an hour of time (about $180), because of where I live, to get this very common part that I feel should be on any truck at any time. I was also charged a little less than $30 for glue and primer, which again should be on any truck at all times. I don't mind paying for parts and glue, but I should not have to pay for the entire can of primer as well as the bigger can of glue for a single joint. I am happy that I got my water situation fixed, and that it was done well and relatively quickly, but you guys need to get a better inventory system if you don't even have one inch caps and glue in your cabs. That is never something someone should have to pay over $200 for.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called on a Saturday late afternoon because my ac decided to give up. The service tech Johnathan called me promptly to let me know his eta and was very polite. When he arrived he was very patient as I put my dogs away and such to let him in to my back yard to assess my ac unit. Within just a short period he had identified the issue and it was fixed in no time. He was very polite and professional, he explained in detail what the problem was so that I knew what was going on with the unit. I was pleased with the quality of service and quick response time. I will def be using Day and Night plumbing and HVAC again. So grateful for cold air!

Tech guy was great, however they provided a service for my parents and charged them over 300.00 to snake out two drains. A couple of days later their washer backed up so we called thinking they would do right by the service they provided and come out to do the job right, but they said they would need to charge my parents again to fix the issue, keep in mind my parents are senior citizens we asked for their money back if they couldn't come and fix the job they didn't do correctly and denied the request. Worst experience ever NEVER NEVER call them for any plumbing concerns. They don't do the job correctly and when asked to come fix it they'll charge you again very disappointed

Jonathan was great and explained every step of the process that he was doing with our swamp cooler and furnace. The response time for my service call was the quickest I could find in town, too! Definitely will recommend and use again.

My heating/cooling unit was making a loud noise. Andrew came and diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote went and picked up the part and fixed the problem. Andrew was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me and even saved me some money. I would definitely recommend Andrew and Day & Night to anyone.

Johnathan is one of the best technicians I have ever had the honor of knowing. His knowledge of his work is most impressive. With each test he conduct, he explains why it exist the way it does. He is not only a great technician, but also a good teacher. He is not selfish with his knowledge. He teach as he perform his task at hand. He is truly a blessing to me personally and as the Chaplin of Ike Cole VFW Post 3370, I am honor to know that there is a young man that have the Spirit of God in him, and conducts himself accordingly.

I rarely give 5 star reviews for contractors because they are hard to trust in Albuquerque. Not the case for day and night plumbing. I called another plumber and they told me the heater couldn’t be fixed and then gave me a 10000 dollar quote to install a new one. I called Day & Night Plumbing and they went over and correctly diagnosed the system and repaired it for under 700 dollars.

I will continue doing business with Day & Night plumbing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

From the initial phone call to explain the issue that I was having with my heat system to the phone call prior to the appointment from a nice young man, I am grateful to have this company in my home area. The technician was friendly very helpful and fixed the issue that turned out to be a simple fix. .
I will be using them for heating and plumbing work as needed. Thank you guys so much.

Casey was great, took care of what I needed done. He was polite and easy going. The pricing was very reasonable for coming out to my house at 7pm. I definitely will use Day & Night Plumbing again if I need there help.

A family member recommended them to me. I called and set up an appointment. They didn’t show up on the original date and time, so I needed to call them. Apparently, a plumber had quit w/o notice,, so they were trying to reschedule his appointments. I set up another time for them to come out and flush my water heater. Andrew, Day and Night employee, was great. He called me before arriving at the designated time. He was knowledgeable and professional. It took him about twenty five minutes to complete the job. I paid him the amount that had been quoted when I set up the appointment, and he was on his way. I was very satisfied with Day and Night. I would recommend them.

I am very pleased with the work completed by Cory and Day and Night Plumbing!! The Technician arrived on time, assessed my 3 areas of leaks and then provided an estimate. He also worked quickly as he knew my budget was tight. I am so pleased with Day and Night Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Their communication and work is 5 star!!!

They do a good job on the simplest of repairs. However, they are ill-prepared for more difficult plumbing needs. Lots of money wasted on their services. They duped my daughter at the price of over $17,000 and left her in a terrible mess. She had to hire another plumber to take care of things. This is really tragic.

When you need a plumber it seems to always happen on a weekend, right? After calling several companies who were not available same day, I remembered hearing about Day & Night Plumbing on the radio. I called them and was able to get a technician to come within an hour.
My shower faucet leak was fixed in little time. I recommend Day & Night Plumbing and will utilize their services again.

Tech was on time, professional and competent. Did his work in a timely manner, with clear communication. Work was competitively priced, efficient and thorough. Met all of the expectations for professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend their services for a second.

Although our technician was late, due to a busy schedule, he showed up after sundown. He was not able to make a repair in the gas line but he bypassed the leak and restored gas to our radiant heat and hot water heater. The weather was terrible so it was a relief to have those systems back in service. He looked at the necessary repairs and indicated he would reach out with an estimate to complete the remaining work at a later time. Did the work within an hour. Looking forward to working with them to complete the repair.

I can’t say enough good things about Day and Night Plumbing! They came to my rescue late at night when my drain decided to clog at the worst possible time. I was stressed, but their plumber showed up promptly, even at that hour, and got right to work. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and knew exactly what to do. The drain was unclogged in no time, and I’m so thankful for their quick response and expertise. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services—top-notch all the way!

I made an appointment to have our shower valve repaired after I tried but failed. Jonathan from Day and Night was polite, respectful and professional. He had the old part removed and replaced with a new part in less than an hour. I highly recommend they guys!

When my water heater decided to spring a leak, Day & Night saved the day. Excellent customer service from the office to the plumbers. Josh and Reuben did an excellent job!!!
