Gilbert was great! Our air conditioning unit went down. He arrived the same day I called. He was very professional, on time and had our air conditioner working in no time. He gave us advice on how to keep with with the maintenance. He went above and beyond especially in this heat to fix our unit. If you are in need of heating and cooling help- call AirMax. We cannot say enough praiseworthy words about Gilbert (the owner) and his fine company. We contacted Gilbert to hire him to provide us with a formal inspection of the existing HVAC system of our home. Gilbert conveyed an enormous degree of technical expertise. His inspection report was thorough with detailed line item explanations of what the scope of work was needed and why. Yet there is more about Gilbert that is worth elaborating. He is an honest, considerate, caring and highly responsive person. His commitment to providing the highest quality customer service is exceptional. We hired AIRMAX Heating & Cooling to perform all the needed upgrades, and required repairs to maximize the efficiency of our existing HVAC system. When his crew arrived to perform the work, all I can say is WOW. They were like an orchestra performing the work both inside as well as on the rooftop for the condenser unit repairs. Gilbert's crew were cordial and polite. At the end of their seven hours of work, Gilbert showed up unannounced to review their work and he performed a follow up inspection. AIRMAX is a small dedicated niche' company with highly skilled technicians and an honest owner. Most importantly, Gilbert is a genuine fine and a kind human being. We will only contact AIRMAX and Gilbert in the future when we need HVAC maintenance and service. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GILBERT and AIRMAX. AMAZING! Our A/C started blowing warm air today 8/26/23 & after calling a few others, Gilbert from Air Max responded to our call. He stated he was finishing up a job & we would be next. Upon arrival, Gilbert quickly diagnosed the problem & within 30 minutes, our home had cool air again. The price was reasonable & Gilbert's professional advice was priceless. Gilbert is also friendly, courteous & very knowledgeable in his field. This is the 1st time we had our HVAC unit serviced & from now on we will only be calling Air Max. I recommend you call Air Max too.

Gilbert is an angel sent from God!!! What a true gentleman… I had no air-conditioning all day today since late last night and that man made sure that he got here tonight and he had the parts to fix my air conditioner on his truck and it is now running beautifully!!! I truly can’t thank him enough, but I sure will make sure everybody knows what an angel he is… if you want somebody who is honest, trustworthy, hard-working and respectful you need to call Gilbert for all of your air-conditioning needs!!!

Gilbert & Jerry came and just left a few minutes ago. They were extremely helpful and informative on the issues I was facing. They gave me some tips on what to do to maintain my AC. Unfortunately, I did not know how to change my filter and they even took the time to show me how to do it all. I really appreciate their time and hard work on a weekend!! Nobody does that good work on a weekend. They were very attentive to detail and made sure they left the area clean and in order. Thank God, they fixed it and caught the issue earlier because Gilbert said that someone’s house almost burned down because of the same issue I was facing.

When I was reaching out to various companies late last night, no one answered except Gilbert. I can tell he is very passionate about what he does and God has truly blessed him and his brother in what they are doing.

I called Gilbert because our ac had gone out, he told us that he’d be out to see us after he finished his other jobs. He showed up that evening to fix our ac, regardless of the time. This is the second time we’ve called him, first was a heater issue, and he makes sure to get to you as soon as he can, which is hours not days. Very happy with his work, we will definitely use him again.

Gilbert and his team were great. We had a leak in our HVAC system and were looking for a replacement. We called Gilbert for a quote and got it the same day. He not only gave advice on different brands but also how to properly do maintenance. He explained everything in details and answered all our questions. We decided to go ahead and replace the system with him. Within two days we have our AC up and running again. We're glad we chose his service because everything went very smoothly. After they finished the installation, Gilbert showed us pictures of what they did and how to register our system for warranty. Highly recommended.

Great Job Air Max!! My AC system went out last night around 10pm. I contacted Air Max at 1130pm and within minutes Gilbert the owner called me. We set up an appointment for the morning and he arrived as scheduled. He jumped right on it and ran several test. In no time everything was fixed and up and running great!! We had a disaster of a morning with our AC going out overnight! But Gilbert came to our rescue and fixed the issue the same day only a few hours after calling! He showed great professionalism, and even educated us on how to better maintain our AC system than the installers did! Once he arrived at our house, Gilbert was able to get us back up and running within an hour! I couldn't be more impressed with the service received, and recommend highly to anyone having hvac issues.

This was hands down THE best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. My heater has been on and off for what seemed like forever. Even before getting to my house, Gilbert was trying to help me fix my heater through the phone the night before. He has been the only one to give me a definite answer to what the problem was. He took the time to look at everything and made sure it was all working properly before leaving. All the work was definitely appreciated!

Air Max and owner Gilbert are the real deal. The gas wall heat on our old home went out just as the arctic wave hit this week.I called Air Max because of all the excellent reviews on his site. He came right over to diagnose the problem and showed me why the heater needed to be replaced. It was leaking carbon monoxide. He gave me an estimate and sent his crew out to do the job the next day. Gilbert came over to check the work before he charged me and even fixed a little electric problem I had in my house.At no charge!

Gilbert was able to come out in less than an hour! Spent time diagnosing and replacing parts as well as helping us learn how to maintain our refrigerated air unit better! Air has been cool since repair and couldn't be happier!

Air Max helped me out when the “Air Conditioning company” was trying to take advantage of the 2025 cold front coming in to way over charge and totally misdiagnosed my heating issue.

Gilbert from Air Max came to help me out and was a God send he has been in the business for 30 plus years. He noticed a few things off with my unit made adjustments tested everything out until he was ok with the units operation. Had outstanding service from Gilbert. We had our new air unit stop working yesterday. Our builder was not responsive and it was predicted to be 101 degrees today. Sent Gilbert pictures and a video and even though he was very busy, he squeezed us in and came to our rescue this morning. Within a short time after his arrival, we had nice cool air. It was very much appreciated as even though we had a breeze going, my husband was feeling some effect of being overheated. Gilbert is knowledgeable, honest, hard working and professional. He gave us an honest answers to all of our questions and did not try to sell us what we did not need to make a quick dollar. We were desperate and he could have taken advantage but he was honest and charged more than fair price. Great service, clean and professional! Came for a Diagnostics on a Saturday and had my Duct work replaced the following Monday within 2 hours. Left it better than when I got my home, definitely making this my go to HVAC company!
